Chapter 28: World of Magic (War)

Yu Seol didn't see her husband, father, and two brothers for 2 days. Mini said that they are discussing the ongoing war for 2 days.

All soldiers from the kingdom were mobilized and raised their levels through intensive training. Lu Xie made them drink a multiplying potion, to raise their levels higher.

Right now, they are all gearing up for the battle. The Hu kingdom also united with the Yu to take down the Lan kingdom.

Yu Seol had tears in her eyes, looking at her husband and two brothers being sent to war. Lu Xie wore her black armor while her two brothers wore gold and white armor.

"Baby sis don't cry, we will return safe and sound" Yu Man patted his sister's head gently

"Be careful brothers" Yu Seol hugged them tightly and then went to her husband

"Honey, ..." Yu Seol didn't know what to say but cried even more

"Baby, always remember I love you" Lu Xie kissed her lips one last time

"Y...you..better return to me" Yu Seol threatened

"I promise baby" Lu Xie peek her lips

The three got on their horses and looked back, "May the gods help you in war" Yu's dad prayed as he saw his sons all leave

He hugged his daughter who cried by his side.

The war was at the main border of the two kingdoms each had high walls and in between, there was a dense forest separating them.

Lu Xie stood at the highest tower looking at the other side and saw the Prince of Lan was ordering his soldiers and there were also catapults with large stones. Then looked at the mages enhancing the defenses of the wall.

"Brother Lu, after this war you better give me a niece" Yu Lan jocked

"Don't worry brother I will" Lu Xie also laughed a little

"Brother Lu, you can't die, my sister is still waiting for your return so whatever happens. Save yourself I don't want my sister to be heartbroken if ever something happened to you" Yu Man said who was behind then stood beside them

Lu Xie nodded in understanding, she needs to buy a little more time for her plan to succeed.

**Hhhhooorrrnnnnnn**

A loud horn sounded on the Lan kingdom and saw the soldiers advancing.

Yu Lan faced the Yu soldiers and said "TODAY, WE WILL GO BATTLE TO DETERMINE ALL YOUR HARD WORK FOR ALL THIS YEAR. TO GIVE PEACE TO OUR LAND."

"MAKE THEM REALIZE THEY CHALLENGED THE WRONG ENEMY. WE WON'T LET THEM TAKE A SINGLE STEP IN OUR KINGDOM, OUR HOME, AND THE PLACE WHERE WE LIVED A HAPPY LIFE TO OUR FAMILIES."

"ALL SOLDIERS MAY THE GOD AND DRAGONS BLESSING BE WITH YOU ALL" Yu Lan said his voice magnified making all the soldiers listen loud and clear

"AAYYYYYYYYYY" the soldier all cheered raised their spears and hit the ground making a thudding sound.

"EVERYONE ADVANCE" Yu Lan raises his sword in the air and the gates open.

Lu Xie jumped down the wall and waiting down was her horse, after she sat she took the lead and lightly tapped his back making the horse run in the forest together with the soldiers getting in position.

Yu Man sends a message to the kingdom before also getting on his horse and charging forward.

**Back in the Palace**

Yu's dad and Yu Seol were sitting in the living anxiously when suddenly a message appeared saying that the war had started.

Yu Seol was both worried and anxious for her husband and two brothers. 'Please be safe' she said as she looked out the window.

**BOOM**

Swords and explosions sounded on the battlefield, and soldiers all attacked.

Yu Man was fighting in the east, Yu Lan was fighting in the west while Lu Xie was charging forward with her army in the north.

"Master, the catapults have been destroyed" Van run beside Lu Xie who thrust her sword at an enemy soldier killing it instantly

"Go, and take care of the other things I told you about" Lu Xie ordered coldly

"Yes master" Van immediately left

Lu Xie charged at the enemies swinging her sword and killing the enemy soldiers. She is not called the unpenetrable shield of the kingdom for nothing.

They were able to mobilize the whole forest pushing the Lan soldiers to retreat.

When the day was now turning dark, all soldiers took time to rest for a while being on guard. You might not know what it's like in the dark.

All Lu Xies shadow soldiers were the ones protecting when its night time, making the soldiers have enough rest for the next wave.

All wounded soldiers were fed with high-quality potions that are a product of the Lu family. So far none of Yu's soldiers were dead only wounded and slightly critical with the potion everyone was able to survive.

Lu Xie went inside the meeting with Yu Man and Yu Lan.

"We were able to push the enemy back, but I received news that they are planning something big and we still don't know what their plan is," Yu Lan said

"We'll just have to wait and see, " Yu Man said then the meeting ended

Lu Xie returned to her tent, lay on the bed, and went to her space farm.

Three dragon roars sounded in the sky, Lu Xie looked up and saw black, white black, and red black color dragons.

The three landed on the ground and bowed their heads respectfully.

"Welcome back master" they greeted

"It's been a while," Lu Xie smiled

Star gave birth to two dragons. Before they went to war she already knew Zu Gan's movements and immediately asked Star to birth a child they both didn't expect that she would have two eggs.

With the help of boosters and time in space, the dragon hatches in just a few days and are now having nutrients and being trained by Star. The war had been going on for 2 months already.

"Master is it time for dinner" the red dragon Anon asked excitedly

Lu Xie nodded and the other white with black colored dragon Sky made the campfire. While Star readies the large cooking flat steel plate and puts it on the fire.

She was helpless to these dragons who are gluttons, so she cooked a lot of meat she collected when she killed beasts in the forest.

After having their fill, they all rested.

Yu Lan and Lu Xie were fighting in the front lines, back to back. When suddenly pure mana energy shot at Yu Lan he didn't have time to react when he saw the pure mana concentrated ball rushing toward him killing anything in its path.

Yu Seol was in the living room when suddenly the glass on her hand broke and the water spilled on her dress. Mini immediately took the glass and wiped her dress.

"Princess are you okay," Yu's dad asked worriedly

"I..." she was cut

When they saw a message appear and both of them read it, Yu Seol was stimulated, coupled with the nights of not having enough rest and always worrying made her faint.

Yu's dad was shocked and immediately caught his daughter "Immediately call the doctor, hurry" he shouted worried, and a soldier rushed to find a doctor.

In the message, Lu Xie was wounded badly after she took the surprise attack by the Lan kingdom who was targeting Yu Lan.

The doctor immediately arrived, Mini changed her clothes and put on the quilt. The doctor was beside the bed and took her pulse. The doctor was surprised

"What's wrong with my daughter" Yu's dad directly asked

The doctor stood up and spoke with a hint of happiness " Your majesty, the princess is 2 months pregnant"

Yu's dad was stunned he doesn't know if he should be happy that he finally had a grandchild or be sad that his granddaughter's father was wounded and there was no news added to the report.

"I see, you may go" Yu Dad waved her hand

The doctor nodded and Mini escorted him outside.

Yu's dad sits beside his daughter and holds her hand. A few minutes later, Yu Seol woke up and looked around then the memory of reading that her husband was wounded replayed in her mind.

Yu's dad saw his daughter about to stand up, he held her shoulder and said "Ayu, you need to calm down"

"How can I call down dad, my husband is hurt. Father, please let me go I want to see him" Yu Seol cried desperately

"You can't" Yu's dad shook his head

"But why?" Yu Seol cried even more

"Because your 2 months pregnant," Yu's dad said firmly

Yu Seol was stunned, her tears stopped, and looked at her slightly bulging stomach and gently caressed it.

"Ayu, doesn't worry, Lu Xie is now being treated by the best medics in our kingdom. You need to tell him that you're pregnant with his child that way he will have the strength to come back" Yu's dad said softly

Yu Seol nodded and kept caressing her stomach. Yu's dad sent the message to his son.

Yu Lan and Yu Man were now in the medic tent, Lu Xie was healed her wounds were heavy and now she's in a coma. Yu Lan was hitting his lower lip and Yu Man was clenching his fist hard.

Then a message appeared, and both brothers looked at the message and were stunned. Yu Lan looked at Lu Xie a little complicated.

"Brother Lu, you better wake up and don't sleep for a long time. My sister and your child are waiting for you" he said

Lu Xie who was laying there can't hear what he said and was fighting for her life.

All the soldiers were waiting for Yu Lan's order after Lu Xie took the hit he was sent to the medic immediately and until now they didn't know what happened. When they heard.....

"RRROARRR"

An angry roar in the sky sounded throughout the camp, the people stared at the sky and were shocked to see 3 dragons appear, flapping their wings as they landed on the ground.

The soldiers were so scared that they made way for the dragons.

"RRROOOAAARRRRRR"

The roar was also heard by Yu Lan and Yu Man they went out and saw 3 dragons in front of the medic tent.

"Bring out, our master," the black dragon said with a hint of anger

Yu Lan and Yu Man immediately helped Lu Xie out of the bed and bring him out of the tent.

Star, used her magic and wrapped her master gently, and healed her wounds. They were practicing in the northern forest when she felt the connection to her master weakened.

Seeing the badly wounded master, the three dragons were all angry.

The people watched everything going on.

After healing, Lu Xie opened her eyes. the body was full of pure mana, and her core enhanced. She saw the three dragons and knew they were angry.

"I'm glad you are awake or else your child will be fatherless" Yu Lan said lightly

Lu Xie who heard it was shocked "S.... she's pregnant," she said loudly being heard by all the people in the camp.

Yu Man nodded and smiled at her.

Lu Xie was happy and that happiness was also felt by the three dragons, new descendants of the Lu family. They felt a connection to the unborn child and that child will be the next dragon master.

"Yes, my sister is pregnant so we better hurry up and return." Yu Lan said happily

Lu Xie nodded and climbed up off Star's back "Sky, Anon please take my brothers to your backs" she said

Sky and Anon nodded they don't feel any malicious and knew their hearts were pure they have the skill to look into the hearts of people and would judge them if they are worthy.

Yu Lan and Yu Man were shocked that the dragons agreed and happily rode their backs.

"Thank you, my name is Yu Lan. May I know your beautiful name" he asked excitedly

"I was given the name Sky," Sky said

"I'm Yu Man how about you" Yu Man also asked

"Anon" Anon said shortly

"ALL SOLDIERS TAKE YOUR WEAPONS THIS TIME WILL FINISH THIS WAR ONCE AND FOR ALL" Yu Lan said

"AAAAYYYYY" the soldiers were all motivated greatly and with the help of dragons, they will surely win.

"Star, sky Anon it's time for revenge," Lu Xie said

"""Yes Master""" the three said

Yu Man sent a message to his father and sister to ease them.

Yu Seol saw the message that the hanging heart felt a little better and caressed her stomach lovingly.

"Your dad kept his promise, baby," she said lovingly

'Honey, please come home soon' she thought longing for her husband's hugs and kisses.

"hahaha I can't believe we were able to kill the unpenetrable shield of the Yu kingdom" Lan laughed loudly

But before he could continue to laugh, shouts and explosions sounded behind him.

He looked outside his large glass window and his eyes widened like it was about to pop out and fell to the ground.

"D---DRAGONS" He shouted

The glass window broke and a black dragon appeared in front of him.

"You know that magic hurt a lot" a voice sounded and behind the dragon was Lu Xie who he thought was died

Lan was scared and pissed his pants, Lu Xie's eyes were cold and had a tremendous amount of killing intent.

Lu Xie had no time to take care of him and immediately cut his head off. Her wife and child are waiting for her to return.

The whole kingdom of Lan was destroyed in just half a day, soldiers died, houses were burnt to ashes, and captured who tried to escape.

Sky and Anon were the ones to burn everything in the way, they were both still angry for what they did to their master so they killed everything.

The entire royal family of the Lan kingdom was killed or beheaded. The Yu Kingdom and with the assistance of the Hu kingdom successfully conquered the Lan kingdom. All the soldiers cheered and some cried.

Yu Lan sent a message to his father and sighed in relief.

Yu's dad and Yu Seol were preparing for the birth of the child when they received the news.

"HAHAHAH WE WON" Yu's dad cheered happily

Yu Seol was also happy in her heart, and couldn't wait for her husband to come home.

The people in the Yu kingdom all cheered and cried in happiness, their loved ones can finally return.

But little did they know that there was a surprise.

Lu Xie and all the troops traveled back to the kingdom with prisoners, she was riding Star while Yu Lan with Sky and Yu Man were with Anon.

The two brothers were so excited to be flying in the sky and felt the feeling of unrestricted. They both smiled at their faces and their hearts were also beating loud in excitement.

"I wonder what reaction they have when we came as this" Yu Man giggled

"Their shocked faces would be truly funny" Yu Lan laughed

Lu Xie shook her head and saw in the distance the kingdom, her face had a smile on them.

**Pppooooootttt**

**Dumdumdumdu**

Trumpets and drums sounded loud and all people were waiting at the entrance of the kingdom waiting for the soldiers who returned victorious.

Then suddenly they all heard a roar in the sky. They subconsciously look up and see three dragons, their mouths went agape and their eyes widened at the sudden appearance of the dragons.

Yu Lan and Yu Man laughed at the people's reaction which was heard by them.

"GLORY TO THE KINGDOM" the people all shouted

The soldiers all went to their loved ones and the prisoners were put in cells.

The three headed to the palace, Lu Xie was excited her cold face had a beautiful smile on them that was so dazzling to the eyes.

Yu Seol and Yu dad heard the roar earlier and looked out the window, they both saw the three dragons flying toward the palace. Yu Seol went out of the balcony and a black dragon flapped its wings getting down.

Then she saw the person she missed the most. Tears welled up in her eyes and hugged her husband tightly.

"Baby, I miss you so much" Lu Xie hugged her wife tightly and kept kissing her face

Yu Seol kissed her lover's lips deeply and lovingly, the months of worry and missing were being poured to her this time.

Lu Xie picked her wife up and pulled the kiss ,she took her to their room. Where they vented their longing for one another.

Star, Sky, and Anon we're in the garden where they slept, the people in the palace still can't believe that a dragon is sleeping in the garden.

The next day, Lu Xie guided her wife to the garden and saw the three dragons.

"Baby, this is my dragon's Star, Sky, and Anon" Lu Xie said

"Thou person who will birth the future dragon master, thy bless you," Star said

Yu Seol felt her body glow and her bones became stronger and her mana pool expanded. She was very happy

"Thank you for your gift" Yu Seol smiled

Star nodded, Lu Xie put the three dragons back to the space farm and waited for the day the child was born.
