Chapter 22

Aera PoV:

Can't believe he got out again! Can't those stupid guardians do their job right for once and keep an actual Multiverseal threat at bay. Nowadays I have to do things myself cause no can be bothered to do it themselves. I can't even go to Universe 7 and see my own sister who I haven't known existed until after being revived back from an unexpected death by my own blood father, Xzander.

I made my way inside the Eternal Prison ready to have a personal word or two with Lucius and demand that he upgrades his security before anymore dangerous criminals let loose and cause endless mayhem across the entire Multiverse. "My family is in danger because of these idiots! And if they do anything about it I'll surely lover to get my hands dirty for them and kill him before anything bad happens to anyone" I thought worrying about those close to me just like my mother once did before dying alongside with the Universe, but I wonder what happened to Uncle Ebba is he alive too? If so where? I can feel his presence and yet so far away.

Wondering through the Eternal Prison the feeling of uneasiness began to build up within me as the place remained silent even though I am used to hearing their screams for mercy as every prisoner had their own punishment depending on what horrific crime they had committed. However there are some unusual presences that do not belong here at all, but first I must find Lucius before I begin my search.

I sighed finally making my way to the main office where Lucius mainly sits and does important work in order to main full control over the facility. I froze seeing the door slightly open which is off as Lucius never leaves it open or unlocked, but I can't scan any sign of anyone in the room so I took extra precaution and slowly went inside. I regret that decision greatly as when I looked around my eyes widened at the horrific sight of Lucius facing me dead as it seemed that he had been impaled by someone seeing his eyes wide open in surprise as if he knew who murdered him, but who would murder Lucius? I know he's a dick but he didn't deserve to die like this and possibly every dangerous criminal is probably roaming free causing hell because of it. This isn't looking good.

"I need to warn the angels, but why do I have a bad feeling about that? What am I missing?" Thinking to myself as I inhaled and exhaled before pushing the chair that held his deceased body with my leg to the other side of the room so I wouldn't have to look at the bloody thing all day. "Geez, talk about creepy. Never thought that Lucius was such a fucking weirdo" mumbling to myself seeing him watching over a specific room, but no one was seen inside like pure usual and yet I feel disgusted when looking at it. So the leader is dead, but where are the others? And what else are they hiding here other than criminals? Or are they even criminals to begin with?

I started scouting the entire place on my own knowing for a fact that my own allies wouldn't dare step foot in here so am I brave one here or are they the cowards?

The energy I was feeling is none like any other I have met before since Uncle Ebba once warned me that if I do come across a source I'm unsure about it's better to leave it or take precaution when finding out where the main source of it is coming from. Ebba was a great man I wished he was my father instead of the one I'm stuck with. Ugh I feel so disgusted in myself for even thinking about him. Upon arriving at the destination a set of footsteps could be heard rushing behind me putting me on edge as I spun around seeing a group of mortal beings and God I have never met before in my life, but when the last one caught up my heart dropped it was no other than my Uncle Ebba fully well and alive.

"Ah. Aera you look well, my boy. It's been awhile What bring's you here?" He asked walking up to me as I remained frozen in shock unsure of what to say back as it has been ages since I've last saw him and now here he stands right in from of me.

"Just luring through this dead empty corridor in hopes to find anyone, why are you here?" I questioned as he looked back at his buddies who looked add and yet powerful especially the odd black spiky haired Saiyans that stood there staring at me as if I had done something wrong.

"Oh, well we are trying to find an angel here since ours is currently occupied training a soon to be God Of Destruction. Have you by any chance seen one lurking around?" He was positive and proud with his reply while the taller spiky haired monkey didn't like the words that were slipping out from his mouth, I envy my Uncle sometimes as he is far greater than be and by far on a whole new level so all I can do is just stand back and watch. I grew confused an angel here in the Eternal prison, there is no way that could be true since they're pure hearted beings unlike the demons their evil counterparts, but what could an angel possibly do to be sent here?

"Wait, there's an angel here? Why didn't you say anything sooner you idiot! Angels can be in a place like this or they'll go corrupt and turn into an fallen angel" I panicked not wanting anything like that to happen again since those fallen angels are beings you shouldn't underestimate not even the slightest. Ebba was concerned like pure usual since he's practically the strongest being here at the moment so should I really be worried?

"Don't worry, your awesome Uncle has everything under control!" He replied confidently putting an arm over my shoulder bringing me along within him deeper into the prison in hopes to find this angel and bring them out before something bad happens to them.

"So who's going to become a God Of Destruction? Are they even capable of such a huge responsibility?" I asked looking up at him as he took a moment to think before glancing back at the purple cat God that walked closely behind us.

"Your little step-sister is going to replace Mr Kitkat over there and take Xzander down before he decides to harm any Universes with the power he had received from the Light Dragon Balls" He replied remaining as positive as always looking back at me as the God that walked behind us was highly offended.

"Hey! Watch your words, Saiyan or I'll toss you into the nearest black hole!" The God exclaimed angrily as Ebba laughed nervously not wanting to be in that type of situation and be turned into space batter.

"Woops, hehe. My bad, Lord Beerus" Apologising in his own way the God huffed as he removed his arm from my shoulder feeling this unusual energy get closer and closer before making me stop in my tracks in front one of the cell doors number 3456 as I glanced up at it until I grew the courage to walk over and open it without any though of what could potentially be waiting for me on the other side. "Ooo. Introducing us straight to death, Aera. Not a vert smart move, but who am I to judge I too would've made the same mistake" Ebba added making it obvious I could've inherited my idiotic wits from my Uncle, but my gut was the main thing guiding me more than my own brain as I remained stood there waiting for whatever was inside to come dashing at me but nothing moved other than the sound of breathing as I was about to enter inside one of the Saiyans stopped me being the shorter one this time which is weird since we had just met, aren't we supposed to care for ourselves and family than one another?

"Are you crazy?! Are you planning to get us all killed?!" He yelled pulling me back as if I was some sort of stupid mindless problem child, but I am far older than he thinks I am. I yanked my arm away from him looking down at him as we locked eye contact.

"I am a grown Saiyan warrior and I have a family of my own, I don't need some midget telling me what to do!" I yelled as he growled grabbing my shirt pulling me inches away from his face seeing how much I've angered him.

"I am the Prince of all Saiyans you self centered bastard! Show some goddamn respect" He yelled as I huffed with a smirk removing his grip from my shirt putting some space between us.

"I am aware, but you're not from my Universe are you? So you're not my leader let alone my Uncle's so grow up and leave me alone! I ain't in the mood to play dress up" I ended the conversation there before walking into the cell room I opened ignoring the risks ready to confront who was in this oddly plain silent room.

No one's PoV:

Upon entering cell room 3456 Aera met one of Zeno Guards which was odd to see even though there job was to be protecting the king not chilling here until it hit him was this guard being punished for a terrible deed against the king?

"Please help, I am not the only one trapped here The grand Priest is stuck here too" The guard asked eager to get out of this place looking like he had been through a lot. Area was shocked to hear that the father of all angels was actually stuck here with the guards as it seemed very fishy for the one who works beside the king to be here.

"Why should I believe you?" Aera questioned demanding that he'll know more if this guard wants to have any hope on escaping this place. His demand sent fear in the poor guard who knew for a fact that if this guy doesn't get what he needed he'll surely leave him to rot here.

"No don't leave me here I'll tell you! We were only doing our roles until Xzander and Clyde came out of nowhere in the palace before teleporting us here in separate rooms leaving the King open for any attacks they throw, since then no one came round to save us only you so please don't leave me here to rot!" Surprised with the guards answers Aera freed him taking him back to the others who were shocked to see this insanely strong bodyguard walking by his side thankful for his reconsideration on not leaving him to rot for all eternity in that cell.

"I know where the others are, we haven't got time to waste" the bodyguard implied as Aera vanished with his uncle Ebba and Goku to explore the place a little more while following this new huge wave of strange pure energy.

However with Nova her training was becoming ever more difficult than intended as Whis was pushing her far beyond the limits that Toreo had set for her at the start of his training to make her more stronger and in control with the power she was born with. "Don't you think pushing me this much is going a little too far, I can still loose control" Nova wondered aware of the danger the angel could be in but he didn't seem to care as they were in a place where he could distort time without tearing through or damaging any timeline.

"Oh don't worry about that, Nova. Just concentrate on controlling that power before the ceremony. I'm sure you'll be one interesting God Of Destruction" Whis replied being cheery and positive around her as usual as she was one of his favourite people other than loving the Earth and it's delightful food. However there was something else to Nova that makes her so interesting to be around.

"You know I'm only doing this for my family, friends and for the sake of the entire Multiverse to eliminate Xzander before the worse happens" Nova seriously replied not wanting to be the type of God and destroy planets if they were to displease her, but help them grow instead and maintain peace for as long as she can exist to keep it that way. Whis was aware of the reason why she agreed to become Beerus' successor and is prepared to mentor her through everything they was to know of being a good God Of Destruction.

"I am aware, but you should let these motivate you to make yourself stronger and better which will then quicken the process" replying back sure that the outcome of this will be life changing for not herself but those that evolve themselves around her very existence.

Nova exhaled slightly irritated before bringing herself back to the task at hand ready to get back into the training she got herself into at the very beginning. Training began preparing to training for 2 years in their dimensional time while 2 days goes by with the others as they are wondering in Unknown Territory. "Let's get this over and done with so I can finish what that demon has started" Nova last said keeping a serious expression painted on her face ready for whatever challenge that come her way in order to reach greatness and fight against pure evil.

Back on Earth with Riaura she was stuck with her mother, sister and unborn baby wondering when all of this will come to an end and see her old friend again before she decides to become a complete God Of Destruction of Universe 7.

Riaura's PoV:

I hate being this useless especially during pregnancy, but it's for the best even though I won't be able to fight for at least 9 months or even more as I would be caring for my child ensuring that they become the absolute best thing to have ever happened to me.

Sitting outside on the balcony of my own home enjoying the fresh air looking on seeing the beautiful view while the dazzling sun beamed down upon it reminding me on how much Nova cared about this planet just as much as I do, making it pretty obvious why she accepted to become a God with the power she has been gifted since birth. I am slightly jealous, but I have a child to take care of I have no time to be jealous of something I will never be in my lifetime.

"This weather is perfect for a nice walk" thinking to myself as I got up from the chair before carefully floating my way over and down from the balcony landing softly back onto the ground again in front of Bra. "Tell mum that I'm going for a walk, if she needs anything I'll be back later" I said before heading off into vegetated side of the woods avoiding the city all together as wild life was more calming to watch than cars and people chatting about nonsense.

The mix of silence and birds cheeping relaxed my stressed nerves minding my own business like I should without any idiot annoy me like they always do, but I miss that when she isn't around. It isn't the same.

Suddenly a twig snapped nearby causing me to looking in that direction as silence was met afterwards all alright me the birds stopped which wasn't a good sign. "What on Earth is happening?" Frantically looking around in hopes to find this thing that's been stalking me, but before I could do anything something hit my neck knocking me out cold and yet this thing caught me preventing anything from getting hurt until I couldn't feel anymore completely out for the count.

I was unsure how long I was out for, but I felt myself overcoming unconsciousness slowly opening my eyes seeing a high ceiling making it pretty obvious that I wasn't back home as the smell of something familiar caught my attention as I slowly sat up to look around scanning the room I was in seeing how poshly decorated it was in a way a royal wanted it to be. Gotta admit whoever owns this place knows their stuff about fashion.

The big doors of the room slowly opened catching my attention allowing someone to enter inside, but when they came into view my eyes widened in completely shock seeing him standing there softly smiling in at me while the door shut behind him.

"Good morning, my love. How are you feeling?" He asked as I was silenced in shock seeing him here before my very eyes, but why now? Why did he leave me and everything behind and decide to take me away now?

"Oh I'm doing absolutely lovely! Where have you been for the past month, Huh? My dad thinks you're a coward! Do you have any idea of how embarrassing that is for me?" I exclaimed being sarcastic at the beginning not really feeling in the best mood for a lovely dovely reunion especially with a man who has disappeared for over a month, is he even aware that I'm beating his unborn child?

He sighed looking guilty and aware of the actions he had committed seeing how they have effected me before walking over and sitting on the edge of the bed beside me as I refuse to leave or trust any of his words that come out of that stupid mouth of his.

"I deeply apologise, my love. I have been incredibly busy taking care of my kingdom while my father is away. He believes that there is no one out there perfect enough to be my bride except the ones that live on my planet as he doesn't want to taint our blood with impure species that isn't our own" He replied as I rolled my eyes not believing him hearing a slight annoyed huff before grabbing underneath my chin by his hand forcing me to look at him making me lightly blush liking a man who isn't afraid to take control. "Do I need to remind you on who is the man around here? I'm sure your father would understand if I pay him a little visit, right? And tell him that one of his little precious princess' belong to me" the way he said it made butterflies flutter in my stomach reminding me of one of the many reasons why I had fallen for this fool.

"I'm sure he wouldn't care any less, especially after what you did to me during the tournament and leaving me all alone.. with your unborn child inside me" I replied leaving him shook releasing my chin and by the way I kept eye contact with him proved that I wasn't joking around. Who would? This is a serious thing for a future king to keep his bloodline growing.

"You're baring my child... your dad really is going to kill me. Well let him come, I'm ready to fight for my rights on making you my Queen and even now my father can't even refuse you since you're pregnant with his grandchild" he was hesitant at first but I could tell that neither he nor I were experienced on how to care for a child despite I being highly educated by the best and by my mother of course to ensure that I take proper care of my own child.

"What if he still refuses? I'm sure there is always another way you can make him accept us and I'm not any ordinary Saiyan, Alvar. An angel helped. A Zire-jin they called me due to my unique spots on my unusually long tail similar to the Toura-jin race but without the stripes let alone that I have the last missing royal blood cruising through my veins" I replied giving him a little life lesson about me as I tend on getting to know him if we were to have a chance of being the perfect match for one another.

"Aren't those supposed to be extinct? My father said he killed the ruler and took over their empire just days before everything mysterious disappeared, are you saying that you're related to Queen Corala herself? He always said she was a very serious and divine woman who would only marry the best and yet she chose King Emeric to build her empire as he was stronger and more manly than the others" hearing this I never knew that Alvar was interested in history unless it's recommended that a son learns of the ones his father had slain to maintain power amongst him people.

"Your father killed my parents... give me a good reason why I shouldn't kill him right now?" I questioned him wondering if he would kill me if I were to lay a finger of his father, but his calm expression confused me as I am literally threatening to kill the king.

"Well, sorry to break it to you. Females here are normally more powerful rulers and placed higher than kings depending on BP if it's higher than the king, but thanks to Queen Corala as her pure existence or even mentioning her name sends shivers down my spine and having you here the actual blood daughter will make things much easier for us" he wasn't bothered about me murdering his father, but if he had a dad then who's the mother isn't she some sort of Queen then or is she dead too? I was left shocked unsure of who's to reply if this as we were interrupted by a knock. "Come in!" He yelled as a knight came inside staying halfway behind the door intending to not stay for long.

"Your father has returned and is requesting your presence immediately, your highness" they spoke as Alvar softly exhaled before standing up from the bed quickly looking down at me then back at the knight.

"Tell him I'll be there in a minute" Alvar ordered as the knight left almost instantly giving us some privacy while I looked up at him seeing him look down at me with a smile. "I'll see you later, princess" he replied kissing my forehead before leaving with a wink as I sat their flattered thinking of what my life will become if I stay here with Alvar and completely my families legacy with the one I fell for at the very beginning. If you think about it this kingdom kinda reminds me of a clan of hyenas as queens rule over the group being more powerful and respected than the males who are kinda just seen as waste space.

Will everything go just as they planned? Or will everything soon fall apart?
