Belinda's pov 

I looked at my bestfriend, seeing her like this happy gives me so much joy, I've always wanted her to be happy knowing her childhood was full of pure torture and pain. 

Now that i think about it I also didn't see the man's face, I scolded myself inwardly for that, the way she took to her heels didn't give me enough time to checkout what made her run off the way she did.. Sighs

I'll need to convince her to go with me to the pub again, If the man is a regular there we might be lucky to run into him and if not I'll have to ask around about him cause  I can't bear to see Ariana loose faith again, she bottles up a whole lotta her feelings but she can't hide from me. 

I remember her mum telling me to be a good friend to her princess cause she deserves that and more.Rest in peace mama Pat which is Patricia, that's Ariana's mum she loved me just as much as she loved her daughter since I was an orphan too she let live with them when I was thrown out of the apartment I shared with one of my classmate in college and that gesture made me and Ariana closer than before, I initiated our friendship from the beginning but she made it worth the while for giving me her all in return for the bond we shared. Looking Back at her now I can see she's still very much happy. 

We still need to visit the pub tomorrow to make up for ruining tonights , I saw her tense at my words but was quick to brush it off, i smiled at her reaction and said to her calm down baby see this as a new adventure  and you my bestfriend needs to explore this new feeling to the fullest... 

When are we getting a new job she suddenly ask and that left me dumbstruck

She smiled at my reaction and blinked twice, instead of giving her a reponse I walked out of her room and left her speechless. 

Okay maybe we just resigned from our job at the supermarket after our floor manager made advances at Ari, and its becoming constant, and when she tried talking sense into the man's head he stopped her and said if she can't give in then she's free to quit, she dropped her badge and walked out and that was the end of her job at the supermarket I was about running after her to know what's up and I heard Mr falcon say if you think of going after your friend take it as your job is over, how dear this man talk rudely at me, i was seething with anger  and just needed to go after Ariana, i took off my badge and flung it at the stupid man and told him to shove it down his throat cos I quit. 

I remember Ariana scolding me for leaving my job for her, thank goodness we have a permanent roof over our heads so we don't have to worry about been thrown out on the streets.. 

I walked into my room with many thoughts in my head and didn't know when I slept off.... 

I woke up very late in the afternoon, I stretched my back afterwards went to shower, after shower i checked through my closet and pickup up a hoodie and long shorts since the weather is so cold lately, i left my room and took the stairs two at a time only to find Ariana on the couch watching her favorite toons sponge Bob with a bowl of popcorn, i smiled seeing her so focused, i guess she's not fully focused till I heard her say, you're finally awake, was thinking of coming to pour you a whole bucket of ice water if you stayed one more hour in bed, God save you, she said said we both laughed at what she said until my stomach grumbled and she turned her head to my direction, maybe breakfast in bed is what you deserve she said with a wicked grin on her face.. Anyways your food is on the counter in the kitchen help yourself with the microwave she said and focused on her cartoon again.. ..
