Section 71: The Battle for Freedom

I knocked on the cold steel door where Kallen locked himself. I peered through the windows and found him lying on the floor, helplessly with a hollow gaze on his warm amber eyes. I entered the room only to see Kallen's hostile gaze toward me. He sat on the cold floor and gazed at me coldly.

"I betrayed you Aria, why are you still here?" he asked in hostility.

I put a bowl of cereal on the floor, I crossed my arm annoyed.

"You're such a stubborn boy, I know you betrayed me" I sighed. "However, I am a little bit tired of suspecting everyone of everything".

I sit next to Kallen, he's a little bit surprised at why I sit next to the person who betrayed me. The fact that I hate betrayal, being lied to, being lead on was no flash news. He probably knows how much I hate them, and yet I sit next to him without a care in the world.

"I would be lying if I said I'm not angry, but I'm tired of suspecting people" I sighed. "It hurts my brain".
