6 Tony Goes Home

Watching Rebecca and Andrew from across the room Tony felt envious. 'why wouldn't this peerless beauty look at him that way. Was he not as handsome as Andrew? He had a high paying career too. What does she see in him that I don't have?'

With these thoughts running through his head he picked at the rest of the rice on his plate. His sour expression towards Alicia hinting his displeasure with her looks in this situation. He started thinking about his wife sitting at home on tender toes waiting for him. Thinking of the fun he would have later tonight punishing her for Rebecca's lack of interest in him he smiled.

"Well guys I really need to get home. I promised the wife I wouldn't stay at too late tonight." Tony said as he stood up and grabbed the bill. "Tonight is on me since I can't stay longer."

Paying the bill he walked out towards his car. It wasn't flashy. In fact it helped build his image as a trustworthy person in this town. Alison had picked it out for him as a matter of fact. They only got it so they could put more money towards the house he wanted. A silver Chevy Malibu was far from his ideal car, but for her he had agreed. That was before he noticed the way men followed her no matter where she worked.

Thinking back to the guy that brought her flowers everyday and the things he had done to her when she tried to leave him his grin grew bigger. 'Wonder what her reaction if I told her he finally moved on from her. chuckling to himself he started the car and pulled towards their home. The drive from the Butterfly Lounge to his home only took forty five minutes but it was enough to sort his thoughts out and make plans to make his wife feel extra good tonight.

Parking in the garage he noticed her truck was gone. 'No big deal she is probably picking up groceries.' He let himself in and saw the note on the counter confirming his thoughts. Walking around the kitchen island he opened the fridge for a beer. Seeing it fully stocked he looked back at that note in curiosity. Walking to the pantry he confirmed his suspicions. 'That bitch ran again let's see how long she can hide before I get her and punish her again.'

Walking to the study upstairs he logged on the computer to pull up a tracking app and simultaneously pulled his phone out to call the hospital. "I need a week or two of leave starting tomorrow please arrange it for me."

Hanging up before getting a response he saw her truck and phone both pop up together headed for their hometown of Forks. He could guess her reason for heading that way but it wasn't the first time she had tried to go back to her parents. Walking to the bedroom he packed a suitcase before coming back down to his car and loading it in the trunk before locking the house up. pulling out of the driveway he gunned the engine heading straight out of town to chase his block headed wife.

"Running always gets you hurt Ali why even bother anymore? No matter where you go I will always find you and make you know who controls you in this world. Only I can have you I have said it over and over again. Nobody wants a promiscuous girl like you."

Ignoring the speed limit signs along the way he focused on getting there to spoil her plans before they came to fruition. Little did he know as he was planning Mr.Crush was signing for a letter from his daughter.

Inside the letter was medical documents as well as her truck keys. The letter described what Alison had been going through for eight years during her marriage to Tony. Reading it her father's heart broke into a million pieces she had told him about her hiding in plain sight till the divorce is finalized and gave her lawyers number and phone to reach her.

Her mother's eyes had a murderous shine to them while reading the letter and scanning through all the medical reports. Looking at the couple it was hard to understand how their daughter could be forced into an abusive marriage for so long.

"He better not show up on my door!" Samantha Crush exclaimed looking at her husband. Edward nodded his head staying silent as he glared in the direction of Pepperton.

He may be a man of few words but his actions always spoke volumes. Very few things riled this old man's rage up anymore and this was his breaking point. His family was his one weakness. Let him catch that sorry Hight boy he will plead for his death before all is said and done.
