Replacement
The room fell silent as it took a while to process what Shiuh Xin had said. Slowly by slowly, the metaphoric sound of mic dropping to the floor was astounding! It was music to his ears when he saw jaws dropping to the floor one by one.
Then the sound of canes clattering as it touched the tiled floor. The shocking gasps of those present were almost musical, almost harmonising with the rest of the sounds creating symphonies. Never had he thought it would be this exhilarating!
Just like the icing on the cake, one that he could barely believe his eyes and ears had witnessed - his twin sister, his better half - was on his side!
Excitement bubbled within him as he screamed inwardly with glee! He rejoiced at the unexpected turn of event that every inch of him wanted to jump with joy, kick his feet in the air if he must!
