Alice only realised that running business was not easy at all. She was ulterly depend on her parents in law to guide her and explained her the basic knowlegde. The Feng old couple were able to help as they had experience from running their small shop from zero. Nick could not help her much as he also engrossed with his job.

Mr Feng introduced Leo to Alice. Leo who was a university student in his last two semester had been working with him for three years. He was confident this young man would be able to help Alice to manage her online business. Alice trusted her father in law judgment so she was agreed to employ him on part time basis. Leo was glad as well, the new job was more challenging for him than working on fruit shop

Saturday Afternnon, The old feng couples and Alice were on the living room when Alan and Michelle came to visit the Feng family.

"Alan my boy !" Mrs Feng was happy but shock when she saw her third son standing before her.

"Mum. I start to work in W city after next week. They approved my mutation earlier because of my baby" Alan explained.

"Oh that's good. We can see you more often now" Mrs Feng was glad .

"What are you guys discussing about ?" Michelle asked Mrs Feng and Alice.

"Alice need to find persons that are able to help her with sewing " Mrs Feng explained.

"It seems her sister in law business is going smoothly" Alan teased.

"I hope so. Please wish me luck" Alice was being humbled.

"I know a girl who is very passionate with that task, but She has a mild down sydrome. I used to speak with her mother when I was still work in M hospital" Alan said.

"We can try her if you like, dear. Let see if she is really capable" Mrs Feng gave her opinion which Alice agreed with.

Alan still had the girls' mother phone number. He called her right away and let the girls' mother had a chat by phone with Alice. She was more than happy to let her daughter worked with Alice and she agreed to take her daughther to Mrs Feng house on Monday morning to begin with. Alice was very overwhelmed with her family help.

"Dad, Where are my brothers ?" Alan asked Mr Feng.

"Upstairs. I think they have undertable business" Mr Feng smirked when he remembered how suspicious those two had been. Alan grinned then he went upstairs to check his brothers.

"Hey, what are you discussing about ? Dad said you have illegal business" Alan popped to Sean room.

"Come and close the door!" Sean instructed in serious tone. Once Alan sat together with them, Nick started the conversation .

"You know Dad and mum are not young anymore. Sean and me are going to set up family trust. It's basicly a retirement saving for them. Eventhough they have their own investment, Sean and me agree to contribute more so they can enjoy their time together"

"You don't have to join us. You will have baby soon" Sean added.

" It's a good idea. I have been thinking about their retirement plan for the last few weeks. I definitely join you guys" Alan smiled.

"Good. If that's the case, Sean you need to draft the trustdeed. Three of us will be the trustee, so none of us will use the fund for our personal interests. we just put what ever amount we can afford, no pressure at all" Nick said.

"Done" Sean winked as he put stuck of paper infront of his brothers "Read and sign it if you are ok".

Nick and Alan read the whole documents, they were pleased with the deed and sign it.

"Feng Family consortium Trust. I like this name" Alan put his thumb up for Sean.

"No big deal. Do you know what's our brother and his wife companies name ?" Sean asked Alan who shook his head.

" NAF technology solution, FeNiLa fashion, F3Ngwonder, FeFam fashion. All with Feng" Sean giggled

"Don't blame me, My wife chose those name. Also, why do you only expose my part ? How about Feng legal aid ? is it not less cheeky than mine ?" Nick chuckled.

Alan snorted "I should have Feng clinic then".

"What are you guys doing here ?" Alice and Michelle came inside Sean rooms.

Alan explained the ladies about the Feng trust and didn't forget to tease their sister in law about the company name .

"I am for it. Anyway, I love the trust namr as well. Lets our parents love legacy shine for ever" Alice exclaimed.

Five of the young Fengs laughed, they knew they were being being obsessed with their sure name.

Alice and Michelle didn't stay long. They went back downstair to help Mrs Feng with dinne. while those three men continued their topic talk.

"I don't think we need to tell the girls to join us" Alan said. Nick and sean were on the same boat with him.

"Bro, about your wife companies. How do you want it to be set up ?" Sean asked Nick.

"Just put her and me as the director. For the one with Josh, Put her and Josh as director. Mum, dad, her and me as shareholder for all of those with same proportion share" Nick said.

"Why did you put our parents as the shareholder ?" Alan asked.

" It's what Alice want. She said the company is exist because our parents gave her startup capital" Nick didn't tell his brothers about the betrothal gift. he believed it was a confidential matter that no need to be known by others.
