Sasuke looked on with yearning, murmuring, "With such power, I could surely take down that man."

[However, Luffy remained undeterred, proclaiming his intent to become the Pirate King!]

On the Moby Dick, Whitebeard laughed heartily, "Goo la la la! Good lad, consider yourself my son from this moment on!"

But an epiphany struck Whitebeard like a bolt.

Ace referred to Garp as "Grandpa," while Luffy called Ace "Big Brother."

This... Whitebeard suddenly felt a fervent urge to cleave Garp in two!

At the Naval Headquarters, Sengoku cast a contemplative gaze toward Garp.

"You two grandkids are truly courageous!"

Garp wiped his tears and pretended not to notice.
