Coordination meeting

It was four weeks before the wedding, the Feng family had a meeting which Cacha called as a coordination meeting to ensure everything's were on the track. They were gathering in the living rooms after lunch with alot of snack on the table. That day, they had a extra head count as Josh brought Fred with him. Few days ago, he introduced Fred to his god parents and Cacha, they were quite positive, eventhough they were still awkward. Cacha reaction also was not as bad as Josh predicted, Josh didn't expect that that little girl was open mind. However, It was first time Fred met the rest of the family members

Fred were very confortable with old Feng couple. He was a bit nervous to see the rest of the family members, eventhough

he heard alot about them from Josh.

"My dear Brothers and sisters, let me introduced to My partner, Fred" Josh made an opening speech. "Hi" Every one waived their hands to Fred and introduced their self to him.

"What ? Am I the only single here ?" Sean pretended to be depressed.

"Don't worry second brother, we are also single" Sasha, Cacha and Lana gave Sean telletubbies hugged. Fred was very delighted that they were very friendly.

In short time, he ready felt part of the family. He was thrilled to meet them all.

However, he was dumbstruck when he met Sean. As far as He knew Feng family were asian. So, He never suspected that Sean didn't have any Asian look at all. Sean skin was dark, but his eyes were blue. He saw this man on the family pictures hung in on the wall but he tought Sean was just second cousin or something.

Sean snorted when he saw Fred reaction. It was typical for him, all of this friends had similar reactio when the first time they knew his family "I am adopted son. My biological mother is Caucasian, my dad was half black". It was the first time he ever talked about his biological parents, even Feng old couple didn't know and never asked him. "Sorry"Fred was ashame. "Don't be. I am glad to be adopted" Sean continued attacking the potato chips.

"What do you do?" Lana started Fred interrogation while eating a gummy bear.

"I am an architect"

"awesome, I can work with you in the future. I study design exterior" Cacha smiled as she was fighting with Josh for a kitkat.

"How long have you been together ?" Sasha munched her potato chips.

"Stop bullying him and Back to our business. So, how is everything ? good ?" Mr Feng directly asked, sipping his tea

"Lets follow the list, it's much easier " Sasha opened her laptop after putting a whol cracker in to her mouth. "Wedding dress ?"

"Done" Alice and Josh did high five.

"Our dresses are done too, bouquets done as well"

"Have you sent the invitation out ?" Sasha asked Nick and Alice. They both nodded.

"No one replied anything to me yet" Sean said while eating the potato chips

Sasha typed something" For decoration, they will do it in the morning, so Josh need to be there at 11 to make sure they are ready, ok ?".

Josh winked his eye "Fred and me will do the honour"

"Hans and me will look after the decoration on the function room. Mum, your food matter ?" Sasha asked Mrs Feng.

"They are going to pack them in paper box, they will prepare the rubbish bag as well. Josh, you need to ensure they are ready on time, ok ?" Mrs Feng tapped Josh shoulder as he sat close by. Josh gave Mrs Feng an Ok sign with his fingers.

"How about the marriage celebrant, dad ?" Sasha asked Mr Feng. "Done" Mr Feng answer was very simple.

"Lana, wedding cake ?"

"My parents will arrive 10 days before all good. They have booked the ticket" Lana grinned.

"Make up for every one settled, Music is good, photography is done. Just a reminder, tomorrow is your pre wedding photo shot, 8 o'clock sharp" Josh glared at the bride and groom.

"oh.. Your grandma and grand aunty are coming sunday in two weeks time. your dad and me will pick them up. Your uncles, aunties and grand uncle and grand aunty Liang will be coming the week after also on sunday". I need 3 cars or event 4 cars for them" Mrs Feng glanced at the kids, looking for volunteers. Nick put his hand up followed by sean and Fred.

"Mum, you just stay at home. I can ask Hans. Are they coming here or to the apartment ? I have booked 2 unit of 2 bed rooms apartment for 2 weeks in the city, so we all can have a rest after the ceremony" Mrs Feng caressed Sasha, this girl was always sensible since she was young.

"Mum, why do we need so many car to pick them up ?" Cacha was confused.

Nick snorted "Everytime they come, they always bring so manything".

"My bad, My bad" Cacha shook her head while munching roast cashew nut. How could she forget their relatives traveling habbit.

"How about the wedding souvenir ?" Sasha moved to the next list.

"I have ordered them, It should be here soon" Alice took a jelly bean.

"What did happen with you two ? do you guys fight ?" Sean noticed that alice and Nick didn't show their lovey-dovey as usual. In fact, Alice was ignoring Nick since they came and they seated far away from each other. It was very extraordinary as normally this young couple always next to each other and showed their affection all the time. However, at that time Alice was next to Mrs Feng where Nick was on the other side.
