A Convenient Offer. (Part 1)

In psychology, there is a term "the suspension bridge effect". When people experiencing joint stress begin to fall in love with each other. At the very least, they have sympathy.

Just the perfect cognitive error!

"Are you sure you can do it yourself? There is such a height..." Justin portrayed sincere concern for the girl.

"Oh, yes, it's only three meters. I can handle it." She snatched the light bulb out of his hands and climbed briskly up the first step.

But as soon as she put her foot on the second step, the stairs swayed.

"Stop! Is it dangerous!" Justin held Emily by the waist to keep her from falling.

"Hold the ladder, not me! Or you really see it for the first time and don't know such basic stuff?!" The girl scolded him. 

Tsk, and even in such a tone! Like a dragon in a skirt!

She threw off the guy's hand from the waist and continued to climb higher.

"I've gotta push that ladder harder next time", Evans decided.
