5 Shōnai No Seito-Kai No Kanzen'na Setto (Purorōgu Arc. #5)

The Student Council gathered all off the 3rd Year Middle School Students to the ceremonial room. We The Future Student Council Officers are waiting on stage. I was still practicing my speech at back stage. Also Kanade-chan and Ayase-chan and the other Student Council Officer comforted me.

[Miyuki-kun. Are you ready for your speech?] (Miyazaki-senpai)

[Y-yeah I am.]

After some time all the 3rd Year Middle School Students are already in there. While I was still on the back stage, Goro-senpai gave me an go signal to give some speech and to announce something.

[To all 3rd Year Middle School Students let me introduce myself to you. I'm Nishikawa Miyuki, your next President of Student Council next year. Let me all introduce you my Vice President, Hoshino Kanade. Next your 2nd Year Representatives, Morita Kyoko and Hori Kaori. We are recruiting you to join our set of officers. We need 2 upcoming 1st Year High School Students to be one of the Representatives. We need 2 Students, does any one wants to volunteer?] (Miyuki)

One student stood up and asked.

[If I were to volunteer Nishikawa-senpai what are your conditions, rules, and regulation for us coming First Years and as an Second Year Representative?] (3rd Year Middle School Student)

[Good question you have there thank you very much and I'm glad you asked. If you were lets say volunteered to be an First Year Representative, my only condition are Number One, Maintain your grades at least with the marks of C. Number two, You need to discipline your self and follow the time table provided. If your late and with an valid reason I'll pardon you. But if you're late without any valid reason you'll get an warning slip from me personally. And lastly you must still follow the school rules even you're an Student Council. Be an role model for your fellow classmates and batch mates and soon your Juniors. As for my rules and regulation for the Student Council. Rule No. 1, Don't be late to our meeting, to the morning routine, and to the other events that has to do with the Student Council. Rule No. 2, Always  wear your PROPER STUDENT COUNCIL UNIFORM including the batch saying Student Council on the Left shoulder. If you were assigned as an Hall Monitoring Officer then wear the batch on the Right shoulder. Rule No. 3, Always bring your personal belongings. As for the Secretary we have an Tardy slip. The Secretary and The Selected Representatives will be given an copies of Tardy Slips to be given to the students who are late. Rule No. 4, Don't overuse your position as an Student Council so much. Only use it or brag it if you're being asked by the Headmaster, Teachers and if that Student is an new one. Finally Rule No. 5, You must be available as always and polite to the Students and Teachers when they approached you and asked you for help. Do not loose your temper to the stubborn students. As an Student Council we must have an longer patience.] (Miyuki)

[My name is Harigawa Michiko from Class 3-1.] (Harigawa)

I'm actually surprised that everybody agreed on her. Is she famous among them? Oh well it doesn't matter.

[Okay then, Harigawa Michiko is now officially 1 of your Representative. Now who will be the last volunteering?]

[Hai Nishikawa-senpai there is. I wish to nominate Harusaki Masuzu, from Class 3-5. I'm Yokoshima Hayato, from 3-4. I'm her best friend.] (Yokoshima)

Isn't she a little bit shy? Aaaaahhhhhh, kawaii!! But I have to hold myself

[Soudesu ka. Then please go to the stage with Saito-san soshite Ojima-chan.] (Miyuki)

Harusaki-san then came up to the stage.

[Is that all the nominees that we're gonna go with min'na? Do you not with to nominate everyone anymore?] (Miyuki)

 [Alright then, let's now proceed to the next part of this event. From the Students who you nominated. You may vote and support them. As an voter you must choose only 2 that you wish to be your First Year Representatives. Place your vote on the named box base on the nominee's names. 1 name equals 1 vote. The Student Council members of Miyazaki-senpai and the Middle School Student Council members distributes a paper and pen to all of the 3rd Year Middle Students who are present today. Then 1 by 1 started to get near the stage to place their votes on the box.

[The results just came, the First Year Representatives that was chosen most of the Students and has an total votes of 76 votes and 52. The chosen First Year Representatives are is Harusaki Masuzu, from Class 3-5 and Harigawa Michiko from Class 3-1. Sorry Ojima Hoshi from Class 3-3, and Saito Amida from Class 3-2. I find my alarm clock then stopped the sound. I'm still sleepy but I had to wake up now or I'll be late.
