"CARLISLE!"

"What's wrong Jasper?"

Carlisle rushed into the room jasper screamed from and saw jasper holding Alice, and Alice being unresponsive.

" I don't know. Alice is having one of her visions but for some reason, this one has her shaking. Have you ever seen her like this?"

"No never, how long has she been like this"

Carlisle went closer for an inspection

"It's been more than 10 minutes"

Carlisle looked her over and said.

" Well, we do know that the further in the future she sees the longer her visions last. But i don't think I've ever seen her shaking like this.

"But I don't think there's any reason to be concerned yet. And until that changes, I think it's best to let her be for now. Why don't you go and join the other, I'll look after her"

"Yeah, I suppose you're right. Will you tell me if her condition changes"

"Yes of course jasper. Don't worry"

30 minutes later in the same room, Alice wakes up from her vision and looks at Carlisle.

And when Carlisle looked at her he could see her fear.

"What Alice? what did you see"

"I..I think I saw Edythe's mate"

"Isn't that wonderful news"

When Carlisle asked that question he seemed a bit hesitant because he could see Alice's fear.

"It is, but Carlisle when I saw him in my vision he...."

"What Alice, tell me"

Carlisle was now getting worried, are they in danger or something

"Carlisle he looked at me, l..like he could see me in my vision"

"Where did you see him"

"I didn't actually see him I..I j..ust saw red eyes looking back at me. And I just knew he was Edyhtes mate"

"When do you think are paths will cross?"

"Not in another 70 years."

Carlisle was thinking about something when Alice said red eyes he remembered an incident that happened a long time ago when he was still in the Volturi.

"Alice were his eyes just red or did they have any unusual markings?"

"YES, he had three black dots on his iris!"

" It can't be"A shocked expression can now be seen on Carlisle

"Is that going to be Edythe's mate?"

"Yes."

"Is there something you're not telling us, Carlisle"

"That's a difficult question. You remember I told you I used to live with the Volturi?"

" Yes of course."

" Well there was an incident one time, Aro, the leader of the Volturi, had received reports of a powerful and mysterious being that could do impossible things with the wave of his hand. The Volturi's spies had described him as a red-eyed man with incredible speed and strength, who called himself the Ghost of the Uchiha."

Just uttering his name made both him and Alice shiver

"Aro decided to send a large contingent of his best soldiers to confront the Ghost of the Uchiha and bring him under The Volturi. They arrived at the remote forest where the Ghost was said to reside, ready to engage him in battle."

"Were you there Carlisle?" said Edward behind him

Carlisle looked at Edward and the others coming into the room.

"No, I wasn't"

They saw Carlisle was serious so they took their seats.

Esme went next to Carlisle and put her hand on his.

Carlisle continued with his story.

"They attacked him in masse, but he moved with lightning speed, dodging their blows and striking back with deadly accuracy. The Ghost was a master of hand-to-hand combat, and his power was beyond anything the Volturi had ever seen."

"His agility and strength were unmatched, and his combat skills were simply beyond their comprehension. One by one, the Volturi soldiers fell before him, their bodies were torn apart by his deadly attacks."

Alice looked at Edythe who was standing in the corner of the room

"Aro was left with no choice but to retreat, his army decimated and his pride shattered. The Ghost of the Uchiha vanished into the forest, his legend spreading far and wide across the vampire world. The Volturi learned a valuable lesson that day, that even the mightiest army can be brought to its knees by a single warrior of unparalleled skill and power."

there was a silence for a while until Emmet decided to comment

"That was some history lesson, Carlisle"

"Carlisle, what did he look like? do you know?" asked Esme who was sitting next to him

" Other than the fact that he had long black hair and red eyes, and he was wearing red samurai armor, nothing"

"And if what Alice says is true, then this person is going to be my mate," Said Edythe, talking for the first time.

"Yes Edythe, that is correct."

After that no one said anything.
