I woke up grumpily, and I knew the reason why. Today is a monday. I got up with a sour smile, why do I have to suffer, exams and all.

I then washed up and got down for my breakfast. There is Soi Fon, Uncle Rayleigh, and Saeko already in the dining table. I also saw Hilda being taught by Uncle Jouichiro on how to cook, which she is doing pretty good. I once asked Uncle Jouichiro to teach me how to cook, but the simple egg dish I made turned into a black gooey blob. Making us all speechless, if I have much more time to practice then it won't happen... right? I'll have it as my hobby other than painting and reading.

I then noticed the reason why I can't breakthrough in my martial arts, I finished the enemies too quickly and I think I should also have something like a disciple to see my martial arts from a different perspective.

I was eating my breakfast when Uncle Francis, stood up, laughing like a maniac.

"This is good, too good. This will be the start of the Guild in this world HAHAHA." Uncle Francis said while we are looking at him with questionable gaze and I spoke first.

"What's up, Uncle Francis?" I asked with curiosity, there are few things that interest Uncle Francis after all. Other than money and pots of course.

"I had Louisa analyze the companies that are around this place, and in a place called Kuoh, there is a company that took my interest. In front, it was a place for office workers, but what others don't know is, it is heaven of a place for mercenaries. So I was planning to buy the place and turn it into a place where people can place requests for a price and the members that took the request and complete it, can earn the rewards while the guild will be taking a portion of the rewards." Francis said making them understand the situation.

"I see, so basically, an Adventurer's guild or hall from olden times?" I said to which he nodded.

"And that building reduced the price of the place because apparently, the place is going to be raided by the Police because of a tip of their illegal activities. After buying the place, I'll have to bribe the officials to send a proposition to the president to allow the Guild legally take operations, those illegal mercenaries can also be our first members to upstart the place and gain reputation meaning free workers, no need to post for an ad to hire professionals. Money makes the world go round after all." He said and continued laughing like a madman, making Louisa embarrassed at Uncle Francis' display.

"V-v-vergil, I a-also found a h-house for us f-for a cheap p-price as well. I already s-sent a mail for n-negotiations. It is a 3 s-story house with a 3 l-levels of basement. It is b-being sold because the o-owner died of a heart disease. The place is huge and it also include the lake where we can relax after working. It will completely dry the funds though. The estimates should be 130 to 140 million yen. And with Francis' trying to acquire the building for 20 million yen, leaves us with 3 million yen, give or take."

Louisa explained, she was stuttering at the start but her wording became straight after she starts going deeper in her explanation.

"I see, then do as you see fit. You're the strategist of the group. I trust you." My grumpy monday morning is starting to lose effect.

"What about you guys?" I asked looking at the rest of them.

"Since I have nothing to do in here, I will work at the docks. I love the sea after all." Rayleigh said with a smile, remembering the days of their adventure.

"For now, I have nothing in mind." Jouichiro said as he turned back to teaching Hilda about cooking.

"How about you both accompany Rayleigh and help him out? Saeko and Hilda?" I asked the two since they still have plenty of time until the next semester and they nodded.

I didn't ask Soi Fon since she's going to help out Milluki by confirming if the base of operations of those connected to the supernatural world is real and she can't teach Kuroka yet as she still haven't made a decision yet.

After the breakfast, Hilda made me a lunch box with Uncle Jouichiro's help. I then packed it up and made my way to the school, I then noticed that I still have so much time and decided to visit Old man Nobu, since it is on the way.

Over the years Old man Nobu's relationship with me is like a Grandfather and Grandson, which isn't bad, I guess? He always helps me out with the meaning of the literature I've read. He also taught me how to speak and read many languages, also I almost read out all of Old man Nobu's collection.

I also noticed that Old man Nobu's time is near, so I've been transferring some of my demonic vitality to revitalize the cells, but the revitalization is slowly losing effect.

I know that I'm only delaying the inevitable but I can't help but still try to help him. I could try to make him a demon by trying out the tarots on him, but would he accept? Would he also hate me if he knew, that I'm a demon hybrid?

I don't know the answers to the questions I have, but I do know one thing. Time is running out.

Entering the shop, I was met with an oldman cleaning the book covers one by one. It just shows how much he loves books, even though no one is coming to buy from his shop.

"'Sup old man? Last batch of books to be cleaned?" I casually greeted Old man Nobu.

"You brat, you finally decided to visit me. I was getting bored talking to the books." Nobu said making me flinch.

"That's why I told you to get out and stretch your bones, you damn relic." I retaliated.

"You brat! Me? A relic? F*ck off, I'm still as strong as a bull!" He said and flexed his wrinkly arms.

"Haha! Those arms of yours will fall off any minute now." 'Strong as a bull? Your vitality is slowly fading, idiot.' I thought.

"You don't believe me? Do you think I can't beat you up with this bull's arms?" He said while raising his fist up.

"Fine, fine, I give. Anyway, you're still fine so I'm gonna go to school I'm running late." I said and ran through the door going to the school.

"*Sigh* what bull? More like bullsh*t. My time is running out. Looks like I need to tell him huh." Nobu said while looking at the door Vergil ran through.

Our professor stood us up and we missed the exams for V's sake

I also see that many wants to keep it going so I did. I also removed the chapter as its a waste of space XD. As always let me know if there are things I can still improve. I started this for my own fun but I want others to have fun as well XD

I will remove the other characters from the spotlight for now, leaving Soi Fon and maybe Milluki with me. The Jouichiro, I have is the wandering Jouichiro, hence the Saiba.

Also I would have have the MC fight with Force edge as yamato is overkill, maybe he can use it to connect combos but the main weap would be force edge for now.

Back to studying, just made this cause I want to rest my head as I'm feeling light headaches and to regain my sanity from reading accounting books XD
