Weird situation

Liam looked around the room but found no one in the cell with him.

[Shit, what happened to me? Where am I? What's going on?] The sound continued. Liam concentrated, only to find the sound coming from inside his head. He closed his eyes to concentrate on the voice.

[Bastard, why are you closing my eyes? Who are you? Why are you in my body?]

'This is getting more interesting. So this bastard is in my head now.' Liam thought and waited for the response.

[Give me the control of my body back. Don't you know who I am?]

'Mmm, so he has no access to my thought.' Liam thought to himself and asked, looking in the mirror, "Ziam Duisberg, right?"

[Yes peasant, now that you know me, give me my fcking body back!.] The voice in his head screamed.

"Hahaha, this is funny." he rolled all over the bed.

Liam laughed at his situation; the body owner was still alive, and things started to get out of control a little. Though he wanted some change, even for him sharing a body…

'Are we soulmates? No, Nope, more like soul neighbors. Soul neighbor.' Liam stopped thinking about all that. He got up and moved back to the mirror. He stared at the mirror with a polite smile. After all, the first impression was really important, "Yo Ziam, nice to meet you. I–"

[Bastard, who are you? GET OUT OF MY BODY]

"Oh! No need to scream, mister Ziam. I am your new soul m- neighbor, Liam." Liam nodded his head in the mirror with a polite smile on his face. He noticed that this new look made him look like a weak, cute boy.

Not lying, he was happy with this as he was tired when people went on the defense the moment they looked at old him, with marks on his face. Now, with this looked, he knew that he would have a plus point in blending in with the crowd.

"This face is good…" he mumbled to himself.

[What the fck? Do not look at me like that!]

Liam scratched his head. It felt weird now he could not even self-talk.

[Bastard, tell me your family name, you moterfker?]

He sighed, "Well Ziam, I don't have a surname?"

[waaaaaat fcking asshole... Are you one of those scum with no mana? I should have killed all those peasants? Don't you dare to call me by my name? Let me call my daddy…]

Ziam's soul started screaming inside his head, Ziam's soul went into a frenzy and started cursing at him.

Liam started getting irritated. He stared at the mirror into the eyes of his reflection. People used to say eyes were the window of the soul. He wanted to find out what kind of annoying souls he had in this body.

[Bastard, asshole LEAVE MY body….!]

Liam said with a forced smile, "Ziam, can you stop shouting and listen, man?"

[Fcking peasant, how dare you speak my name!!!] Liam snapped at this.

Bamm! He punched at the mirror, shattering it into multiple pieces. "You moterfcking TRASH shut your tap!" He said in a deep voice while staring at one large piece of the broken mirror still attached to the wall.

[Waaaaaa aaaah! It hurt It hurt! Waaaa] Ziam's soul started wailing in his head.

He raised his eyebrows at this and stared at his right fist. Blood was dripping down from his hand, but it was only a slight cut, nothing too big. 'Mmm, so Ziam's soul can still feel the pain. But how much?' thinking about that.

BAMM! He punched at the wall on the side of the broken mirror.

[Ahhh, stop it bastard!] Ziam cursed at him.

"Haha, this is good." A wide smile formed on his face and Bam! Bam! Bam! He started slamming his fist at the wall.

[Waaaa noo... stop… Pwee… I no more…. Waaaa waaa]

"Haha," Liam had a wide smile on his face and kept punching at the wall. Although this was fun for him, he wanted to find out if there was a limit to how much Ziam's soul felt. He went with a simple rule in his life that the first thing you have to do in an unknown situation was to use every moment you have to know everything around you. Understand the situation you are in, then do other things.

Currently, the first thing he needed answers to was what the hell was going on in his body. To find a little about the soul situation, he decreased the power with each punch, and at the 10th punch, Ziam stooped screaming.

[Waaa waaaa]

He continued to punch at the same intensity as the 10th punch, but Ziam's soul was only weeping with no spike in his scream. The power in the 10th punch still caused some pain to Liam, but Ziam's soul stopped showing any response to this amount of pain.

Mm, did Ziam have tolerance against this much force… Nah, from what he read, Ziam should not have any tolerance for pain in the novel. Then it looked like the soul did not experience all the pain in the body. There was some kind of loss of senses.

To confirm his theory, he punched the wall with the same intensity as the 10th. Bam!

[Waaaa waaaaa]

'Mm, only weeping.' Liam thought to himself as he increased the force of his punch a little. Bamm!

[waaaa Ahh st… waaa]

'There was that spike. This confirmed it.' Liam thought to himself and went back to sit on the bed.

Although he did not want a soul neighbor now that he got one, he needed some way to deal with Ziam. He did not plan to waste his chance to live an interesting life in a fantasy world because of the stupidity of a villain.

He sat cross-legged on his bed. He did not know about Ziam's soul's limit over the body. Then there were a few more problems, but the critical issue was that he only understood half of the main plot of the story but was still in the dark about what was going on in the world outside the protagonist's perspective.

Currently, he had very limited information, and he knew little about the world. He needed to find some ways to learn more. Having half-knowledge was worse.
