Chapter 11: Celebration and New Threat

"Witness this! Giant Marshmallow attack!"

I chuckle at the sight of Byakuran releasing a giant marshmallow from somewhere to attack my family. After we finish fighting, Byakuran and his guardians come to this world to offer some help. However, seeing that we had won the fight, they quickly organized a party for us.

So here we are, partying with the Gesso Famiglia; boy, they know how to party.

"You damned marshmallow boy! Take this! Storm Chocolate bomb!"

Two forces face each other. On one side are marshmallows, and on the other side is chocolate.

Byakuran and Luca become some sort of rivals after their first meeting. After Byakuran called me Big Brother, Luca has been calling him a leech. Byakuran, on the other hand, likes to tease him because of this behavior. However, things change when Luca decides to tell him that marshmallows are a mid-tier food.

"Admit it! Chocolate is the best!"

"Never! A heathen like you shall not defeat Marshmallow and me! Take this!"

And there goes another table. I look at Byakuran's guardian, his most level-headed person, Kikyo the Cloud Guardian, and ask, "Is he always like this?"

He only sighs, but I can see a smile on his face.

"Yeah. The boss is always like this. However, this is the first time I've seen him this happy since he first met you."

"Truly?"

"Yeah. He likes to play with Tsunayoshi, but it is because he is interesting. However, when he sees you, he finds you interesting and new. Not only that, he once said that you feel like a brother that he never has."

"Right. Then I will make sure my little brother has a good time while in here."

I look to the side and see Felicia talking with Bluebell, Byakura's Rain Guardian. By the look of it, they are exchanging ideas on how to kill someone using their Rain Flame. The two of them might look innocent, but they have a wild imagination in their brain.

"I never thought that another world would be like this."

"Hmmm? What do you mean by that? I thought this place was rather tame, no?"

"No. That is not what I mean. The energy around here is different. It is more thick and tainted than the one back home."

I blink at his words and say.

"You can feel the energy around us, huh?"

"That's right. I have a sensitive sense, and I can feel the energy in this world is different from any previous worlds we have visited."

Right. Byakuran takes them to alternate worlds along with him, huh?

"What kind of energy do you feel in this place?"

"It is thick and tainted. Think of it like mud."

"Is it dangerous for us?"

"No. Your sky flame is already filtering them before your family can absorb it."

"I see. Can you show me how to do it?"

"I am sorry, but I cannot do that. I am not a sky, after all."

"But I can!"

I look to the side and see Byakuran put his hand around my shoulder. Byakuran gives me a grin and says,

"I can teach you how to do that! It is easy!"

"Really?"

"Yup~ You just need to release your Sky Flame!"

"Eh? That's it?"

"Yup! Sky Flame is a natural purification for any dirty things! However, if you want to do purification daily, I suggest a breathing technique I make!"

Byakuran takes out a book from somewhere and gives it to me.

"This is the book I write when I try to take over the world!"

And by the sound of it, he is really proud of that.

"You can read and learn from that."

I take the book and say.

"Thank you. I will make sure to read and learn from this. If there is anything you want from us, tell me. I will make sure to fulfill your demand."

"Then, take me around the city! I want to see the magical city or village you guys have!"

I give him a smile and say.

"Sure! I will take you to the magical village tomorrow morning."

"Yay~"

While Vale and his family celebrate the victory against Serghei Tepes and his group, the news of their fight and result has already spread across Romania. The news of a new human group who manage to stand against one of the sons of King Tepes.

People start to flock to Bucharest as they know that Vale and his family will protect them from vampires as long as they obey his rule. However, that is not the only reason people start moving to Bucharest. They also want to fight against the vampire who terrorizes their home. They are disgusted by the family of the so-called vampire hunter who did not want to attack a vampire other than in self-defense. They want to bring the fight to the bloodsuckers.

Because of this, they want to join the Millefiore Famiglia.

However, humans are also not the only ones who hear about this news. This news also reaches into the ear of the Devil race. The one that gets affected the most is the young heir of the Purson Family of the 72 Pillars.

"Damn them! How dare they?!"

Axel Purson, the heir of the Purson Family, throws the glass in his hand and throws a tantrum over the news. Axel is one of the few people who did business with the Tepes Family, and he managed to have an agreement that let the Tepes Family send their slaves to him and his family for their blood and entertainment.

The Purson family's bloodline power is Blood Crystallization, a blood-based magic that lets them control blood in their possession. The blood in their possession can take any shape and form to attack their enemies or create a massive explosion that curses anyone it touches.

"Now I need to use my own stock in the incoming Rating Games. Dammit!"

"What should we do, my lord? They are asking for some help regarding the humans that are attacking their farm. They currently cannot take over the city because they are busy fighting the Carmilla Faction after knowing the defeat of Serghei."

Axel looks at his queen and says.

"Contact the werewolves in Bulgaria."

"Are you sure, my lord? You know that Vampire and Werewolves did not go along well."

"Don't worry about it. Those mutts have some debt to our family, and I will make sure they do not stay in Bucharest after they are done with their job."

His queen nods and says.

"Is there anything else I should tell them, my lord?"

"Tell them to take those people alive if they can. I want to see if I can create a new attack using their blood, and I wonder if their agony will change the effect of their blood."
