Plans and Pimento: Part Two

She gives me a few details on his concerns and seems like a nice guy I feel really bad that his plans didn't work out rebuilding the Catskills From what I know about him he has a big family living with four sons and three daughters and six of them are under 18. I wonder why he is selling all of his property and not just enough to keep himself afloat.
As I get ready for the meeting I Call a bird through the window and spend an hour working on legimency hopefully I can reach level ten in the next two weeks then I could use it silently though I'd still have to look in someone's eyes. It is a little bit better I Managed to hear a few coherent thoughts but I'm still both using a wand and Eye contact. I Crack open One of the books on warding. When I had first left The room that looked like my room disappeared after I stepped out of it returning to The Old Damian Swift Bacheolor Pad. Just as I'm walking out to where I pick up my car I get another call. I was really looking forward to this call As soon as I saw the number When I was searching for private security companies found a P.I. Agency out of Brooklyn That was registered under a familiar name Adrian Pimento. I did some research and It turns out the Brooklyn 99 is real. The timeline is just as Skewed though I Know the show wouldn't start until Season 11. I was easily able to find gina on Facebook and then I found Hitchcock God someone needed to take that girl's phone I mean they are cops.
It's surprising they catch anyone with gina reporting their whereabouts. I found that she had just came back from maternity leave so I realized that they Had to be halfway through Season 5. I wondered how that could be possible for a bit because Pimento still had his agency until I noticed that there had Been Some Complaints to the agency and quite a few lawsuits pending The Agency would Be dead Inside The month and his P.I. license revoked probably only lasted this long because of his connections to the 99. Thinking back on It I realized why Brooklyn 99 Didn't end in April The Season 6 Finale. Jake and Amy get married This year. That's Cool Maybe if Everything goes well with pimento goes well My gift to jake from Pimento will be for him to Meet Bruce Willis Though it sucks that I won't be able to Participate in a Halloween Heist.
"This is Pimento and I didn't Kill your wife Gomez stop Having People Call Me and Ask where She Is," Pimento Yelled into the Phone," I repeat I Have no Idea Where Your Wife is and No Idea What her State of Aliveness or why you have a Picture of us together. Just Because She paid me to find out if you were cheating and Decided to stiff me When she found out you weren't doesn't mean I would know her whereabouts, "He says Ranting. I let that process Slowly.
"Sorry, Mr. Pimento but I think You called the wrong number I'm not Gomez," I tell him.
"If you weren't Gomez then how do you know Gomez's name?" He replies back suspiciously. I take the phone from my ear and just think about That Finally after muttering 'Jesus christ' to myself. I remember it's better to not argue with Mad Men and thieves and continue the conversation. Honestly I kind of Just wanted to leave it at that with Pimento but Pimento was exactly what I was looking for the security of the facility he had a strong moral fiber That let him withstand 12 years undercover. He was well Trained and Even though he was eccentric his mentality was perfect as even though he didn't go along with authority well he recognized the good of others over his own Rosa Diaz would be good too. He's a survivor and If not then he would take out everything and everyone in front of him
"My name is Damian Swift, I called Last week I was calling About A security position at a BIo-tech research facility That I'm Funding I Had Heard A bit about you and..."I said but he interrupted me.
"The Genius Rich Kid why'd you call me?"He says in a brusk tone. "I got your message before and thought it was a Joke why would You want me at your little Project The fact that your starting it at all seems like a joke I did Research on you Kid Where did this Sense of morality come from Three weeks ago It seems like you were trying to find 'Devices to Help Mankind' in a g-string Since Your business Partner Ran back to Daddy."
Got to give it to him he is Damn good P.I. I mean I don't think the old Damian Even Knew where he was the week I arrived But Pimento knew He was a prolific Party Boy and saying that he had to be one of the few to know that john wasn't the creator for the designs. I had said in my original message I left him that the facility's main goal was to make Devices to Help Mankind Didn't know it sounded that corny until he said it back at me. I thought about it and answered.
"I Found Someone That I want to make the world a better place for," I mean It's a Soppy Mushy Answer but for the most part its mostly true If I wasn't involved with Alex I'd probably not care That much about the start of the apocalypse I'd wait for everything to fall apart because with population and everyone running around it would be easier to round of resources and I'd be able to build up mastery in certain subjects faster if I was 100 percent focus on It but right now I was only 40% focused on Magic 40% focused on Alex 30% on my Survival Plans but this way I may be able to save her family I'd only need to give them one of them a vacation catskills house for two weeks when the Apocolypse Starts if it's one thing I know about the Dunphy it's that they are always looking for an excuse for a vacation.
"So, The Grinch's heart grew three sizes isn't that convenient," Pimento says. He sighs "OK, Kid let's say I believe you 100,000 Thousand dollars a year with that type of money I assume you know I'm not with police and spent 12 years undercover in Jimmy Figgis's operation. Even if I'm not a cop anymore that's not who I am and it will never be." He says and as he talks he steadily raises his voice.
"Mr. Pimento I think you have me wrong I don't want you to do anything of that nature The 1500 acres That I am purchasing will be built to be nearly self-sufficient. Your job will be on-site security I want trained on-site security team consisting of up to a hundred personnel with a state-of-the-art training facility I want you to be captain of your team I know you have a history of being erratic but That might be a good thing I need someone to think outside of the box. I promise not to ever try to force you to do anything you do not agree with if you come to work for me. If you have any problems you can see me and tell me personally if you want me to change something. Though some information with the projects may be." I tell him in a professional voice.
"Tell you what Kid GIve me two weeks and we'll see if I still have cases to work on." He tells me. Not wanting to push my luck but knowing I might not get another chance.
"Also Mr. Pimento do you have any recommendation from your time in law enforcement that would be looking for this type of opportunity there If there are any reliable candidates I'll pay you a good headhunting fee of 5,000?" I ask.
"I have some friends in the 99 that would maybe consider it but they'd never leave the 99 Though you can try. I"ll send you their contact info later sayonara.....CRASH, "He says after he finishes speaking there is a huge crash on his side of the line."Gomez you son of a..." I hang up after that. As I hang up. I walk into the meeting with Mr. Grier.
