After Curtis went out hunting Cecilia was sitting beside the fire. It had been a while since Curtis had gone hunting. The sun was slowly setting.

" I had shaved my hair just before coming here," muttered Cecilia checking herself out.

" I should probably ask for Curtis scale when I get a chance and put it separately. I don't want to use a stone to shave. I can't even imagine myself shaving like that." Cecilia muttered.

As Cecilia was thinking of all the problems she could probably face living here. Like going outside to excrete in the snow in winter. Curtis returned with huge tied-up leaves and some animal whose identity before dying was not recognizable.

'Look like he did what I asked him. I can't even think of eating some animal like it's weird. I just want to puke out whatever it is in my stomach when I see those animals.' Cecilia thought as she saw the meat.

" I will arrange the fruits and meat. Why don't you rest? " Cecilia said as she reach out to take the meat and fruit.

" No need I will deal with the meat. You can just taste the fruits which you like and you don't separate it." Curtis said as he put the meat on a clean stone and the fruits bundle on the place Cecilia was sitting.

Looking at Curtis she knew she could not convince Curtis. "Ok, but I will be half full eating all those fruits so I want to eat this much only.", she said as she pointed out.

" You should eat more." Curtis said, disapproving as he saw how much meat she was pointing out.

" But I just had some dry meat now some food. Look, if I am hungry later I will eat some fruit." Cecilia said as she looked at him.

" Ok, fine." Curtis said as he looked at her stubborn face.

Cecilia then happily sat on the fur near the fire as she laid another larger fur near her, but a bit far from the fire than her's.

She slowly started eating the fruit as she cut it into small pieces with the bone knife Curtis made as she bugged him to make her as they were traveling today.

She slowly separated and cut the fruit thinly and lay it on the furs. She separated the sweet ones and the sour ones.

Curtis had already cut the pieces she wanted to eat and swallowed the rest of the meat and was sitting on the fur she had laid for him.

Curtis had already put the wood stand of Y shaped so all it was left was to put the meat which was pierced by the stick in the Y-shaped wood.

So, Cecilia put the meat and started to roast it as she slowly cooked each of its sides as she sprinkled some salt.

After a while, the meat was cooked. Curtis put the meat slowly on the leaves as he didn't let Cecilia get hurt.

'Tomorrow I am gonna surely mate with him no matter what after telling him my origin and mensuration. Especially it is better if I get pregnant as if I am pregnant while Curtis hibernates he can take the egg with him and the winter will probably convince Curtis to let me take some male. I need Winston and a bird beastman who can fly and take us away if there is any problem. Can't believe I am wishing to be pregnant fast as it was just five days before that I said I will not have children. ' Cecilia said as she blew out the meat and took some small pieces of meat to eat.

After eating Cecilia lay near the fire and Curtis beside her. 'To tell the truth, I like Curtis maybe his mark will appear in my heart. It is my first time, so it makes it special and it makes him my first boyfriend (husband) too. ' Cecilia thought about tomorrow as she fell asleep.
