Used to Han's antics, Lenny rolled his eyes and calmly asked, "What's the emergency?"
Han screamed, "Didn't you hear? This is an emergency! Who asks questions in an emergency?! Come over quickly!"
Lenny shook his head. "Can't you just te—"
Bip!
Startled at the call's sudden end, Lenny's brows furrowed.
"What the heck? Does he think I'm his employee or something?"
Clicking his tongue, Lenny stood up and muttered under his breath, slightly vexed, "So I'm to leave every single thing I was doing previously just because he screamed it's an emergency? So damn annoying…"
Despite complaining, Lenny hissed, shut down his all-in-one desktop computer, and then made his way to the apartment door.
Harboring only a minuscule amount of hope that Han wasn't exaggerating, Lenny went down the apartment building by stairs and walked down to Nana's Kitchen at the intersection, passing by the alley at which he pummeled Terry Lee.
