Chapter 8 : Crashing into hell

When I woke up, I found myself in Rahul's arms,he was waking me up.When I opened my eyes he gave me a tight hug.I can feel the fear in him to loose me.He kissed me.We went to wake grandpa, mona,reena nad sam.They all woke up.I am sure that we have pressed the wrong button and we are in future.....that means 30 years ahead of 2020...that is 2050.

Barren land,no trees,no people around us.It is very hot,we started to feel suffocated.We cant even breath properly.We are sweating,I started to feel very uncomfortable,my head was bursting out of headache,I hold Rahul's hand to gain some support but his body temparature is so high.I can see nothing,barren land,red hot sun,no one around.Suddenly I started to feel burning sensation on my skin.I observed that there are red coloured rashes on my hands,neck and face.I looked at everyone and they all had the same kind of rashes.I am feeling very thirsty.We all started to shout for help.The skin started to burn.I feel like my skin is burning in fire with all my conscious.I thought that I was burning in hell.We started to walk in search of help.But there was no use,no one were there to help us.I became unconscious.I feel someone is poking me on my body.I even cant remember what is happening.

(Next day)

I opened my eyes.The light is very bright.I cant see anything.After a few minutes I can see some people walking around.I was unable to talk.I can sense something like mask on my face.Someone came to me and said "how are you.Is everything alright??" I can't open my eves completely. I can see someone standing with white suit and a head is covered with helmet.After a few minutes I can see clearly.Someone came and removed my mask.

"Where am I....who are you..?"I asked her with a low voice.

She said " My name is Emma.I am a doctor.When some students are doing research with a flying camera....they informed that some people are lying in that place in unconscious condition.A rescue team helped us to bring you hear yesterday.We gave you primary treatment.Now you are completely alright."

I am worried about Sam,Reena, Mona,grandpa and Rahul. I asked Emma about them.She said that they are all fine but still unconscious.The room is large and painted with white.I was in a loose dress.Dr.Emma was standing beside me.I was looking at her."You can call me Emma.Do you want to see your family?" she asked me.I think she can read my mind,i answered her "please take me to them."

She took me to Rahul.He is still unconscious.I sat beside him.I took his hand into mine looking at him.He opened his eyes slowly."How are you feeling now?"I asked him by squeezing his hand to comfort him.He got up and hugged me.I skipped my heart beat.I cant even breath.Rahul said "I was very afraid when you became unconscious suddenly.What happened to you Hazel."Emma was standing by my side and she is laughing.She said " she is fine.Even you became unconcious.How are you feeling now?"

Rahul felt embarrassed with Emma's words and left me.My heart is still beating very fast.Rahul answered Emma that he is fine.We both went to grandpa.Emma said that grandpa still needs some rest to recover.Meanwhile Reena,Mona and Sam came and hugged me.We were all worried about grandpa.Rahul asked Emma about the reason for becoming unconscious.She said"First,you all have this and then we will discuss about it.She gave us some capsule.We thought that it was a medicine and had it.She said that it is our lunch.We were shocked to hear.We sat down and then Emma explained that due to increase in population around the world there has been scarcity of food.Global warming,climate changes and pollution are other reasons for decrease in food production.Due to this sea weeds are used as food supplements.They contains proteins and nutrient necessary for our body to live.

Rahul asked "why did we get unconscious? "
