W-What Are You?

"What is going on!?" I scream out loud.

" What did I do?!" I yell in disbelief.

"I got stronger! My stats have doubled!"

As the powerful surge of magic goes through me, A spirit like thing appears before me.

It has a dark red body and glowing silver wings. It has two horns on its head. It opens its mouth as it speaks to me.

"A new player, A human...you are very lucky to have stumbled upon me."

It speaks!

"W-What are you?!" I look at the creature and stare in shock, I could feel its aura...It was fricking powerful!

In an instant, a new message pops up in front of me.

─ You have gained +1 Mana

─ You have gained +1 Skill Points

─ You have gained +1 Weapon Experience

─ You have gained +1 Magic Experience

─ You have gained +1 Health

─ You have gained +3 Mana

─ Your HP has increased by 5%

─ You have gained +2 Skill Points

─ You have gained +1 Weapon Experience

"What the actual fu-"

Before I could continue...The creature in front of me introduced itself.

"I am the great Spirit of the Katana - 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫"

The creature spoke in a deep voice...it was very majestic.

"I will be under your orders as long as you live"

"What does that mean?" I ask the spirit.

"I will grant you with the power of a spirit and you will serve me as long as you are alive"

I didn't really understand what it meant but I decided to accept it...

I was very confused but it had to be a good thing because I got stronger just by talking to this so-called "Great Spirit".

"Well, do you have a name other than 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐊𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐫?" I ask with great curiosity.

"We will be bound by a contract, which will include you naming me master..."

"I shall call you...", I was conflicted as there were many choices but one name stood out to me.

"Kieran"

Kieran means little dark one and it fitted his description.

"Very well then master, I am now yours", The spirit said as he bowed and a weird clock marking appeared on my wrist.

"To continue your time all you have to say is RELEASE and to stop it again you have to say COME TO AN END" The creature explained to me.

"As you can see some of your stats have increased, this is because you own this katana now and you have control of time..."

As he said that he disappeared and I shouted RELEASE!

Just like that time released.

I decided to keep this a secret from the others...Just in case.

"Hey, Kazumi! Where are you?!" I hear the voice of Sora

"I'm here, I'll come to you!" I shout back.

I walk to the group of people while feeling more energetic than usual..."Woah Kazumi, Your rank went up!" Baek Hyun notices. Hyun Jae looks sceptical about how my rank went up just like that. I somehow convinced them that I tried training really hard...That was close!

Hyun Jae brushes it off and tells us "I guess we can start doing dungeons..."

"Yeah, sure!" Min Jung Sae happily agrees and she spoke for us all.

Sora interrupts here and continues saying that he knows where the first dungeon is.

"That's great! So where is it?" Min Jung Sae asks him.

"Meiji Jingu, A shrine" He answers while looking at her.

"For once you're being helpful!" I laugh at him.

He answers with an "S-shut up!" which made me chuckle.

"Lovely! we'll head there!" Baek Hyun says while he laughs at Sora with me.

Once we are at the shrine, I notice how beautiful it is...but it seemed to be...corrupted with purple dark energy surrounding it.

Naturally, the grip around my newfound katana gets 𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 and 𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫.

"Hey...are you ok Kazumi?" Baek Hyun asks with worry-filled in his blue eyes.

"Yeah, I'm fine..."

"You better be!", Sora butts in.

The four of us enter the shrine, we are surrounded by thousands no millions of players...and there I saw that stranger I had seen during the introduction that Phantomhive had given us-The tall slender male with white hair and purple eyes, this time he had a rob with a hoodie...He was there just standing, a powerful aura surrounded him!

[Welcome Players of all kinds!]

Phantomhive appeared, he seemed to have demonic wings...
