Too bad that Indra can't reach level 80 to get new skills after completing this B-Rank dungeon. But he is just 2 levels apart now, so it won't take long to achieve that. There are awakeners who are sensitive to magic power and can detect others' magic power. It happened to Jin Woo when the White Tiger, Baek Yoon Ho sensed how his power increased after 2 meetings. If the Mage, Choi Jong In also met Jin Woo before, then he would also detect it.

That was caused because Baek Yoon Ho met Jin Woo when he was still not overwhelmingly strong for an S-Rank in the 1st meeting. It might be fine because he will be an S-Rank when he shows up. No one would really dare to question him even if they speculate he can grow stronger.

"Sigh, well, I still have time before the 1st S-Rank Gate appears. It should be enough time to be an S-Ranker and a strong one at that. Especially if I can keep raiding A-Rank dungeons later when they start showing up."

The highest-ranked Gates he ever found to this day are B-Ranks. He doesn't know whether A-Rank Gates have appeared somewhere in the world, but they should appear soon if they haven't appeared yet now.

Some meager amount of XP is better than nothing at all. However, he doesn't level up even after clearing the E-Rank dungeon as he had thought. He only can use the E-Rank dungeon as his secret training place that has some practice targets now.

His luck is just as bad in the next raid as he finds another E-Rank dungeon. The raid after that is a D-Rank dungeon, but he still can't level up to 79 even after clearing 2 E-Ranks & 1 D-Rank dungeons.

Luckily for him, the next raid is a C-Rank dungeon and he finally gets enough XP to reach level 80 after clearing that dungeon. Of course, he gets some new skills at level 80 which he has been waiting for a while now.

"What? It was Lightning Magic and now Rune Magic? What the hell are those 2 thinking? I haven't even understood Lightning Magic that much yet and now they give me this Rune Magic. Sigh, having too many abilities isn't always good."

Information about Rune Magic and how to use it appears in his mind as soon as he receives it. It is a good magic ability, but it is harder to learn than Lightning Magic. After all, he needs to learn the shapes of all the runes and memorize their combinations which is a lot.

Well, nothing can be done now that he has gotten the skill. He can just do his best to learn them. At the very least, he can learn and memorize the runes outside the dungeons because they are just writings. Of course, he needs to use the Rune Magic in the dungeons, but memorizing the runes themselves can be done even at home.

Indra isn't discouraged because as his intelligence stat increases, he actually also gets "smarter". He can understand new things and memorize anything much easier. This helps with learning all his magic skills and obviously helps his academic study.

It's like the intelligence stat is developing his brain's functions. Well, if Mages aren't smart, then they won't be able to learn magic. That's why intelligence stat is the most important for Mages. The smarter they are, the more magic they can learn.

Anyway, now that he has gotten stronger, Indra becomes more diligent with his training and dungeon raiding. As his level gets higher, he will need a lot more XP to level up. So he needs to raid more dungeons and kill more monsters.

However, what he finds are mostly E & D-Rank dungeons. It's quite rare to find C-Rank dungeons and even more so for B-Rank dungeons. Without an established proper ranking system for Gates in the world, Indra can only gamble when choosing dungeons and his search area is also limited, so he can only take what he can.

Because of that, he has a hard time raising his level now as the XP he needs for each level also goes up while the XP from lower-level monsters decreases. It takes him a month to reach level 90 even though he keeps raiding dungeons almost every day.

[Marking: Placing marks on targets that can be used to check targets' locations or conditions. Mark can be sensed from anywhere as long as it is still in the same space with the user or if the spaces are connected. Mana cost: 100 MP per target. Can only be erased by the user.]

'Finally! I've been waiting for these skills for a while now. Shapeshifting will be useful to disguise myself when needed. The Clone skill consumes a lot of mana, but I'll still need it in the future. Then finally the Marking skill. It is maxed already, strange, but fine. I can use Marking on my family to keep tabs on them.'

Indra was someone who craved familial love in his past life. His previous parents were divorced when he was young and none of them truly cared for him. He swears he will always protect them and to do that, he needs to always know where they are and their conditions.

That means I can still sense the Marks even when I'm in a dungeon then because the Gate connects the dungeon with Earth. The same space must've meant I could sense it from any corner of the Earth because it's still in the same space. That's a relief.'

Now, Indra's next goal is level 100 and anticipating the appearance of A-Rank Gates.
