"Are you happy?" Zephyr asked as soon as Delilah walked inside the hall with him. Delilah, who didn't understand what he was asking about, nodded with confusion.
"Why wouldn't I be happy? You took me to such a brilliant restaurant, and the food was awesome," Delilah said goofily, her smile making Zephyr want to pinch her cheeks to ease his anger. And that was exactly what he did.
"Hey, that hurts," Delilah swatted his hand away, and the man glared back at her.
So now it was hurting her? It didn't hurt her when that Fabian guy was holding and kissing her hand. Zephyr scowled from behind the mask, his blue eyes looking like they were brewing a storm.
Delilah looked into his eyes for a few seconds before smiling. Earlier, she only doubted something was wrong with him when he didn't say anything during the entire ride, but now, seeing him acting like this, she couldn't help but find his actions a little cute.
