Victor is 1550 years old now. While the Earth also had great changes, a new kingdom arises and fell. But Meng dynasty remained with their strong beliefs and good decedents. Meng Yi died of natural death while I was there at his last minute. He lived until he is 85 years old. Meng Tian and William was also there but not revealing their identity.

Meng Tian cried hard that day. That was the first time Victor cried of sorrow after his rebirth. He saw Meng Yi as his own brother. Meng Yi also wanted to live a normal life and die of old age.

Meng Yi was recorded as a benevolent emperor like his father Meng Tian and was called the Water dragon emperor of the Meng dynasty. He was the 3rd Meng emperor and his generations still live as an imperial family as the 50th generation Meng emperor Meng Qi is ruling after 1500 years.

Maybe in history, Meng will be an everlasting empire in the history. Dracula castle and people become an important part of Meng which was still followed.

Li dynasty also faces many wars and changes. Now it was called the Song dynasty.

Victor (POV)

War took place for last 1500 years and last month only it is decided to end the war after the big losses on the Allied forces. Because new civilization and forces started joining SFC, the pressure on Allied forces also increased and with heavy losses. The strategy of SFC made them more vulnerable to surprise attacks and loss of resources.

Peace was now seen in the universe after 1500 years of war. Shadow forces council is a combined of 9 galaxies, 3000 civilizations. It also has established new divisions of forces called Shadow Security Forces (SSF) to maintain law and order among these 3000 civilizations. The Shadow Defense Army (SDA) division was also established for war against other civilizations and intruders.

As one of the council members of SFC, they force me to travel to many planets to establish a friendlier relationship with them. But this is very hard to do mostly. Then, focusing on the diplomatic relationship took most of my time. I who had no other way of avoiding these responsibilities asked Williams for help at some point.

William who never heard of me talking about it laughed at first but later had to believe after I showed him outer space and other civilization. But William brought Meng Tian and his followers along with him to take my responsibility in the Shadow forces council.

William was also very accepted by them because of his work ideologies and dedication to work unlike me who neglected the responsibilities. The council thought of me as a lazy person but with the unattainable power of God. So, they started using my name for their future diplomatic relationship under the idea of William. While Meng Tian and William never forgot their travelling plan, still using diplomatic work as a chance to travel the universe.

Time skip (~ 100 Years)

For the last 100 years, SFC is spreading their influences among other galaxies which also face some problems and small wars. But it was easier for SFC to overcome them because of the strong and well-prepared plans.

William is one of the most respected people in the galaxy under SFC control. Because of the noble's attitude and character they see him as the most respected person among common people. Victor who was one of the founders has mostly popular among the soldiers and other leaders of SFC. Victor spends most of the time in the war and acquiring more shadows for achieving his dream he is working for all years. Although he crossed the numbers he planned, but he set a new goal.

Everyone among the leaders of SFC knows that Victor is a god. While his shadow army is also a big secret. Victor also started noticing even if he migrated half of many civilizations is secret to his shadow world. Overpopulation is still prevailing after 1600 years. The fate seemed to be not affected by his intervention. Titans haven't reached the overpopulation but it will in about 500-600 years from what Mentor calculated because of the increasing birth rate. He tried to implement many restrictions but still, overpopulation in titan can only be delayed not stopped.

Victor (POV)

I also wanted to help them, but Mentor thought relying solely on me is not a good idea and their secret may be exposed if it happens again and again. Titan also decided to avoid joining any forces. But they are secretly our allies because of my friendship with Mentor.

Victor also has his limitation. He is not a saviour only a collector or preserver of species to avoid extinction.

Lately, he has to focus on war which started with the Kree, chitauri, symbiots, Basiliks and other civilizations who are killing and disturbing the planets under the SFC. Some forces like Kree started being afraid of our growing influence and power. So, they wanted to start a war against SFC. The most laughable thing is they said we are an illegal organization that making troubles in-universe. As expected, they manipulate laws and rules to make us an illegal organization.

For others, it is small defence wars, not offensive or anything. Chitauri and symbiots are known for their mind of killing and slaughter. So, at the same time I decided to weaken the Chitauri army and also to get some shadows from them. Hehe.

It is predicted that these wars will take another 1000-1500 years from the experience of earlier war with Skrulls. The biggest war will be with the Kree civilization and their forces.

Just like that William forces on the diplomatic and political works. While I focused on war while being a commander of SDA. William also finds time to develop his business in Meng and other kingdoms of Earth.

He also started a new business like trading in European and African continent. He was slowly expanding his influence of his company in there while avoiding the Vampire society.
