My name is Moriwaki Tatsuya, a 2nd Year Middle School Student. I am the Student Council President of both Middle School and High School from Nishikawa Academy. From last year the new School system changed to fit the Student Council Power. My class is on Class 1-2A. The letter "A" stands for Middle School Section while "B" stands for High School Section. I am a well respected Student Council President for both Students and Teachers. The Headmaster was the one who put me to this power because of my Intelligence. To be honest I'm getting tired from it but for some reason my body enjoys it.

We already got to the Student Council Room, Azumi-senpai's duty as an Seito-kai Fuku Kaichō is to organize the ceremony plan and give it to the this week's Master of Ceremony. While I got the Weekly Most Cleanest Classroom by Year. I have to hand the results to the Secretaries of Cleanliness.

Later on I go to the Academy's Public Address System or PA to give my speech there together with the each year representatives.
