"Well, we could use it for our presentation but we would have to remove all the supernatural details in it.

"That's what I was thinking as well" Isabel replied in a more conversing tone

The two went back to the table where mike and amber were already seated with a few books in front of them.

Sitting down Isaac drop the papers with the headlines Mysterious Murder case finally closed,

"I think I have something you guys would be more interested in"

After explaining the papers to both mike and amber they were astonished

"What that really happened here in town" mike asked curiously

"I never knew about that" amber said in a low tone.

"But how much details and information could we really pull from this old newspaper" Amber said in an attempt to back up her former contrived ideas.

"My father has more details about the event" Isabel said saying the father word a bit sluggishly cutting off Amber who no longer had any excuses.

"Well if you say so I guess it will fetch u more marks since it's actually based on this town"

"Well I will see what I can get from these papers" amber said taking a picture of each page.

"Well I think we should call it a day for now" Isaac said as he glanced at his wrist watch as it was almost time, for the library to close as well as it was already a bit scanty.

"After saying there goodbye's Isaac and mike were about to leave when Isabel called Isaac back

"Hey Isaac, wait up" it was actually the first time she had called out his name

Isaac whom was with mike turned around as Isabel approached them

"Can we have a talk, alone" she said looking toward mike.

'I've had it with this mike thought to him.

"Why not have that talk right here I already know everything" mike said mustering up all his courage.

On hearing this Isaac's only reaction was a face-palm as he had not expected this at all whereas Isabel's expression took a 180 degree turn into one of absolute shock.

Her eyes flashing a bright red as she looked mike in the eyes she commanded him "Leave us".

Mike's whole composure and posture instantly dropped as his eye became dull he turned around like a robot being controlled he was just about to leave when he was held by someone.

"He doesn't have to leave" Isaac said in a more serious tone.

Regaining his consciousness mike could see he was being held by mike "what happening" mike asked 'wait why can't I remember what just happened 'mike taught to him self

"mike or whatever you name is I have one word of advice for you, if you love yourself and family better keep whatever you know to yourself else I'll hunt you down and suck you dry"

"Will she really do that" mike said turning towards Isaac for answers

"Well maybe" Isaac said in a sarcastic tone

"So what I wanted to ask you was, what are your plans for tonight"Isabel said in a more serious tone.

"Me and mike here have got it all planned out" Isaac said in an uncertain tone.

Isabel shifting her gaze to mike her eyes asking more like seeking for an answer.

"Uhmm yeah, yeah tonight all planned, we've got it under control" mike nervously said

"Now that's definitely a lie" Isabel said listening to his heart beat even though it was unnecessary as his reaction already sold them off.

"If you do then what is it" Isabel asked demanding an explanation.

"Well if you insist, I got some chain's which am going use to lock up myself, you satisfied" Isaac asked.

"And what if the chains don't hold what if you break free and rampage through the town?" Isabel asked in a quick response

Isaac had no response to this as he hadn't considered the chances

"Ahh jeez I knew it, now I have no choice but to get involved well what are we waiting for lets go get the chain's" Isabel said in an unusually calm manner

The trio continued on the walk on their way towards Isaac's home in other to retrieve the chains and whatever might be needed as nightfall was at hand.

"So here we are" Isaac said as the trio could be seen standing in front of a building

"I think you should wait here" Isaac said to Isabel .

"And why should I" Isabel said in quick response.

"Because you wouldn't fit in my alibi" Isaac said .

"Well I could just manipulate her into believing whatever you want" Isabel said without any emote

"Manipulate her?" mike said a bit confused

'That skill, that must have been what she tried to do to me at the canteen and she did just use it on mike!'

"Am sorry but I can't let you do that to my grandma, nor mike anymore"

"Anymore? Wait hold up Isaac what do you mean by anymore"

"Lets just go we can talk about it later" Isaac said grabbing mike by the hand

Both entering the building as the door was unlocked,

"Isaac is that you?" a voice could be heard asking it was coming from the kitchen.

"Yes it's me" Isaac replied

"I'd like you to meet mike" Isaac said introducing mike to Mary who was already in the living room

"Oh aren't you the son of Mr. and Mrs. Randal who live just down the street" Mary [Isaac's grandma] asked.

"Yes ma" Mike replied.

"Such lovely couple" Mary said

"He is the friend I have been telling you about, in fact I was hoping you would let me sleep over at their place" Isaac asked in a soothing voice.

"well I guess I don't see anything wrong with that, well am almost done with dinner let me pack you boys something to eat" Mary said as she went back to the kitchen.

"Okay I think this is my chance" Isaac said as he dashed to his room.

The chains were still in the huge duffel bag he got them with,

"Now how am I going to move this downstairs without arousing any suspicions" Isaac taught to himself looking towards the window he thought of tossing it down.

"Nope that would definitely be noisy".
