Trapped in his arms

*Knock* "Come in" Alice heard Xander say before she walked into the bedroom. She found him sitting on the couch wearing a simple t-shirt and a pair of black jeans. When he rose his head to see who it was, she saw how red his eyes were, like a blood moon and his face still showed no emotions. " What is it" he asked calmly. " I-i just wanted to th- thank you for saving me yesterday" she said feeling intimidated by his facial expression. "It's fine" he said placing his palms on his face looking quiet restless which made her think that he was just tired so she decided to leave him alone to rest. She opened the door and was about stepping out but the doors suddenly closed shut and Xander's arms were found placed on the door, but before she could say anything, he picked her up and tossed her on his bed. An hour later, Alice was found laying on the floor, her clothes had been ripped to shreds and the bed covers were covered with blood. She just lay there crying non stop before finally getting up, wrapping a towel around herself, and limped out of the room. Getting to her room, she sat on the floor and cried herself to sleep. Follow Alice as her life takes a turn after she lands a job at the company of the cold hearted C.E.O. Could this be a good turn or her worst nightmare.

Chapter 5. dangerous man

After breakfast was over, the trio headed to the living room to relax and watch some TV.

As Alice walked into the opulent living room, Aiden's gaze ensnared her, his eyes gleaming like polished onyx. "So, Alice, how are you feeling now?" he asked, his voice low and husky, sending shivers down her spine.

"I-I'm fine, thank you," she stammered, her heart racing like a wild animal.

Alex, her boss, intervened, his voice firm and commanding. "Aiden, leave her alone."

Aiden's smile was a slow, wicked curve. "Oh, I'm just getting started, brother."

As they continued watching TV, Louis, Mr. Black's assistant, entered the living room with a quiet confidence. He approached Alex and bowed slightly before handing over the documents he was holding.

"Sir," Louis said, his voice low and respectful.

Alex took the documents, his eyes scanning the contents with an intensity that made Alice feel uneasy. As he read, his expression darkened, his jaw clenched in annoyance.

Without a word, Alex stood up, his movements swift and decisive. He turned and left the room, leaving an awkward silence in his wake.

Louis bowed again and followed Alex out of the room, leaving Alice wondering what had caused the sudden departure.

Aiden, who had been watching the scene unfold, said with a mischievous grin. "Looks like someone's in trouble," he whispered, his eyes sparkling with amusement.

Alice felt a shiver run down her spine as she wondered what was happening and who was on the receiving end of Alex's displeasure

"So, Alice, do you have any plans for this afternoon?" Aiden asked, his eyes locked on hers.

Alice shook her head, "No."

"Would you like to go out for lunch then?" Aiden suggested, his voice low and inviting.

Alice hesitated, "I'll think it over," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. She excused herself and stepped outside, her heart racing with every step.

As she walked away, Aiden's gaze followed her, his desire for her growing with each step she took. He couldn't help but be drawn to her mysterious nature and the way she seemed to be hiding secrets behind her eyes.

Later, as Alice explored the mansion, she stumbled upon Daniella, a maid with a whispered warning. "Be careful around Aiden, miss. He's a monster in disguise. His temper is a razor's edge, and those who cross him suffer the consequences."

Alice's curiosity was piqued. "What do you mean?"

Daniella's voice dropped to a whisper. "I've seen him destroy lives with a single glance. He's a master manipulator, and his charm is a deadly trap."

As Alice pondered Daniella's words, Aiden appeared, his presence commanding attention. "Ready for lunch, Alice?"

Their lunch date was a surreal experience, with Aiden reserving the entire restaurant and cinema for their exclusive use. But beneath the luxurious facade, Alice sensed a darkness lurking, waiting to pounce.

As they drove back, Aiden received a call, his expression turning glacial. "I need to make a stop," he said, his voice dripping with menace.

Alice's heart skipped a beat as they arrived at A Tech, Aiden's technology empire. She waited in a luxurious room, oblivious to the terror unfolding above.

Aiden stepped into his private elevator and ascended to the top floor, where his office awaited. Inside, a chilling scene unfolded. Four burly men encircled a timid figure tied to a chair, their menacing presence suffocating. Aiden poured himself a glass of wine at the bar, his movements calculated and calm. He settled onto the sofa, his eyes fixed on the quivering man.

"Sir, I'm sorry, it won't happen again," the man stammered, but Aiden's raised hand silenced him.

With a sip of his wine, Aiden began, his voice icy and detached. "You should have known better than to cross me."

The middle-aged man pleaded, "It was a mistake, I promise!"

Aiden's expression remained unyielding. He gestured to his men, who swiftly activated the electric chair. The old man's body convulsed violently, his screams music to Aiden's ears.

Aiden's voice was a cold, calculated whisper, orchestrating a brutal punishment.

After waiting for 10 minutes, Alice decided to search for Aiden. Following directions, she made her way to the top floor. As she approached the double doors, she hesitated, her hand poised to knock. But then, muffled screams echoed from within, growing fainter with each passing moment. The sound sent a chill down her spine.

Alice's curiosity got the better of her. She opened the door slightly.

When Alice stumbled upon the scene, her blood ran cold. Aiden's eyes immediately locked onto hers, his gaze a mixture of surprise and curiosity.

The man's pleas were weak, his voice barely audible. Aiden's order was calm, calculating. "Dump his body wherever you see fit." He said before leaving, dragging Alice behind him.

As they drove away, the tension was palpable. Aiden's voice was low and husky, probing for weaknesses. "You're trembling, Alice. What's wrong?"

Alice tried to hide her fear, but Aiden's words were a gentle prod, exposing her vulnerability. "I-I just need some fresh air," she stammered.

Aiden's smile was a slow, wicked curve. "I'll give you more than air, Alice. I'll give you a world of pleasure and pain."
