Please don't read. Major editing in progress. The chapters after 150 are repetitive as I am making major changes to story line. ........................ Join Azimir to find out his destiny in his pursuit of the throne as well as what his heart desires the most, Aylin. --------------------------------------------------------------- "Aylin," Azimir breathed as he caressed the girl's cheek before pulling her to him. "Why do you deny your feelings, dear?" "Because I do not have any feelings for you." "Are you sure, dear?" Aylin stayed silent, not knowing how to respond to him. "Why does your heart say otherwise? I can hear it, you can hear it. Why are you ignoring what your heart is whispering to you?" Azimir probed and pulled her close until his breath fell on her lips. "Even if you ignore your feelings, I will not allow you to. You are mine as I am yours and it will be this way forever." The cover picture does not belong to me.
Aylin smiled to herself as she recalled the kiss she had shared with Azimir in the morning. Her cheeks resembled the evening sky, crimson red and blushing as she rode towards Aranill while her warriors followed her closely.
It had taken a lot of her will to leave Ideni, not when Azimir was reluctant to let her go. It was only when one of the warriors had interrupted her that she gave up and climbed her horse before she smiled at Azimir, bidding him a farewell for the time being. She then nodded at Louis and Travis who were staying back for the time being under her orders.
Since their carriage had been destroyed during her ambush, Aylin and the others could only settle for the horses they had bought at Ideni. Dariel had been tied securely to one of the horses, making it impossible for him to escape from them.
"Commander, do you want to take a rest?" One of the warriors interrupted her thoughts and Aylin looked ahead to see how far away they were from Aranill.
