15 Hiring the Demon of the Mist

Haku jumped up, kunai in hand as she whipped around to look at Sasuke, who for 'cool' points. Had crossed his arm and leaned against the wall, a foot raised to place against it and everything. Zabuza turned to look at the corner, his eyes widening a bit.

''How'd you get in here without us noticing?"

''I entered behind Haku. Sound suppressant seals on the souls of my shoes, odor neutralizer in my clothing, and using ninja breathing."

Zabuza would shake his head if he could move it more. "What a scary kid. Is what you said true?"

"The money, or the help?"

"The money, for now, we'll talk about the help after." Zabuza squinted his eyes in suspicion.

Without batting an eye, Sasuke tossed a scroll to Haku who caught it.

Kneeling down she unraveled the scroll and with a puff of smoke, multiple large stacks of ryo appeared. Seeing this Zabuza let out a low whistle. ''And what's stopping us from killing you and taking this?"

Sasuke stepped forward, Haku tensing as he unzipped his jacket. When he opened it her eyes widened, sweat starting to gather at her back.

He was wearing a suicide vest, one capable of taking out the entirety of the villa.

Zabuza grinned starting to laugh before devolving into a cough.

"Man I like you kid! As crazy as you are dangerous..."

Zabuza settled slowly, Sasuke zipping his jacket back up. "Now... About the help you can offer."

"The Sharingan can copy jutsus... This includes clan jutsus. In Konoha alone, there is the Nara Shadow Technique, Yamanaka Mind Technique, the entire Jutsu library available to Genin, and soon Chunin. I am the student of Copy Ninja Kakashi, known to have copied a thousand jutsu's."

"I have access to the Konoha's Uzumaki libraries, which include the sealing they were willing to keep in the village that wasn't their own. The seals I used are seals of my own creation. So not only can I offer you enough jutsu to take over a small country. With seals easy enough to equip your whole army and turn them into proper assassins that can vanish on a whim if they're smart enough."

His Sharingan appeared, he had three tomoe in both eyes, a grin spreading across his face. "But, I also have the Sharingan's, eyes capable of putting even a tailed beast beneath a Genjutsu. Even if for a split second... But then again, isn't a second all you Jonin need nowadays?"

"There is a reason behind Gato harassing this village, and it's he's found Chakra metal in the mines."

When Zabuza heard that, he raised his brows as his eyes widened. No wonder he was so desperate to keep his hands on this village.

"Now, you join me? I can help equip you with Chakra metal, high-grade purity as well. I will still need to show a few to Konoha of course, but with the amount, they won't mind if we take away a few tons."

Zabuza cursed out loud when he heard that. ''A few fucking tons? As in more than one?!"

Sasuke nodded before his Sharingan's returned to normal. ''Now, with all that, there is one more thing I can add to that."

Zabuza sweated a bit, if this kid could offer this much, what kind of connections did he have, but despite all this. Zabuza could tell he wasn't lying, his gut told him so.

"Orochimaru, the Snake Sanin will soon become more active... The last Uchiha would be interesting enough to experiment with, no?"

Zabuza's face paled, that single sentence could mean so many things. After a while of silence, Zabuza spoke. "Fine, on two conditions."

"As long as they are within my power, I can accept them."

"One, you return my sword."

"Done, I planned to return it anyway, if you agreed or not, I have no use for the blade."

"You have no use for a Chakra blade that can repair itself using the blood of those it cuts?"

Sasuke raised his shoulders in a shrug. ''I'm soon to find myself a nice few tons of chakra metal, what's a single sword?"

Zabuza raised his brows before nodding, kid had a good damn point.

"The second condition, if at the start you can't deliver on your promises, we are allowed to leave, scratch-free."

"Accepted, but only before the Third falls," Sasuke spoke, grinning as he said that. That grin unsettled Haku, Zabuza bit more used to it.

"Before the third falls?" Zabuza asked, a brow raised.

''You'll know when the time comes, even before then I can at least pay you and return your sword. Just know, once you decide to stick to my side, you won't be able to leave it."

Zabuza watched him a moment longer before he turned to Haku, who only nodded. Once more he turned to Sasuke. ''I accept, what should we do?"

Sasuke retrieved the sword, setting it over a table. Which groaned beneath the weight of the sword. ''For now? Do as you've done. Get healed up, Gato will most likely make one final push when the bridge is almost done with all his men, show up. Once he does, slaughter them. I'll let my team know you're not a threat, afterward's head back here. I'll come to find you and we can talk about what's next... Practice the transformation jutsu. You'll need it if we're to sneak you into Konoha and allow you to walk around freely. Don't change too much, just enough to not be noticed by ninjas."

They nodded before Sasuke left the room, if they didn't see him do so, they'd think he never left, and with that, he continued on his merry way.

It had been a few hours now, and Sasuke was able to pretty much map out the entirety of the villa, including Gato's office. Hell, he could've even assassinated Gato if he wanted, he had no guards and was dead asleep.

After carefully going through his office he found quite a bit of information worth his time, one of them being the Chakra metal mines, which was a massive find. Even half a ton of it would make him FILTHY wealthy, he'd be upgraded from a rich young master to a Filthy rich Young Master, the kind that could bath in liquid gold.

But, he had over 10 tons of it, he planned to show most of the locations for it to the village, as it would give him a huge increase in 'Respect' and would make him viewed more openly in the village as someone useful.

A few tons as promised would go to the rebellion, not that they would use that much.

Two tons would be kept on reserve just in case, while half a ton would be used as he would begin to find someone who could forge blades much like the seven swords of the mist.

Soon, with just Chakra metal. Sasuke would have not only the monopoly but also enough political power to rival small clan heads.

This didn't include all the information he found about Gato's connections, other corrupt merchants, and even all his business dealings.

Sasuke's first solo mission and he took a step into being a political powerhouse all in a few hours.

Once he had a sizable amount of copied paperwork, which was easy when you have a Sharingan. He began to retreat outside the 'Villians' lair.
