Reviews of Trial of Monsters and Summons

Author here: I’m going to shamelessly give myself 5 stars. I would love to hear any comments or suggestions as to how I can improve the story. Just remember I’m doing this for fun and while I will try to post as regularly as possible, I’ll be busy with school a lot of the time.

This novel is similar to "monster pet evolution" and "monster integration". New ideas, new settings, but always a solid relationship, man with his own monsters. Don't look at the grammar or the few mistakes, but encourage the young author to write more, because this novel deserves to be read. For the author: Don't give up, don't look at the reviews and comments of the trolls and keep writing. Don't abandon this beautiful novel.

The writing improves a lot as the story goes on. It is a fairly unique one and a lot of fun. There’s a good amount of action and the story varies quite a bit as it goes on (it’s not just a dude going out to hunt every chapter). I like it really well and can’t wait to see where the author goes with it.

Doing a review for Exp but also because I’m up to date on chapter 45 and the book is still good. The author just finished volume 2 and it looks like he’ll keep going strong. Here’s hoping we’ll get a ton more volumes!

Good story, only issues would be lack of dialogue in the beginning, but recent chapters have fixed this with dialogue between MC and a few characters. Would also be good to know if all summons pertain to a certain category, i.e. beast, elemental, plant, demon. With the evolution is it random or are there fixed routes which have been discovered by earlier summoners. Overall a great start and an enjoyable read.

Great story and pretty fun to read. I hope it doesn't get dropped because there are very less summoner kind of novels available out there. And I really like these novels. So kudos to you and your hard work. :)

Not bad at all, keep it up! I'm looking forward to more unique monster that the MC can summons. By the way can people summon more then one monster at a time?

I like the story in the overall concept, but everything is written in narrative so it's hard to get into the story. Which end up making the whole thing bland.
