53 Plans For The Future

As Ori landed on the ground he walked over to Roman and Shaya.

"You guys finished fast."

Shaya pointed towards Roman as she replied.

"I had to, or this fool would have interrupted my fight."

Roman smiled wryly as he scratched the back of his head not daring to look at Shaya who he could feel glaring at him.

Orion chuckled before looking off in the direction of the forest. Seeing the direction he was looking, Shaya could guess what he was thinking about.

"I'll get it!"

Ori replied with a nod before walking towards Tsunade.

"How was I my dear wife? Were you impressed?!"

Tsunade snorted before turning back to focus whole heatedly on the injured samurai.

"What exactly happened to him anyway?"

"Iori… He used his body as a meat shield to keep me safe when those bastards ambushed us! It should've been me who was injured, not him!"

Whilst she was explaining, tears started trickling down her face. Seeing her tear up, Ori put a hand on her shoulder as he said.

"You shouldn't beat yourself up, he protected you because he cares about you. Having someone who cares about you so deeply is a reason for celebration, not tears. And anyway with your medical expertise he'll be good as new in no time!"

Tsunade nodded but didn't say anything in reply, clearly still feeling down about him being injured for her.

"How did you two meet anyway?"

"His family, the Senbon's are the royal guards of the Wano Kingdom. For every member of my family born a Senbon will be chosen to be their royal guard and Iori's mine.

Ever since I can remember, Iori's always been there to protect me. I never saw him as a guard but more of an older brother, even when that bastard bear sent me flying to east blue, Iori didn't hesitate to grab hold of the pod I was sent in, almost destroying one of his arms in the process. If it wasn't for my healing abilities he really may have lost an arm!

Just thinking about how rash he was pisses me off. If he loses an arm, he'll never achieve his dream of defeating Dracule Mihawk"

When he heard that last part he was caught off guard, as were Roman and Mihawk's sole disciple Shaya.

"He wants to defeat Hawky?"

Hearing Orion refer to the man who's publicly referred to as the most talented swordsman of his generation as "Hawky", startled Tsunade but remembering how shameless he could be she didn't look too deeply into it. She nodded as she replied.

"Iori's dream is to defeat Mihawk, the man who defeated his older brother and bring the title of most talented sword genius back to the Wano Kingdom."

As she said that she looked at Ori remembering the strength of his swordsmanship. As the princess of the Wano country she could see that he was at the Master Swordsman boundary. She sighed as she looked back at Iori on the ground, who was a couple years older than Orion looked and was at the Swordsman boundary and said.

"Looks like he's going to have a hard time achieving his dream!"

Orion just smiled.

"By the way what do you plan on doing next?!"

Tsunade carried on healing Iori while she replied.

"We're going to explore Paradise (The first half of the Grand Line), slowly making our way back to the new world. What about you guys?"

"We have something to take care of here in east blue but after that, like you we intend on exploring paradise slowly over the next year before entering the New World and turning it on it's head!"

Tsunade looked at the confident smile hung on Orion's face.

"Turn the New World on its head?"

Before Ori could reply, Shaya appeared behind him like a flash with her hand stretched out and handed him a grey fruit with black patterns and a green stem. Tsunade was startled by the sight of the fruit.

"Isn't that…"

Ori nodded as he said.

"The Clone fruit that CP0 operative used… You want it?"

Tsunade couldn't help but stare wide eyed at Orion.

"Don't you want it!"

Ori smiled as he replied.

"We have no use for it, plus seeing the world governments reaction to you having the fruit of one of their operatives despite coming to steal yours would be way more interesting don't you think?"

Tsunade looked at him in surprise. She started considering his offer but eventually shook her head.

"I can't accept, this is too much just to gift to us."

When she said that, Shaya was the one to reply this time.

"If you want to repay us then you could help us…"

"Help you? What could you need our help with?!"

Shaya nodded as she continued.

"We have a plan to take down one of the Yonko's, with your ability and strength, it'll make it a little more achievable!"

Tsunade was stunned.

"Yo… Yonko?! You want to target a Yonko?! You haven't even stepped foot in the New World and you're already talking about targeting a Yonko?! I know you're strong, but they're called the 4 Emperor's of the New World for a reason! Their position's have been unshakeable since the death of Uncle Roger!"

As she said that she quickly cupped her mouth knowing she blurt out something she shouldn't have! But it was too late, the words had already come out and this time it was the trio's turn to be surprised!

"Uncle Roger?!"

Knowing the cat was out the bag and the fact that she felt she could trust them she nodded with a sigh. Before she could continue Orion cut her off.

"A Princess of Wano, Kozuki Tsunade… The current ruler of the Kuri Region in Wano is Kozuki Oden, a former crew mate of Uncle Roger… Hahaha so that's how it is!"

Tsunade frowned when she heard Orion refer to Roger as uncle. She knew he was shameless, but Roger was the man she respected most other than her father. She wouldn't allow anyone to use his name as pun.

Ori saying "uncle Roger" wasn't a mistake, he knew exactly what he was doing. As she had already let out so much information regarding herself (albeit unintentionally), he felt it was only right he let her in on his background even if it was only part of it. Seeing the annoyance on her face, Orion explained.

"My full name is Portgas D. Orion, my father was the older brother of Portgas D. Rouge, uncle Roger's wife. And my sworn brother here is Gol D. Roman, his father was the older brother of uncle Roger."

Tsunade and Bartolomeo stared wide eyed at the brothers in shock. At first she was sceptical but the more she looked at their faces the more she realised they were being genuine.

"Hahaha, no wonder, no wonder. Only going through the tests at the land of D. could raise freaks like you!"

When they heard that, they were shocked that she knew about the test site for their families. Ori was the first to recover.

"So uncle Roger even told you guys about that?!"

Tsunade nodded as she said.

"The Roger pirates were like family, there wasn't much they didn't tell each other."

Ori nodded knowing what she said was right. Tsunade carried on by asking.

"So, out of curiosity… Who was the Yonko you wanted to target?!"

Ori smiled as he replied.

"The man known as "The World's Strongest Creature" ... The King of the beasts Kaido!"

Tsunade didn't even hesitate as she replied.

"You have yourself a deal! He's been constantly causing trouble back home for the past 2 years, I'll happily take the opportunity to take that bastard Kaido down a peg or 2! What's the plan?!"

Shaya who had remembered some of the details her father had collected on the emperor's when he created the revolutionaries continued by explaining the plan she created which was supplemented by the mysterious information Orion had given her.

As Shaya finished explaining the plan Orion looked Tsunade in the eyes as he spoke with a seriousness that was uncharacteristic of him.

"Even if we are allied in this venture, when it finally comes down to the final battle, Kaido's mine and mine alone!"

She looked up at him in shock. This was Kaido; the strongest creature in the world he was talking about fighting on his own.

She looked at Roman and Shaya who seemed unphased by his statement as if they knew what he was planning and were okay with it.

She took another look into pitch black eyes and saw the unwavering confidence they held and nodded. She lifted the still unconscious Iori on her back and said.

"In a year and a half it is then… See you in the New World… Partner!"

Orion grinned cheekily as he replied.

"See you in the New World… Wife!"

Tsunade finally asked the question that had been playing on her mind for a while now.

"You're 19, I'm 15 don't you think calling someone so much younger than you your wife is wrong?!"

Orion shook his head with a smile as he replied.

"I'm only 14 which means you're older than me, my dear cougar of a wife!"

Tsunade looked at the 19 year old looking youth before her in shock.

[Monster!]

Suddenly she remembered what Ori said.

"Who are you calling a cougar, you bastard?!"

Orion was immediately sent flying by Tsunade's haki infused leg. With a nod towards Roman and Shaya, Tsunade lead Bartolomeo away carrying Iori.
