What's the catch?

Airon's brain was working fast at this point, and all the previous events flashed in his mind.

He discovered that every time he went on an expedition looking for resources, there was something else they ran into, there were more or less minor accidents, like walker attacks or people not looking to be saved.

But even besides that, there were drastic changes in the original events of this world that were connected in different ways to make the outcome more or less the same.

They weren't all, but Airon noticed these details and at the time paid close attention to the problems they could bring him in the future.

And the first time he noticed this problem was when Guillermo was shot in the woods, or long before that when Merle shot in Atlanta and alerted all the walkers.

But where it was most evident is recently when he arrived at the hospital and miraculously ran into Noah who shouldn't be out of the hospital at that time.

At the time, meeting Noah was too much of a coincidence, what was that due to? Airon had thought about it, definitely because he is related to the most relevant people in this world and may have changed the events in a very different way so that the story follows the same course but in different ways.

The search for the buses this time reaffirmed this issue again. Originally, they were originally looking for the bus and materials to make some modifications to them.

Unexpectedly, as if this was about the original drama, they found everything and it didn't take long to search, but then they encountered the wolves, which caused Ravi's death and Merle was injured, consequently they found what was in that building and then a horde of walkers attacked them.

Now if Airon hurries well, the last time he left the prison, he also met a man quite familiar. Although there were some accidents, it all seems to be related to the story.

However, when his group met Bob, why didn't anything happen that could endanger people's lives? Is it because he wasn't there or because Bob was found by Merle?

Generally, Airon knew that time was a very important thing and some events had to happen in some way or another. They had been attacked, fled and survived. If he followed the events, at least something very big should have happened to the group.

But at this point, Airon did not know that the central base had been attacked by a large horde of walkers. As they were now in a very remote location, the signal was not very good. He had established a connection with Shane but the effect had not been very good, so it would be much better if he did not communicate with the base so as not to cause concern.

Could that sense of sensing danger be something like a special ability?

Otherwise, how could he explain those coincidences? Maybe he should try later and look for resources, assuming he was now influenced by the main group, if he was now looking for a weapon box then that would come true? After that, what would be the problems he would have to deal with?

There was something strange about this matter that Airon wanted to resolve, but at the same time it made him feel uneasy, thinking somewhat carefully about what might happen.

Scratching his head in anguish, Airon planned to try this first, at least to verify this conjecture.

Thinking about this, Airon stopped his wild thoughts and secretly decided that this matter needed to be cleared up before arriving in Alexandria.

"All right, I'll go in and rest, I won't bother you anymore! Elias will fill in for you in a few hours, if he doesn't don't forget to kick him awake."

Daryl looked at Airon, whose expression was changing. Although he was puzzled, he didn't ask any questions. He touched the beer bottle with Airon and then turned his attention back to the grass outside.

...

Two days later.

In Fredericksburg, Virginia.

In an empty room on the second floor of a building.

When Airon opened the door, he found Merle and Daryl who were waiting with the other survivors. Also, on a table was a map of this place and two people with fearful expressions on the side.

"We'd best head to this place, there might be some interesting stuff."

After scanning the room, Airon slowly walked to the table and said something to Liam, who was following closely, then found a random chair and sat down.

After everyone was present, Jon who had been briefed on all this and was in charge of scanning this place began to report on what they had discovered. In the room were fifteen young men who had done military service and the occasional veteran, in addition to the fifteen people from Airon's original group which in total would be a little over thirty people.

"Allow me to introduce you, this is Ferdinand, the leader of a group of survivors not too far from our location."

Seeing that everyone was here, Jon introduced one of the strange men in the room, then looked at another and said this was his acquaintance.

"Hello everyone, I'm thankful your group saved me!"

After Jon finished introducing, Ferdinand, a middle-aged man, extended his hand and smiled gratefully.

"That doesn't matter."

After shaking hands, Airon stared at the other party's dusty face, guessing that the other party should have run off into the night.

"In that case, let's talk about what we need to do next and about everything you claim to have seen."

After the two finished communicating, Jon pushed a board with a map hanging behind it in front of everyone.

They all looked and saw that the map in front of them had three colors, with the largest red color covering most of the southwest area, Airon knew without guessing that it probably belonged to the walkers.

Not far away, it is covered in green and blue intertwined, on one side there are red dots, but in that other part, it looks a bit like ants, which should represent the place where the walkers abound in smaller numbers and is where Ferdinand's people had explored.

At the edge of the blue and red color there was a spot surrounding a large open field, which was exactly in Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park, not far from where they are now, this place belonged to a military camp but was suddenly abandoned.

In the process of evacuation, numerous military personnel died suddenly and without warning, leaving all the resources intact in that camp. When Airon's group learned that, they definitely needed to take over that place before resuming their journey.

Due to the absolute difference in numbers, although they had the advantage of firearms, they were now increasingly powerless in battle against people. At this time, there were at least thirty troops in the current Airon group where there were just over ninety people overall.

"Now our goal is to clear this military camp and take all things including abandoned trucks and tanks before resuming our journey. We have received word from the group of survivors who have been in the vicinity that that place is intact."

After saying that, Jon looked at Airon to wait for him to finish talking about the plan, "We will take advantage of this head start we have, if we can get hold of all the resources in that military camp, we will have enough weapons to open a safe haven."

Then he looked at Ferdinand and Airon said, "Now we have a proper team, half of our group are combat experts so you guys will just follow their instructions and nothing bad will happen."

"That's definitely good, having that level of weaponry will give us the security we had in the prison." Said Daryl, convinced of this plan.

"But not everything is easy, I don't know if it's because of the panic moments before he died, but says this man in your group saw a completely different monster than the walkers."

"That's impossible, a different walker?" Glenn scoffed lightly as he looked around at everyone, but found that no one in the room was laughing with him.

"That's impossible, isn't it?"

"No matter what the fuck it is, bullets will go right through it if it runs into our group." Merle said as he wiped his teeth with his fingers.

Airon waved his hand, indicating that his team has no problems, then asked, "Hopefully the military camp isn't in a difficult area, with silenced weapons we can solve this problem."

"Then why didn't Ferdinand's group take the weapons from that camp?"
