Chapter 66: The Victim's Past (part 1)

"Yeah, you sure that it's okay for you, Mom?" I asked. 

  "Yes, sweetie. Just behave yourself in there. Tell Ivy's Mom to visit here sometimes" Mom replied on the other line and chuckled. 

I smiled, "Okay, mom. I will and be careful too. I'll be back tomorrow morning"

  "Alright, sweetie" and Mom ended the call. I put my phone back in my pocket.

  "Mom is fine with it," I said, looking at Ivy. 

"Awesome! Anyway, what's gotten you that you suddenly want to stay here for the night?" Ivy asked, eyes on her laptop screen. 

I laid my back against the bed, "There is something I'd like to do, Ivy" 

"What is it?" Ivy asked, her eyes still on the laptop screen. 

"I'll be going to the abandoned house tonight" I replied. Ivy jolted and didn't move, she slowly looked at me with her brows furrowed. 

  "What?" 

"I'll be going to the abandoned house and--"
