Chapter 5 - Race

Nina POV

I took a shower to put my clothes on as I was heading to the meet point.

I got in my Burgundy 2005 Toyota Supra as I hurried cause Mia is gonna kill me if I'm late really.

As I got there, so many cars, so many girls, home sweet home.

I parked as I got out to see Mia but I also see Brian O' Connor as well, it's been a while.

"Brian!" (Nina)

"Hey Nina!" (Brian)

I went and hugged him but I whispered in his ear.

"What are you doing here and is it cop business?" (Nina)

"How did you know?" (Brian)

"It was a guess but does this have to do with Dom?" (Nina)

"They think so but they haven't put a connection together yet" (Brian)

"Well tell Bilkins he better not try anything while I'm here" (Nina)

"I'll pass it along" (Brian)

"Oh and how's Sadie?, I took time to get you a girl that fit your taste" (Nina)

"She's fine" (Brian)

"Good but my girls here so" (Nina)

Brian looked to the girl which is Mia.

"Wait, your dating Dom's sister?" (Brian)

"Yes and look like she wants a race before the main event starts" (Nina)

We both look at Mia talking it up getting the green light.

"Hope she doesn't get too crushed" (Brian)

We laughed as I walked to Mia.

"What was that about?" (Nina)

"Let's go cowgirl, I wanna see what you really can do" (Mia)

"Alright, just don't get your feelings hurt" (Nina)

Then we Dom walking to us.

"Mia, what's going on?" (Dom)

"Apparently she wants payback for losing to me before" (Nina)

"Right, keep telling yourself that" (Mia)

We walked to our cars and lined up as we waited.

As soon as we saw go we took off as I was behind Mia.

I smirked as shifted gears to pull beside her as we were coming on the first turn.

I drifted on the wide turn as Mia now has to play catch up.

"Come on babe, at least give me a challenge" (Nina)

I saw that we had two more turns and a long stretch.

Mia caught up beside me as we both coming up on the second stretch as it was smaller than the first, I drifted but Mia stuck with me.

As we drove I saw the third coming up as we turned to wide but I'm good but Mia slagged behind so I did something that is what Brian would do.

I turned around to backwards drive and waved out the window to her, I looked back as I turned back around as Mia used her Nitrous which was too early.

"Too soon baby" (Nina)

I punched my Nitrous to which I passed her as crossed first.

"HAHAHAHAHA WHOO!" (Nina)

I patted the Nitrous canister in my back seat.

I got out to hear the cheering and clapping but also I got my money as Brian came and hugged me.

I smiled and laughed but I saw Dom and the fam trying to cheer Mia up, I walked up to her to split the money evenly with her for her to smile as I kissed her lips.

"Awwww" (Crowd)

I leaned on Mia's car to bring her close in my arms with her back to me.

They were gonna start the real race but I wanna have some alone time with Mia.

"Let's head back to your place" (Nina)

"Right now?" (Mia)

"Yes like right now" (Nina)

"Alright" (Mia)

We walked to Dom.

"Hey Dom we're finna head back home" (Mia)

"Alright but don't" (Dom)

"I'm not doing that tonight" (Mia)

"Does she know?" (Dom)

"Oh I been knew, still payback for winning, gotta make sacrifices" (Nina)

"Alright, this won't take long" (Dom)

"Good, come on and follow me" (Mia)

Mia walks but Letty laughed.

"You are whipped" (Letty)

"For her, maybe" (Nina)

I walked to my car as we drive off back to the house.
