Ice Breaking

Rring!

With the bell signifying the class is over, they got up from their seat and head back to dorm. Uraraka, Iida, Tsuyu walk back together while talking to each other. Their topic of conversation? Deku.

"The villain this time doesn't look too bad." Uraraka started the conversation.

"That's true. The villains we met in this school all looked like edgy overlord, ribbit." replied Tsuyu. Iida added,

"You guys are judging a book by it's cover. Those other villains in the school that we've met all made a minor crime but Deku killed not just some random people, but pro heroes! He's not as simple as we imagine." Said Iida seriously.

"Right, he made this matter looks simple by his innocent charm but the crimes he commit is not something we can look down at. He could kill us in the blink of an eye. The villains in this school is so weak that we can beat them but Deku? No way." Momo suddenly butted in. Uraraka shook in surprise but Iida and Tsuyu welcomed her.

"But-"

"You guys talking about me?" Deku popped out of nowhere giving Uraraka a second heart attack. She turned her head to the left and saw Deku smiling at her. Her heart skipped a beat before she blushed.

"We-" Uraraka tried to explain, but Deku cut her off.

"Don't worry, my quirk is sealed right now so I can't do anything to you guys. Rest assured." Said Deku with an innocent smile. Momo stayed cold, not affected by his charm.

"So you mean if your quirk is not sealed, you would attack us?" Momo said sarcastically.

"Maybe." Deku replied. Momo keep quiet for a few seconds, not expecting an answer that basically meant that if he got the chance to, he would kill them. She started walking faster until she's ahead of them.

The four of them walk in silence. But after a while, the three wondered where Deku is heading to since they are walking in the same direction.

"May I ask you a question, Deku-kun?" Tsuyu started the conversation.

"You can. You can talk informally too. We're the same age after all!" Deku said, a little too energetic. Tsuyu got a little awkward but she still asks anyway.

"Where are you heading? Aren't you going home?"

"I got captured so I can't go back to my place." Deku answered calmly.

"The place for villains participating in the rehab program is on the opposite direction though?" asked Iida. Deku turned and look at him like a confused kitten. He tilted his head.

"I'm heading to my dormitory though? Class 1-A dorm."

Hearing that word, the three of them freezes.

"W-when did you move in our dormitory?" Uraraka asked. When they turn their head to look at Deku, it's as if they can hear creaking in their bones like rusting metals.

"Oh, I forgot to tell you guys. I moved in really late at night yesterday so maybe that's why you guys don't know about it. And as for this morning, I woke up at 4 a.m. to train before going to the principal's office, then straight to class." Deku explained so fluently without realizing his classmate expression. They walked silently to the dormitory and finally decide to just ignore it.

Arriving at the dormitory, I don't think I need to describe the others reaction. Basically, they got confused, then shocked, and like the other three they decided to ignore it.

Deku enters his room, took a shower, and came to the living room to watch TV. There's no one there. Deku just shrugged it off. He took the remote control and started browsing the channel while sitting on the sofa.

Behind the wall separating the kitchen and and the living room, the whole 1-A students are hiding. Kirishima, Sero and Kaminari are watching Deku moves. The others are getting annoyed. They started to wonder why they are hiding.

Todoroki who got impatient finally burst through the small barricade the three made and and head to where Deku is.

"Can I sit here?" Todoroki pointed at a place on the sofa next to Deku. Deku smiled, signifying he can.

When they saw that Deku is friendly, they hesitated for a while before going to greet Deku.

"Hello, Deku-kun. My name is Eijiro Kirishima. Nice to meet ya!" Kirishima said with an over friendly attitude when he's one of the people who suggested hiding in the first place.

"I'm Ochaco Uraraka!" Uraraka said while blushing slightly.

"I'm Kyoka Jirou."

"My name's Mina Ashido!"

They started to introduce themselves one by one. Until it's Bakugou's turn.

"Oi, Bakugou, introduce yourself." Kirishima whispered in Bakugou's ear. Bakugou looked annoyed.

"Shut up. Oi, Nerd. What the hell you doing here?" Bakugou asked rudely. He didn't bother to play nice.

Deku smiled widely.

"Kacchan! Long time no see! How long has it been since we last met? 10 months?" Deku brushed it off like nothing ever happened between them. Bakugou gritted his teeth and walks away.

Kirishima looked at the two of them repeatedly.

"Uhh... do you guys know each other?" He asked carefully.

"Of course we're childhood friends!"

"That's why you sound so friendly with him! Why he don't like you tho- uhuk!" Kaminari speech got interrupted when he felt an elbow hitting his ribs. Jirou is glaring at her.

Deku smiled at their thoughtfulness. These guys are kind people.

Momo hesitantly walked in front of him.

"Umm... I'm sorry I'm rude to you earlier. I didn't mean any of that." Momo did a complete 90 degree bow. Deku panicked seeing her bowing quickly accepted her apology.

"It's okay! I understand there may be some of you who are suspicious of me. A villain who suddenly claimed he killed pro heroes before did sound suspicious after all." Deku quickly assured Momo that it's okay. But it only made Momo feel worse.

She was the one who started the fight after all. And Deku just replied to her, and she got mad by herself.

The others quickly warmed up to him. They unconsciously opened up to Deku and talked until it's 2 in the morning.
