The Crazy Aftermath

Ukine was flying away with the gamma butterfly wings flapping quickly, and each time they flapped, gamma bullets would rain down from his wings, hitting the ground and destroying things.

Ukine exclaimed, "Fools! I am the true hero!"

Above Ukine, was Klem and a few grey and black statue-looking samurai with swords.

Klem said, "You? A hero? Gimme a break. I wouldn't even call your ass a villain. You're just insane."

"Damn you!"

Ukine shot gamma at them with his wings, but Klem's resurrections jumped in the way to shield Klem, making a large cloud of smoke expand around her from the gamma impact.

Klem dashed down from the smoke, and she was holding a large grey statue shaped ax. She laughed as she sliced Ukine across the chest with it.

Ukine started falling to the ground, with his back smashing on top of a car.

He rolled off the car shooting gamma randomly all over the place with his gamma butterfly wings, screaming, "I am the true hero! The true protector! I am what the symbol of hope is supposed to be!"

He shot more gamma out, causing more destruction simultaneously.

Coming underground under Ukine, was Zenyu.

Zenyu was driving a green paint tractor with a drill and machine gun on the front. He bursted from underground, knocking Ukine back some.

Zenyu yelled, "Take this! Bad guy! This is for killing a bunch of innocent people, and hurting Akira!"

Ukine started flying upward, as Zenyu's paint tractor was shooting loud bullets up at Ukine.

Ukine blocked them by covering himself with his butterfly wings.

"You think bullets are enough to take down a true hero like me?! A true savior?! A true protector?!"

Hopping from Zenyu's paint tractor, we're paint-ninjas colored orange and black.

They kept hopping out holding black paint swords, dashing upwards to get to Ukine.

Ukine saw them, and he destroyed some of them with his gamma, splattering paint everywhere.

Some of the paint ninjas sliced past Ukine, cutting pieces of his butterfly wings. Ukine grunted, blasting them away with his gamma.

Ukine started to fly to the right, and Zenyu was running on the ground, keeping up with him.

Zenyu created a brown slingshot with his brown paint, and he placed a red and black paint cannon in it, and he launched it forward.

The cannon dashed up to Ukine, and Ukine, looked at it, and hit it with his gamma, blowing it up.

But as soon as it blew up to pieces, Zenyu came up and punched Ukine in the face, grabbed his butterfly wings, spun downward, and ripped the wings off, making Ukine scream.

"You brat!"

Ukine landed on a rooftop, and when she looked up, Red was there.

Red said in a menacing tone, "You should've known this was gonna happen. You're not cool."

"Go to hell.."

"You're no match for all of us."

Red sliced Ukine up the stomach and chest with his sword, making Ukine fly into the sky.

Red lines began to appear all in the sky around Ukine, and Red was dashing through those red lines with his sword at quick speed, it was hard for anyone to track his movement.

As Red moved, his sword was simultaneously shredding brutal lines in Ukine, over and over again, Ukine couldn't even react.

'I can't even-!'

Then, Red stabbed Ukine through the chest with his sword, and Ukine coughed up blood, saying, "Guess this is what you so-called heroes call 'taking care of bad guys'. Brutally going to the extreme..when I'm too weak now to even fight back. Now how does that look?"

Red answered, "For the lives lost..you'll pay."

"Tch!"

Red ripped his sword out of Ukine, and the force from even that shot Ukine far away, leaving a hail of strong wind around Red's sword.

Ukine was flipping backwards, screaming at the same time.

Coming under Ukine, was Remy.

Remy's arms and fists and legs were covered in light.

Remy smiled, "I love to train, not curse. But…alley oop motherfucker."

She punched Ukine in the stomach, and streaks of light blasted from her attack. Ukine flew straight in the air, and Remy dashed up there to him.

Remy started to punch and kick Ukine fast in the stomach and face, each blow sent light all over the place, and Ukine was constantly gushing out blood from his wounds.

Remy got beside Ukine, saying, "You asked for this, sir. Should've trained more anyway. Especially when going against us, old guy."

Remy hit Ukine in the face with both of her palms twice, and Ukine crashed through a building.

Ukine hit a wall there, and here came Obi.

Obi tackled Ukine down a couple of floors, rolling all over the place.

Ukine yelled, "Get off me! Let me go!"

Obi answered, "Nahh. You killed people. That's not a good thing."

Obi's skin turned hot red, and he used his self exploding power, which doesn't harm Obi himself in any way, only his target.

Ukine was blasted out of the building, and he fell on the ground.

Ichiro, Ukine's son, was watching his father slowly try to get up from the ground.

Ichiro cried, "Father..!"

Ichiro then thought, 'I'll help him no matter that. These heroes are gonna face me now.'

Ichiro took one step forward, and Kirin appeared behind him, grabbed the back of his head, dashed forward, and smashed Ichiro's face straight through a car, launching Ichiro and the car 20 feet back, smashing into another car.

Kirin was just standing there, without a word to say.

Ichiro crawled from the rubble coughing and wheezing.

Ichiro stood up, asking, "Heh?! Why?"

Kirin responds, "…."

"Funny. I was gonna try and make you my girlfriend later on during the school year. Guess that's thrown out the window!"

"Does it look like I give a fuck?"

"Hmph. You're not worth my time anyway. Boring as hell. Now excuse me, I have bigger fish to fry!"

Ichiro blasted thin yellow beams from his eyes, and they charged directly at Kirin.

Kirin made two green daggers form, and she jumped above the beams. While in the air, she cut the beams with her daggers, and they bounced off her blades, and the yellow beams redirected themselves at Ukine, blasting him the chest, sending him away.

Ichiro thinks, 'She repositioned my beams…let's see if she can keep that up. Or if she can keep up..'

Ichiro shot yellow beams from his eyes and fingers, directly at Kirin.

Kirin smacked them all away with her daggers, jumping and running left to right, sliding on the ground as she spun her daggers around her back and deflected the beams with her dagger blades.

Ichiro thought, 'I need to throw her off balance by forcing her to jump!'

Ichiro blasted beams near Kirin's feet, and instead of jumping, Kirin flipped her daggers downard, and the blades hit the beams, and she redirected the beams to slide a building in half above Ichiro.

Ichiro looked up, thinking, 'She hit the building above me! But why not me instead?'

Ichiro's skin began to glow blue, and he jumped up high as the rubble from the building fell. He was blindly shooting yellow beams into the dust, causing destruction.

Shooting from the dust below, was Kirin's daggers, and they were heading directly towards Ichiro.

Ichiro panicked and shot the daggers with his eye beams, but the beams bounced off of it, and it blasted Ichiro in the stomach. Ichiro completely turned back to his normal appearance, and he smashed through a building, hitting a wall.

Ichiro coughed over and over, trying his hardest to breathe.

Walking towards Ichiro, was Kirin, and she was holding her daggers.

Ichiro asked, "Heh..? You must feel bad for what happened to Akira..you're fighting like you're pissed. I sense your anger. I saw you two giving each other googly eyes and what not at school....boy im jealous."

"Akira is nothing to me. He is a mere boy with a curse that needs to be erased. I will not accept him. Ever. As for you, I want to kill you and make it look like an accident, but I'm not heartless. You and your father will pay."

"My father may seem like he's losing..but he'll bounce back. He always does. I have faith..in him."

Kirin stabbed her daggers through Ichiro's legs, and made sure they were engraved into the floor so Ichiro wouldn't move.

Ichiro screamed louder than ever, and Kirin said, "Stay there."

Kirin started to run off.

Ichiro screamed with tears in his eyes, "Damn you!!!! Damn you!!! Crazy bitch!!"

A mile away on an interstate bridge, Yuu and Yamato were holding swords, and they ran forward, and they sliced the chest of Ukine, sending him falling off the bridge and onto another road.

Ukine stood up, and made gamma blast from his wings, blowing up more things.

Just then, Cold Clover jumped high in the air, and stuck his hands out to Ukine, "Ice prison."

A wall of ice surrounded Ukine, and Ukine yelled, "That damn Yōkai drained most of my power while being inside of my body! I can't fight like this! Let me see my wife and son!"

Cold Clover replied, "Should've thought about that, Ukine."

Then, superhero Kit jumped into the ice prison, and he turned into a giant viscous polar bear.

Ukine looked at Kit, and he started to fly upwards with his regrown gamma butterfly wings, and he shot gamma down.

Kit leaped up high, and he started to run along the walls of the ice prison, with gamma blasting behind him.

Kit growled, and the force from the growl made Ukine smash into the ice wall. Then, Kit smashed into Ukine over and over again with his big body.

Kit grabbed Ukine by the butterfly wing, spun around, and slung him into the air out of the ice prison.

Ukine thought, 'If this keeps up..! I need to go see my wife…! These so-called heroes..have a bloodlust behind their attacks..!'

On the ground, Sensei Ultra was standing on top of a car.

She spit to the right, and she said, "Tch. Fuckin' doofus."

She made a golden spear appear in her right hand, and she launched it like a javelin at Ukine.

Ukine gasped, trying to use his butterfly gamma wings to block it.

But the spear went straight through, and once it did, the spear began to dart through the air quickly breaking sound barriers, dragging Ukine far away.

Ukine thought, 'I can't..I can't lose..I have to see my wife..and son..'

Ukine was soaring right over a large field, but then he was stopped by a wall of darkness.

Ukine hit the wall, and then he hit the ground.

Ukine was shaking in pain, slowly raising his head up.

Shin was sitting criss cross on the ground in front of him.

Shin said, "Ukine."

Ukine replied, "I need to see her...she's probably worried about me..you so-called heroes can do whatever you want with me…but let me see my wife..please.."

"I'll take care of it."

"R-Really?"

Shin touched the top of Ukine's head with darkness from his finger, and a shiver ran through Ukine's body.

Ukine asked, "What did you just do..?"

"It should kick in a few seconds."

"What should kick in?"

"I used my darkness to curse you, silly. Hehe."

"No.."

"Your arms and legs will be paralyzed forever, and you will forget your wife and son, they will not exist anymore in your mind. You will also know nothing about yourself anymore. Forever. I gave you amnesia. You put Akira through hell, you shall feel his pain."

"No-!"

Ukine's expression changed, and he looked left and right, saying, "W-Where am I? Why am I in pain?"

"What is your name?"

"I..I don't know..what happened to me?"

"You did something that should've had you killed, I don't kill when an enemy surrenders or is powerless. You are responsible for hundreds of lives. You deserve what you got."

"Wait! What's my name?! Please tell me! What about a family?! Do I have a family!"

"Hmph."

At that moment, other heroes were arriving with police, and they were there to apprehend Ukine.

(Hours later)

TV BROADCAST: "This just in, a huge battle took place in the cities of Japan, claiming the lives of hundreds of civilians. The man behind this incident, a former hero, is named Ukine. Apparently, he was brutally attacking the younger brother of Shin, Akira. After a back and forth conflicted fight, a Yōkai had appeared onto the scene, and was battling with Akira, while Shin's guild, Cold Clover Elites hero guild, and other heroes took down Ukine. Coming from the shadows, Yuu and Yamato and a high school teacher appeared and helped out. According to witnesses and statements, this all started at an eatery, in which Ukine had blown up and claimed his first lives of the day.."

News of what happened was all over social media websites, with news about it on the heroes website..

[Hero Syndicate Headquarters]

[Medical room]

Akira was lying in the medic bed, with cuts and bruises and blood stains all over the sheets beside him and on his face. He was hooked up to a machine, with cords in his arms, and a monitor beeping slowly above his head.

Inside of the room, stood Yuu, Yamato, Ultra, and Shin. Yuu had went head and put new fresh glasses on Akira's face, even though Akira was still unconscious

It was quiet in there, Yuu and Yamato were holding Akira's hand. Ultra was leaning against the wall chewing gum, while Shin was looking down at Akira.

Shin asked Yuu and Yamato, "What is the third eye curse?"

Yuu and Yamato looked at Shin, and replied, "Shin.."

"I need to know."

Ultra added, "I'm in the dark here too. What is the third eye curse?"

Yamato was about to say something next, but a doctor walked in.

Everyone looked at the doctor, and the doctor was nervous about having this many famous eyes looking at him.

Yuu asked the doctor, "Well?"

"It didn't look good at first. Once we brought Akira in, he woke up screaming, holding his head. He has extreme migraines deep within his head, which I believe is the after effect of him using his third eye power. Furthermore, he will live. But.."

Yamato answered, "But?"

"The damage Ukine done to Akira's body before he used his power is to be accounted for. Akira has broken bones, a broken rib, and his legs are broken. Along with a punctured spleen and lung."

"No.."

"There is hope, though. We extracted his blood and ran some tests. According to those tests and the information we've gathered from them, Akira should be fully healed within a week. A regular person with his injuries would probably be dead or even worse. Akira is very lucky."

Yuu hugged Yamato immediately, and Yamato hugged her back.

The doctor continued, "He would be crippled before he is fully healed, so if he is going to walk around, he'll need crutches. But I highly advise that he doesn't walk around at all, until he starts to feel better. We recommend that he does not go to school until he is better, we will give the school a note regarding his upcoming absences due to the critical situations that have taken place."

Yuu replied, "Thank you doctor.."

Shin asked the doctor, "How long does he have to stay in this room?"

"Just for tonight. Then you guys can come in the morning and get him. And that's only because his body is slowly starting to heal on the inside already. In the morning, he'll be ready to leave."

Outside of the room, Kirin was leaning against the wall with her arms folded and eyes closed.

Walking down the hall, was Zenyu and Obi.

Zenyu waved at Kirin, whispering loudly, "Kirin!"

Kirin looked at Zenyu, and ignored him.

Zenyu and Obi stepped up to Kirin, and Obi asked, "What are youuuu doing here?"

Kirin responded, "...…"

Zenyu waved his hand in Kirin's face, "Helloooo? Anyone there? Earth to Kirin..?"

Kirin opened her eyes, "Why are you two so close to me? And I came here to see if that Akira kid was dead. Apparently not."

"That sounded mean! You were just fine with him since the first day of school!"

"Pfft. And? He inherited the third eye curse. I will not accept him at all."

"Aw come on..give him a break."

Obi added, "Yeah, he fought a Yōkai in space! That's big!"

Kirin started walking away, saying, "I don't care. He is nothing to me."

Zenyu and Obi looked at each other, and shrugged.

Inside Akira's room, Shin asked Yuu and Yamato again, "What is the third eye curse? Years ago, when we were raided, when those guys wanted Akira's third eye, what did they want it for? I asked when I was little, but you never told me."

Yamato replied without hesitation, "Before we had you and Akira, we had another son. We named him Zaeya. He had shoulder length white wavy hair that was always in a ponytail, red eyes, and a black streak that was dyed into the front bang of his hair. He bears two of the third eyes, and he wanted Akira's eye so he could-."

On the room intercom, Toshin's voice said, "Yuu, Yamato, Shin, Ultra, please come to the war room."

They looked at each other and began to walk towards the door, and coming through the door, was Zenyu and Obi.

Zenyu and Obi waved at them with a smile, and Yuu said, "Aww, Akira's friends. He's asleep right now, but you two can still go ahead and see him."

Zenyu and Obi replied, "Thanks!"

Obi bowed, "I shall repay you for your kindness."

Everyone else headed to the war room, walking to the elevator.

Shin said to Yamato, "Continue what you were saying earlier."

Yamato continued, "Zaeya wanted to collect all the third eye inheritors, feed them to beings called Sentinels. Once they fed them the eyes, the Sentinals would grant any of their wishes, since the Sentinels are beings who run on the power of curses. We don't know exactly where the third eye itself had come from, or why Akira has it, but it's dangerous. Zaeya had left us to go on his own, since he was also born with the third eye, but had two of them. He felt like he had a calling elsewhere with all that power he had. That home invasion years ago..Zaeya wasn't there, but they worked for Zaeya. Why Zaeya didn't come and try to take Akira's third eye by himself? We don't really know, but he was probably afraid of your darkness abilities which hold curses, Shin. If Zaeya would've taken Akira's third eye, it would require Akira to be killed. That's what we figured out from a mage who we were seeking answers from, and that mage himself didn't even know where the curse came from or the origins of the third eye. There ya have it, son."

Shin sighed, "Okay."

Yuu replied, "That's it? Okay?"

"Our long lost brother Zaeya is probably going to come back sooner or later. As long as Akira and I have our strength, we won't lose. I'm not worried."

"Son…this isn't one of those situations you can just brush off. Zaeya is stronger than Akira."

(Minutes later..)

(War room)

Shin, Yuu, Yamato, and Ultra walked in, and Kaede, Toshin, and a dozen Hero Syndicate officials were standing in there. On the screen in front of them, showed the fight between Akira and Dark Akira.

Yamato asked, "What is the reason for this meeting, Kaede? Toshin?"

Toshin replied, "Apologies for coming at you guys for this right after this tragic incident, but I'll be quick about this. I'm sorry for what happened between Akira and Ukine. Things shouldn't have turned out the way they did. But this just goes to show how much the stakes are being raised during these times."

Yuu asked, "What are you trying to say, Toshin?"

Kaede interrupts, "What he's trying to say is…Akira has potential. With the right amount of leadership, he can become a well rounded hero. We want to ask your permission to allow Akira into the Hero Syndicate. As an official hero."

Ultra responds, "You sayin' that just based on what happened today?"

"No. We've seen Akira's other fights. Akira has grown insanely since his first one. He destroyed a Yōkai, and defeated a Galaxy threat in which we were actively pursuing, Akira CRACKED space with the force of his punch!"

Kaede mentioned, "And Akira destroyed a planet of aliens by accident but we're definitely not gonna discuss that."

Yuu, Yamato, and Ultra respond, "What?!"

Toshin continued, "We need to act fast. Akira can do a lot of things, he can do a lot of good for everyone."

Yamato stated, "After everything that happened today, who knows if Akira even wants to be a hero now."

Shin said, "If he is going to be a hero for the syndicate, I want him in my guild."

Kaede asked Shin, "Hoh? What's the reason?"
