39 6 Months pt 1

6 months before Invincible's return.

On the planet Mars in the Capital City of the Viltrum Nation, Eden there existed a secret bunker beneath the royal castle that very few people know exist. In this room 6 women teleported in unknowingly to them.

Natalia Romanova was the first one aware and active looking around the room she recognized. She scanned the room and made a quick headcount. Laura Kinney check, Domino check, Ororo Monroe check, Susan Storm check, Komand'r unconscious but check.

"What the-"

"Where are we?"

"Why are we here?"

"Whats going on?"

"Hey! Hey Komand'r? what's going in here?!"

"QUIET!" Natalia snapped forcing the others to settle down and focus their attention to her. She holds up her badge and speaks "Tracer, contact Damien."

"Contact Unavailable luv"

"Fine then Tracer tell us why he sent us here?"

"...."

"Tracer where is he?"

"....."

At this moment everyone's hearts tensed, since when has Tracer failed to answer their calls? "Hey Nat? Whats going on?" Ororo asked.

"This is a safety Bunker he had made under the castle on Mars. If he sent us here that means something big is happening on Earth and he wanted us far away."

She gave them a moment to digest that information before saying "Tracer Override code 1738RRM Password WidowMaker where is Damien i want to see any and all footage available. Now."

Tracer reluctantly gave into her coding and pulled up the video footage revealing the dead body lying on the ground bloody and an enraged Wolverine fights some rubber man, Ava is taken aback, Kitty is crying, the whole scene is shocking.

*Shnkt* "Tracer, send me there. Now" Laura growled with a unintelligible look in her eye.

"No way in hell am i authorizing that Tracer! Alert all members to go to the WatchTower and be alert. Make sure they know the guy in gold is a Do Not Approach individual. " Natalia snapped

Laura's head snapped over to her direction as she got in a crouching position despite being 7 months pregnant, "Why are you getting in my way Natalia. I have to go save him!"

Natalia looked back at the girl with a calm and determined gaze and said "Laura look at that scene. He's gone. And theres no way im dishonoring his last wish of sending us here. Especially by sending his 7 month pregnant woman down near a man capable of killing him."

"But what do you expect us to do?" Ororo said stepping forward with lightning sparking "surely you do not expect us to sit back and let the man who murdered our man walk away?"

"Calm down and be reasonable Ro" Sue said "Let's wake up Kom first and see what happened, she went with him so surely she could tell us more."

"Couldnt hurt to try but either way Laura you and Nat are sitting this out," Domino said.

Ororo walked over to the unconscious alien before forming a small rain cloud over her face. The rain sprayed Komand'r for several seconds before she groaned in Pain before bolting upright Eyes blazing and Starbolts charged before yelling "DIE YOU BASTARD ... huh? Where am I, what happened....oh no..Damien, we left him down there that monster tore his arm we need to."

"Komand'r Damien is dead," Natalia said with a heavy heart "We need to know what happened down there, what can you tell us of the guy who killed Damien."

"... he's actually gone. Sigh i don't know what happened. One second it was a standard smash and grab but then it got crazy. The had a bunch of goons, but the troublesome ones were Sentry, Sable, and Richards."

"I can't believe that bastard not only had the guts to leave us after turning us into living science experiments, but he even became a bad guy. What the hell?" Snarked Susan

"Richards kept Logan busy while Kitty and Ava dealt with the goons. I dealt with Sable and she was fun but in the end you can't beat superiority.....unfortunately thats exactly what that Sentry guy was. Superior. He was just as strong as Invincible but he got a decent opening hit before disarming him. Literally. *SHNKTT in the background* After ripping off his arm i jumped in giving him time to retreat but then Sentry went from dangerous to a major problem."

"How so?" Ororo asked

"Yea how could such a monster get even more monstrous?" tease Domino

".....he started glowing. That gold glow was ominous. Im sure Damien felt it too, one touch and it was like it was making me weaker. My star bolts just kept powering him up so i had to rely purely physical which left him planting my head into the concrete knocking me out. Next thing i knew i was here."

The others turn serious as they plan their response "So he absorbs energy and gets stronger? If so why was Damien affected? Did he absorb physical energy?" Sue asked

"I believe i can help with that," the girls turn their heads to see Selene sitting in her chair with a teacup, "You see Damien's race is so magically inclined that he just radiate pure energy, now his strong physique help dampen it, some naturally leaks out."

"Why are YOU here?" scoffs Domino

"Keeping my word. I promised him I'd protect him and his blood if he allowed me to leech off of him. He gave me thousands of years. I can put In a few more."

"Wait what do you mean his race?" Ororo questioned

"You'll understand Later," Selene said and went back to her tea.

"So what now?" Laura asked still very much filled with rage.

"Now we regroup and we strike hard. This time they crossed the line. We're not dancing with all of these clones and fakes anymore. We're taking it to the top."

"We show no mercy. He spilled our blood, we spill his" Ororo said with a fierce determination.

"I never had a killer mindset but i do need to vent this rage" Susan smirked.

Laura was about to give her one liner when Selene stepped in and said "Ah ah ah dear, youre staying." She tapped her staff on the ground as Laura fell into the sofa sleeping "Cant have her running wild with a passenger aboard. Now Natalia and Domino i suppose i can leave you awake? Good, now before rest of you continue shouldn'tyou consult the members down low, Especially young Katheryn, poor girl just saw her idol get his heart ripped out" she smiled and sat back down drinking her tea.

"Wait, I think we need to focus on Sentry, they have Mystique's blood? Isn't that like really bad," Sue shied in.

"He's already gone dark. Lets address the rest of the members and go from there" Domino spoke rubbing her stomach.

The girl take another 10 minutes before the exit the room and make their way back to the WatchTower via Boom Tubes. After stepping aboard the ladies heard many whispering about whats going on and even hearing the words Sentry, and dead being thrown around.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, im sure most of you are aware of what happened tonight. He's dead. A moment of silent for a hero, to all of us......

"his deeds were Legendary, he was a good and virtuous man who believed in people. But his killer is still out there. We will, find them. Show that to take one of our they better be ready to sacrifice hundreds of them. So OverWatch take the night off except Intelligence i want Reed Richards found, toniight.
