The Reveal

I wake up in a room tied to a chair what feels like hours. I don't know how long I been out for. But for one thing is that I'm thirsty and I'm scared because I don't know where I am. And my face hurts like I've been hit punch with a brick.

After a while of sitting in this chair, I lose the feeling in my butt. I can hear people's footsteps walk back and forth in front of the door. I already tried to get out of the ropes but some tied them really good.

A couple of minutes later someone walks into the room. "Finally, you're awake. One of the guards got knocked out because you woke up the first time kicking and punching them on the way here so they ended up having to knock you out with force." He says frowning a bit.

"It explains why my face hurts but it doesn't explain why I'm here in the first place," I say keeping me from showing any the pain I'm in.

"Nora, you look so much like your mother with her attitude and sassy. But that's not why you're here. Your father is someone who is dear to me since you are my niece." He says with a sick smile on his face. Ewww I think.

"There is no way you're my uncle because I don't have any," I say looking up at him with a throbbing headache.

"I see your father hasn't told you all the truth. You see your father runs the Italian mafia in this very city. And you're his only heir to take over unless something happens to you but I need you for something." He says pulling a chair from somewhere in the room.

"And what is that?" I ask fighting the pain back. "Well, my father wanted to keep the family "business" in the family by having the oldest child marry someone of family blood if you know what I mean." He says as he plays with his ring.

"No way that's incest. That's disgusting to even think about doing it. Now get out of here I'm done talking to you." I say as I glare at him.

He gets up an leaves me in the room by myself. Who does he think he is thinking I would agree to do this. I really hope my father finds me.

Meanwhile back at the house...

"Where the hell is my daughter Shane? I left her in your care to watch her." I yell at him as I punch him.

"Sir, I'm telling you're the truth I was out back mowing the yard before I checked back on Nora. I called you right away when I didn't find her." He says spitting up blood.

"Boss I think I know who took Nora. But do you still have the tracking thing in her arm from when you had its place there as a child." Nick says as he holds a laptop.

"Yes, I do. The tracking number is 5653412. It should give you the exact location of where she is at." I say watching the screen as he types the number. My eyes follow where the dot stops at the one place I was hoping to avoid thinking it was Mr. Jason.

Even though we use to be good friends I wouldn't put it past him to take her. We had planned to have our kids married when they come to age but my crazy brother butted his opinion into our business saying the Greeks can't be trusted and that our kids should be married instead.

There is no way I'm letting that happened. "I think I know why he took her," I say looking at the both of them. "My brother is trying to make his plan of incest with my daughter and his son. To think that bastard is getting my business. He can kiss a rats ass before he thinks I'm going to let this happen." I say slamming the laptop shut.

"I'll get everyone ready to go just in case he has something up his sleeve," Nick said walking out of my office. My father was always an insane man. That's why I married Nora's mom my high school sweetheart right after we finished high school resulting in her getting pregnant with Nora five years later.

We tried for more kids but she had something go wrong. Which resulted in us in finding out that the doctor had removed all her eggs when she went on for some surgery.

Shacking my head to get out of my thoughts to realize that my baby girl needs me. I walk over to the other side of the room to grab one of my many guns.

Back to Nora...

No one has come in since my so-called uncle left. I'm just hoping my dad comes to get me from here.

Minutes later I hear yelling and people running around also gunfire going off.

I move my hands some more to feel them come free from the rope. I untie my feet next to get out of this place but before I could do that I hear the door open.

I get up an hide behind the door. 'I should've grabbed something to hit this person with.' I whisper to myself hoping this person doesn't find me.

"Well look who we have here. My father was right you are a beauty" Says the mystery guy with an evil smirk. "And who might you be?" I say even though I have a pretty good guess who it is.

"Your soon to be husband from what my father is saying. But I don't think I can wait for the wedding night to feel you." He says getting closer to me.

"Well, your wrong because I'm not marring anyone since I don't plan on it and I don't do incest so you can back you ass back up those steps because you aren't touching me," I say walking around me to the door.

"You see that's not going to happen because I always get what I want and that is you." He says grabbing my forearm hard. I try to pull away but he won't let go so I do the only thing that will bring a man to his knees.

I knew him as hard as I can before running up the steps as fast as I could to find my father or Shane or nick or someone from my father's place.

"Nora, are you alright?" I see my father running up to me. "Yes, but can we get out of here, I want to go home," I said hugging my father as we walk out of the house to his car.

"We'll talk some more at home in the morning. Now get some sleep, Nora." My father says to me. I do as he says get some sleep.
