21 Repaying a Debt

Hancock was thoroughly enraged by his shamelessness.

"I am the princess of Amazon Lily, now bow down in honour of my beauty."

As she said that she pointed at him and raised her head so high her nose was pretty much touching the sky.

When the four men saw her actions they all felt as if they were standing in front of the most beautiful woman in the world. One man immediately turned to stone and the other two had to fight their intense desire to stay sober.

Adam easily shook off the affects and said.

"Little princess we already know about the affects of the love fruit. Other than that eager idiot, the rest of us have steeled our minds and aren't so easily swindled."

Hearing that, Hancock looked pale as she realised that these men weren't random nobodies.

She turned to Shaya and said.

"Shaya, as your princess I order you to make an opening for us to escape and give us enough time to retreat!"

Shaya didn't say anything in reply just nodded emotionlessly and turned to Adam raised her hand and coldly uttered.

"Bloody Bow!"

As she said that, blood materialised in her palm taking the shape of a bow before solidifying into a sparkling red bow. As the blood materialised from her palm her face turned ghostly pale and she started panting lightly but her eyes still looked cold and determined as she looked at Adam.

She lifted her other hand and said whispered.

"Bloody Arrow!"

She knocked the scarlet arrow in the crimson bow and fired towards Adam. Just as the arrow left the bow she turned to face the 2 remaining marines darting towards them, whilst speaking lightly to Hancock and her sisters.

"Charge past them!"

Hearing that Hancock didn't waste any time as she followed behind Shaya.

Seeing the silver haired warrior charging towards them, the marines didn't look too flustered as they calmly stepped forward to intercept the incoming silver haired girl

Shaya charged at the man on the left, firing off a smaller bloody arrow. The marine was able to easily dodge the first arrow, but before he knew it there was another arrow darting towards him. He raised his hands and dodged to the side. He was scratched by the arrow, but it was only shallow.

Seeing blood appear on the marines arm Shaya smiled coldly as she said.

"Bloody Wall!"

As she said that a bloody wall appeared in front of her and the 3 girls she was protecting. But the blood didn't originate from her this time, instead it came from the man she cut. As it did, the marine turned into a corpse made of skin and bone.

She turned to the Hancock and her sisters as she said calmly.

"Leave now!"

Hancock and her sisters were shocked not only by her display of strength but by her willingness to give her life to protect them.

Although she had done well up to now she was clearly running on fumes now. Her breathing was erratic and the light in her eyes were fading rapidly but she still fought for them.

Hancock looked guilty at the silver haired girl who was younger than her. Even though she felt guilty, she didn't stop running, she just shouted.

"Meet us at the hiding spot!"

Just as the girls were escaping a shadow darted at the red wall with a long sword in their hand.

The shadow was Lieutenant Commander Adam.

He slashed at the scarlet wall and cut it in two as if it were a knife cutting through butter.

He looked mockingly at the silver hair girl before saying to his subordinates (one of which had recovered from being turned to stone).

"You go after them, leave this little cutie to me!"

Hearing that, Shaya was just about to summon all of her remaining strength to slow the men down when Adam grabbed her by the neck and lifted her above his head.

"Where do you think you're going?"

Shaya wasn't paying attention to Adam, she was still focusing on the two men running towards Boa sisters.

[Before he died, dad told me the Kuja Pirates once saved his life and if I ever got the chance, he said to return the favour… I can't let dad down again!]

As her mind remembered the past, tears started falling down her face as she said quietly between breaths.

"Stop, stop…"

Adam thought she was talking to him and was just about to speak when he felt a formidable pressure slam down on him.

He managed to shake it off quite easily, the other 2 men were also able to stay awake but they were forced to fall to their knees.

Adam shivered as he looked at the silver haired girl who had fallen unconscious as he said.

"Conqueror's Haki!"

He didn't dare to waste anymore time as he shouted to his men.

"Hurry and get the escapees!"

The 2 men stumbled to their feet and were about to chase after the 3 sisters when a black haired and golden eyed youth blocked their way.

Adam frowned at the kid as he shouted.

"Kid, hurry up and scram if you kn…"

Before he could finish his sentence another youth appeared in front of him before he even realised.

As he finally saw the youth who had appeared he felt a wave of unbearable pain in his shoulder.

As he looked at it, he saw blood gushing out from where his arm should've been and the girl who he was just holding was being held by the mysterious youth.

He looked at the youth and the only thing he could see was that he seemed to be a child no older than 10, who had dreadlocks and black eyes that when looking into them made him feel like he was staring into the gates of hell!
