The Cruise Ship Tragically Exploded_3

As the news report concluded, the team members watching it remained motionless, their expressions inscrutable.

Their minds raced with the daunting task of conveying their findings to their superiors, unsure of how best to articulate the gravity of the situation.

"You go call the boss; I can't do it," one team member said.

"No way, Jose! Why don't we just wait until the boss gets here and..." 

As they continued their conversation, little did they know that Jeff, their boss, was standing silently behind them, his expression a mix of bewilderment and disbelief.
