Wedding ceremony

Alice was stunned when She entered their wedding car. "No need to thank me, I do this for my sworn brother" Mike grinned at Alice. Alice stared at Nick with 'Is it true' glance, He was smiled and nodded to her. "Thank you" Alice was greatfull. The car took them back to the Feng house. Dispite born in rich family, it was first time for Alice to ride that luxury car, She felt amazing. It was very lively inside the car as they teased the bride and the groom endlessly

By 9.15 they arrived home, Alice was amased that The Feng house was decorated in red. The cloths hung around the fence as well as the front door. Double happiness character was also pinned.

Alan who had been waiting in front of the door urged them to come inside. When They were inside, Mr and Mrs Feng were sitting on chairs with double happiness sign hung in the middle.

"Groom and bride, please move forward" Ed was the emcee. His eyes didn't focus on the main leads but on a one of the bridesmaid. Nick and Alice than come forward in front of his parents.

"Bride and groom first bow to the heaven and eart" Ed shouted with smile while the bride and the groom bowed.

"Second bow to the parenst" after the second bow, Alan and Michele directed the couple to face each other.

" Third one, groom and bride bow to each other". Every one clapped their hands after Nick and Alice exchange the bow.

Tea ceremony followed after that. Nick was handed a tray with two small tea cup, he held it while Alice would served the elder with the tea. The parents were the first on to be served. after they drank the tea, Mrs Feng opened a box and pull out a nice necklace then put it on Alice neck while Mr Feng gave her the red envelope. After the parent, Alice had to serve tea to the eldest member of the family until the youngest in their parent generation. Most of the ladies gave her jewellery while the male gave red envelope. "I wish I am the bride" Angie grinned. "I reckon it is the most expensive cup of tea" Fred blurred. Every youngster nodded as they were agree with Fred.

"It's call take and give. We also had them when we are young and now is our turn to give it to younger generation" Grand Uncle smiled as he felt nostalgic.

"Grands, will you give the same thing to my bride ?" Sean pouted to grandma.Every one was giggled at Sean, he acted like little boy.

"Definitely, just fine one now" Grandma patted his arm as Sean was holding her.

Tea ceromony normally involve bot groom and bride side. IF Alice family was presented, Nick was the one who serve it. But in their case, since no one from alice side was there, it was ended after Mrs Feng youngest cousin had been served. By the end of the ceremony, Alice looked like a mobile jewelery store with some necklace hanging on her neck and bracelets on both her arms. Mr Feng took the red envelopes and inserted them to all pockets in his tux and his trousers.

"Dad, My pockets are still empty. Please free to put some on mine" Sean teased.

"Get married soon " Mr Feng glared at his second son.

"I'll wait until next year , Dad. So you can give me and Michelle more" Alan winked.

Mr Feng shook his head helplessly before continued with made a wish"we hope you can have a good carrier and job so you will be able to provide good live for your family in the future".

Every eyes focused on the main leads except for one guy who just emceed the bow. His glaced fixed on Angie. Only one person noticed this scene, it was Sasha who grinned happily while humming a love song.

The ceremony was not ended yet, they lead the bride and the groom to the kitchen. They sat on chairs next to a round table with twelve different kind of dishes and an empty bowl with two fork.

Grandaunty moved forward and placed small amount dish for one bowl to the empty bowl then asked the groom and the bride to eat it, she did the same until all the dished had been eaten. Grandaunty smiled when the couple finished the last bite " This is tradition in my family, each of the bowl represent 12 months in a year. Some of them are your favourit but some of them you don't like, some of them expensive but some just a cheap also some was ordinary, some is bitter, salty and some too sweet. It represent all moment in our live. You will face happiness, sorrow. You may have a time that good for both of you or may be bad for both. But it may bad for one but good for the other. As you both ate them together, you will face every single moment in your life together as one. It doesn't matter if it's good or bad, just like you ate team together, you need to go through them until the end. Do you understand ?" Grandaunt held Alice hand with one hand and another of her han held Nick hand, then she put Nick and on top of Alice. She wept "please be happy together until you are old, That's my only wish for you". "We will, we definitely do as your wish" Alice hugged Granraunty
