Lady in the rain

Alice opened her eyes and peeped on the clock, it was 6.45. She was a bit lazy to get up, it was a cold winter morning and she could here it was pouring out side. She just stared her husband who still slept soundly next to her. She really missed this moment, they both had been busy for the last few months. "Morning" she smiled and pecked his lips when she met his eyes. "Morning" he kissed her back and pulled her to his embraced.

"Can we just stay like this today, it's gonna be rain the whole day" Nick said.

"No. I need food" Alice said.

Alan and Michelle arrived at The Feng resident after 10. "It's heavily rain. Why did you still drive. It's danger" Mrs Feng was happy they came but also concerned about their safety.

"It wasn't that bad in our place this morning. Anyway we miss you" Alan knew how to coax his mother.

Ding dong, the bell rang. "I'll have a look" Alice said. The ladies had a nice chat in the living room while the gentlemen were upstairs. Alice opened the door to find a beautiful delicate lady standing in front of their doorstep.

"Hi, can I help you ? Alice asked politely.

"Is it lawyer Feng house ?" The lady asked. Alice could tell that the lady was not sure. Alice smiled and nodded "yes. Are you looking for him ? Come in side". "You two stated here" Alice just realised there was two well built men stood next to the lady.

"Please have a seat" Alice let the lady sat on lounge room then she went upstair to call Sean.

"Lawyer Feng pretty lady is looking for you downstair" Alice smiled sweetly and walked downstair. while three men froze.

"Hi Miss" Cacha greeted the lady as she and Alice walked down the stair. The lady stunned when she saw Cacha then she nodded politely.

"Who is she ?" Alice asked when they are in living room.

"That's the second lady that after second bro. She comes every day to see him" Cacha said.

"Let me see" Michelle and Lana got up then Cacha pulled Alice to follow them

"What are doing here ?" Sean frowned when he saw that woman.

"Lawyer Feng. I beg you, please help me" The lady said.

"I don't like to talk about work while I am home. Please leave" Sean opened the front door and gestured to the lady to get out from the house.

"I am going to kneel here until you said yes" The lady yelled before Sean close the door. Sean went back upstair to continue his game battle with his brothers.

"Mama Feng, Who is the lady outside ? why does she kneel out side and drenches ?" Josh asked as he arrived to the Feng house about an hour later. It was raining heavily outside, Torrential rain was predicted the whole day.

"What ?" Mrs Feng came outside with all the girls to confirm what Josh said.

Mrs feng frowned as she saw what Josh said was right "Get some towel and umbrella" She ordered. Lana took the umbrellas that she and Josh used before while Cacha ran to get new towel.

Alice took one of the umbrella to seal her mother in law and her self from the rain. While Josh stood behind the lady holding his umbrealla.

"Miss, please get up" Mrs Feng pulled the lady up and guide her inside the house.

She took the towel from Cacha and wrapped it to the lady.

"Alice, please make a mug of hot ginger tea. And one of you, ask Sean to came down" Mrs feng said while let the lady to sit in the living room.

Sean came down in no time with Mr Feng, Nick and Alan trailing behind as Lana and Cacha went upstairs and made a ruckus. He frowned when he saw the lady "What happen with this you, Lady ? are you forcing me to save your lover ?"

"Lawyer Feng. I believe he is not guilty. I knew him since young, he is gentle and kind. There was no way he would involve with drag and prostitution. Please.

Uncle Wu and his wife looked after me since I was a kid, I can not let them lost their only son. He is my brother. Please" The Lady kneeled and sobbed.

"Who is she ? what happen ?" Nick asked his wife.

"She is the one of the ladies that trailing Sean. She kneeled on the rain and mum took her inside" Alice explained briefly them went to the lady with a mug of hot ginger tea.

"Miss, please drink this. It's good to warm your body. Becareful, it's hot" Alice handed the mug to her.

Nick took a closer look and he chuckled as he remembered that he sew that lady for the last few days around his office. So, she turned to be Sean admired.

"Thank you but I don't need it" the lady stubbornly refused.

" Miss, please sit and drink it. Your body is shivering" Mrs feng said with domineering attitude. That lady had no choice but obey.

"Sean, Have you reconsidered ?" Mr Feng asked.

Sean took a deep breath and closed his eyes "Dad, They are rich. They can hire better lawyer than me to lie. I can't do that"

"I didn't lie. I didn't make up the evidents. all of them are true. All the lawyers that we have approached before schemed us. there is big conspiracy behind it" The lady wept.

"Sean, Is it ok if you go through the case and have a thought ?" Mrs Feng asked.

"Fine" Sean gave up. Empress had join the king, the prince had no way to refuse.

"Thank you" The lady got up and about to bow her head when she lost her consciousness.
