Chapter 12

Inside the parasite boarding house, a tall buxom woman with waist-length brownish-red wavy hair. She wore a standard APE senior uniform. Nana was currently standing in front of one room whose door remained shut no matter how much she knocked. A 'ticked-off' mark could be seen on the side of forehead as she knocked on the wooden door strongly and aggressively.

Knock! Knock! Knock!

"....."

Again, she waited for at least ten seconds or so but she was only responded with silence.

"That's it!" 

Nana huffed as she pulled out her master key, allowing her to unlock the door and burst inside in anger. Her eyes narrowed on the huge lump covered by a thick blanket on the bed. A pair peacefully sleeping heads could be seen poking out on top of the blanket. One of them was Adam while the other was Zero Two who seemed to have fallen asleep while hugging her brother, her face was naturally snuggling against his.

"Seriously..." Nana really didn't know what to do with them.

Woosh...

A breeze brought by the morn entered through the opened windows. Nana finally realized that, that was why the two were so huddled together. Walking towards the window and closing it, she looked around the room and sighed.

'But then again.... looking at their scattered clothes on the ground... they probably d-did it again.' her cheeks began to blush as she thought of this. 'No, they probably fell asleep while doing it.'

It has only been the third day since she met Adam and she still cannot get used to his appearance or his upfront, nonchalant, and charming attitude or his intimacy with Zero Two.

Nana was one of the parasites who went through the immortalization process, which made her different from the other adults who were indifferent and even felt disgust at the traditional and primitive way of procreation.

Quite the contrary, she was very interested in that subject. But she always held her curiosity in because for one, it was considered a forbidden knowledge and two, all the other adults around her were indifferent to such a thing. Even Hachi, the handsome and stoic instructor of squad 13, also a colleague of hers, the only person who she was mildly interested in, showed complete indifference to the topic.

Well, to be fair, his attitude was like to any other topic. He was like a robot in the form of a human. The man didn't have the slightest humor in him- at least, that's her impression of him. Of course, she's not saying that Hachi's a bad person. No, he's more like the ideal APE official worker. Nana even heard some rumors of him being a candidate of promotion for General.

Which was an incredible thing by the way! After all, just like her, Hachi underwent immortalization as well. Anyway, going back to the topic, Nana was curious about the process of procreation itself, even if it was useless to her.

Of course, she knows that as an immortal, she lost her capability to actually procreate. In other words, she was infertile. Be that as it may, she was still interested in those 'forbidden acts', no matter how redundant it would technically be for her.

Was she a pervert? Perhaps. But still! She was curious! She wanted to know how it felt!

Moving on, now imagine her reaction when she heard that there was special unit that's been allowed to commit those acts. Needless to say that she immediately looked him up and conducted a detailed research. Then came her disappointment when she learned that he wasn't allowed to do those 'forbidden acts' with APE staffs.

She eventually came to terms with it and accepted the reality that she was destined to never to experience it.

...Until he was sent to their plantation.

And that's not all. It seems that he was going to be working with them for some time.

Oh, how giddy she was to know that, even more when she actually met him in person.

How could a person be so handsome?! What's with that smile?! Are you trying to kill me?!

That's how excited she was. At least, that's what she felt until she watched Adam and Zero Two actually do it.

....Relentlessly.... for hours....

They were like animals.

Honestly, at first, she felt incredibly hot and bothered... a little bit excited even. Nah, she's lying. She felt very excited. It was like there was an itchy sensation in her lower body that she couldn't scratch. At the time, she tried her best to hide it since the professor was watching beside her.

Then, as she watched them go at it for hours... the excitement was gone and all she felt was fascination, amazement, and... fear. Was the 'forbidden acts' so pleasurable that people could do it mindlessly for hours? Heck, Zero Two even surprised her by doing so many streneous activities and positions for such a long time, even though she seemed so unmotivated to move during their physical fitness exercises.

Was it because they were a different species? Nana couldn't.

In any case, the two still didn't stop even when it was already past midnight. Even Nana couldn't hold on and rested her exhausted mind for the night. Then, came in the next morning where the doctor ordered her to act as their caretaker. She nearly had a heart attacl when she learned that they were still going at it!

Maybe they would've still kept going if she hadn't stepped in to stop them.

And as if it wasn't bad enough, Zero Two became incredibly needy and spoiled. Thankfully, Nana had experience with dealing with children, thar's why she didn't snap like all the others. She also felt a little mad at Adam. As handsome and charming as he was, shouldn't he be the older brother who knows when to stop?

No, he was not. He was like an incubus who tempted girls into an eternity of lustful activity. However! Before she was a woman, she was still a caretaker! She had her responsibilities and obligations to fulfill. Therefore, she's in charge of their health, which seems to be neglected when they do their 'nightly activities'.

Thankfully this time, that didn't seem to be the case.

Or so she thought, until she saw two perky peaks shifting up and down on their cuddled waist area. Narrowing her eyes, she grabbed the edge of the wooly blanket and pulled it off of them.

"Hmph!!"

Just then, Nana's eyes widened in shock when she saw the two were not only naked, but Zero Two was laying on top of Adam 'with- with- w-w-what the hell?!'

Soon, the trapped smelly scent of love making was released after the cover was taken away, making Nana instinctively cover her nose. Many tick marks appeared on her forehead as her teeth gritted in anger.

Hearing Nana's loud voice, Adam stirred awake and immediately raised his body, thinking that there was an urgent matter or they were in danger. This caused Zero Two, who was laying on top of him, to slide downwards and fall. Fortunately, Adam caught her and Zero Two woke up to find herself wrapped in her brother's tight and secure arms.

"Darling..." Zero Two spoke lovingly. Her eyes radiating warmth and obsession.

Adam smiled and kissed her lips. "Good morning to you too, love."

And the person who woke them up finally spoke. They looked at the end of the bed where they saw a very irritated Nana. Her cheeks were flushed, presumably from embarrassment from seeing their naked bodies, and her expression was scary.

'It's like she's mad or... nevermind. She's definitely mad.' Adam coughed before flashing his sunny smile at Nana.

"Good morning, Nana-san."

"Don't you 'Good morning' me?!" Nana reproached with an aggravated voice. "Do you two not know the word restraint?!"

"Of course we do!" Zero Two says indignantly.

"It sure doesn't seem like it!" Nana scoffed before reprimanding the pink haired girl who was starting to move her waist, "And you just proved me right! Don't you start moving now, Zero Two!"

Zero Two pouted. "Nana's such a killjoy!"

Twitch!

"Shut up and get off him already!" Nana reprimands them, "Zero Two, your injuries aren't completely healed yet!"

Since Zero Two was sitting on top of Adam's lap while facing him, her naked blemish less back and perky ass were exposed to Nana. She could also see Adam's anaconda could be seen sheathed inside Zero Two's vagina.

"Aww...." Zero Two puffed her cheeks.

"Now!"

"Darling...." Zero Two looked at Adam with puppy eyes, wanting to start their morning with their fun and loving exercise.

Adam sighed with a smile. "Let's get cleaned first, okay? Heck, we'll do it there if you want it. But we definitely need to take a shower, alright?"

Nana grumbled at how Adam coaxed Zero Two. She was annoyed at how he spoiled the latter and the girl was beginning to get used to it. Nana looked at the two again and silence followed for a few seconds as neither of them moved.

"Well?!" Nana couldn't take it anymore.

Adam smiled ruefully at Zero Two. "Love, you have to get off of me."

"Mmmm.... but I don't want to lose darling inside of me."

Adam scoffed and rolled his eyes. "Oh alright you big baby." he grasped her bubbly perky white ass and proceeded to carry her as he stood up from the bed.

"Yey!!" Zero Two wrapped her arms around his neck and her legs around his waist like a koala.

"You!!" Nana looked at Adam incredulously. "Don't tell me you're going outside looking like that!"

Walking towards the door, he stopped as Nana stood in front of him. That's when he realized that their room didn't have its own bathroom. Confused, Adam turned to Nana and asked, "Don't we have our own bathroom?"

"No!" Nana answers, "This is a parasite boarding house! It only has two shared bathrooms; one for boys and one for girls!

"I see..." Adam looked at his sister. "Well then, where are we going to take a bath?"

"I'm okay with anywhere as long as darling's there."

Nana rolled her eyes. "The answer is you don't! Stop with your crazy antics already and separate yourselves."

"Never!!!"

Nana looked at the pink haired girl in disbelief. "Doesn't it feel uncomfortable for Adam's.... sex organ to be inside you?"

"Not at all!" Zero Two answered enthusiastically. "In fact, I feel warm, full, and happy! I feel very satisfied and complete whenever darling is inside me!"

"That's..." Nana certainly didn't expect such a sincere answer from the seemingly perverted and needy girl. But in the end, she shook her head. "In any case! You still can't head outside like that!"

Adam then asked, "What about the other kids? Where are they?"

Nana's brows furrowed slightly at his question but still decided to answer.

"Squad 13 is currently eating breakfast in the mess hall. Come to think of it, I came here to call you guys for breakfast. But..." She looked at the two of them and reeled backwards. "You two definitely need to get yourselves clean first."

"Alright!" Adam smiled and opened the door.

"Wai-!" Nana's eyes widened in shock as she saw the two, very naked pair of siblings, still connected with their private parts, walking outside the hall confidently.

She then heard Adam saying, "Since they're still eating breakfast, we might as well take a bath in the women's bathroom."

"Wait!!" Nana walked after them. "Adam, have you lost it?!"

Adam shakes his head. "Not at all. I think I'm a genius."

Zero Two only chuckled while squishing and hiding her bountiful, supple breasts against Adam's broad and muscular chest. Looking at his sister and noticing her liquids dripping from his sword to his balls, he smiled mischievously and whispered to her ears, "You're enjoying this aren't you?"

"Kyah~" She felt Adam's hands gripping tighter on her spongy ass cheeks. She bit her lips in excitement as she purred in response to his question.

"You two!!!" Nana could not believe the two were seriously flirting while pacing through the halls. They were NAKED by the way! No- not only that, they were still technically doing the 'forbidden acts'.

'Unbelievable! I'm starting to understand why the elders labeled this as 'forbidden'.' Nana thinks to herself, 'If doing such things would make her lose her mind and shamelessly so things in public then....'

For some reason, even though it was very disgraceful and embarrassing to imagine, her thighs subconsciously squished together as her lower lips began to itch. Mind you, this was happening while they were still heading towards the women's bathroom.

Fortunately, the parasite's boarding house isn't as big as one would think since it was built to house 15 kids at best. In any case, they safely made it into the women's bathroom without being noticed by any of the other kids. Nana sighed in relief because she really didn't know how to explain Adam and Zero Two's bold and outlandish actions.

Inside the women's bathroom, there were five shower heads and a bathtub that could fit about 8 people. One of the showers was currently being used by an average-height brunette with a slim build but she was plentiful to where it mattered. Shower water ran down her clean fair skin as the brunette washed away the remaining soap on her body.

It was then, she heard some people enter the bathroom accompanied by a very familiar voice of a man. Naomi looked at the ceramic sliding glass door which separated the shower rooms from the locker rooms with a surprised expression.

"Tell me again why did you have to take a bath in the women's bathroom?" Nana asked in an exasperated voice behind the opaque sliding glass door. "It's called the women's bathroom for a reason, you know?"

"Well, what's the harm if no one's using it?" Adam says lightheartedly. "Besides, IF there was a chance that there IS someone using it or we run into someone who was about to take bath, at least it would be a woman."

Adam adds decisively, "No way in heck am I ever going to let a man see me and my precious sister like that."

Nana scoffed. "And women are an exception?"

The opaque sliding glass door was pulled to the side, revealing Adam's tall figure and a pink haired woman being carried- no, she was clinging on Adam's chest with her arms locked around his neck and her legs grappling around his waist.

"It's good that you understand it, Nana-san." Adam said, looking at Nana behind him as he enters the shower room.

"Sigh, really...." Nana just held her temples and sighed.

"Besides," Adam continued walking inside, looking at the frustrated but relenting expression of Nana and still not noticing that there was someone inside. "I think it's APE's fault for assigning me to a room with no bathroom. Like, shouldn't it already be expected?"

Nana looked at him with a blank stare.

Well, to be honest, she was starting to see that he was correct.

He was a special unit for a reason, you know? Surely, he should have a room that's arranged according to his specialties.

"Sigh...." In the end, all she could do was sigh and turn around. "I'll make sure the other girls don't enter yet."

Adam flashed his sunny smile once again, "Thank you, Nana-san! Love you!"

"Ugh!" Nana's face crumpled, but inwardly though, she was feeling giddy. But of course, as an APE senior, she still had to maintain her stern and professional demeanor.

"Cough! Whatever. I'm going now."

"See you later!" Zero Two waved at her, but there was a clear shit-eating grin on her face as if she had won.

"Tsk!" Nana clicked her tongue and finally left the bathroom.

And only then, did the pair of siblings realize that there was a running shower head, and that there was another person inside.

"Oh?" The brother and sister made the same surprised, yet entertained face as they saw the brunette teen looking at them with an incredibly red face and flustered eyes as she covered her private parts.

"A-A-A-Adam-k-k-un!" The brunette spluttered, completely flabbergasted by the sight she was seeing. All Naomi could do was call out to the man who intruded in the women's bathroom carrying a beautiful pink haired woman in front of him.

And that's not all. Her trembling eyes was focusing on the part where... t-t-t-their p-private parts were....

'Adam's thing is inside her?!'

That was the greatest shock for our poor innocent brunette.

On the backyard of the parasite boarding house, two boys wearing a standard male parasite uniform could be seen standing in front of each other while playing and passing around a ball with their legs.

"Will we be able to fight like that one day?" Futoshi, the tall overweight boy asks as he received the ball with his chest and landed it to his feet. "Fight the klaxosaurs like the FRANXX Hiro piloted, I mean." he adds as he juggled the ball around his body for a bit, before kicking it away.

The ball went towards to the fiery shorty of the group, Zorome. He catches the ball with his chest and juggled it with his knees before snarkily saying, "Ha??? Just so you know, that doesn't count as piloting."

The shorty adds while glaring at Futoshi, "There's no way that loser could pilot a FRANXX." he then passes the ball towards him.

"But it did actually move around." Futoshi says, "And Papa seems to have taken an interest in Hiro too."

"Well..." Another boy joins the conversation. He was leaning on one of the pillars of the outer halls right in front of the backyard. He had a neat appearance and with the way he was acting, it's evident that he did not like getting sweaty or dirty.

Mitsuru spoke, gaining Zorome and Futoshi's attention as they stopped playing for a bit.

"I hear that pistil called Zero Two has the ability to pilot a FRANXX by herself." He looked at them and said, "You two saw its four-legged form, didn't you? So basically, Hiro was only taken along for the ride."

"See?" Zorome grinned enthusiastically while pointing at Futoshi with an 'I told you so!' expression. "I'll never accept that he did it before us."

Just then, he noticed Hiro approaching emerging from the side of the backyard with a towel around his neck, seemingly just finished exercising. Zorome snickered maliciously as he began juggling the ball on his feet, "Don't think you're hot stuff, you hear me?!" he then kicks the ball towards the unsuspecting Hiro.

Woosh!

The ball flew swiftly through the air before hitting Hiro on his shoulder.

"Hn!"  The towel was knocked off his back as the ball bounced upward from his shoulder and into the air.

"Bingo!" Zorome cheered happily. "I'm the best!"

He looked at Hiro who was looking at them with his usual gloomy expression.

Zorome grinned and said, "Sorry, sorry. I really expected you to dodge." clearly, he wasn't sorry at all.

"Were you cranking one out all by yourself in a training unit?" The short parasite said condescendingly as he approached Hiro who began dusting his shoulder. "That's perfect for you, a wuss who just hitched a ride with a girl!"

Hiro was about to pick up his towel, but suddenly he felt offended at Zorome's claims. He walked towards the shorty with a furrowed brow.

"What?" Zorome glares back. "You wanna go?"

Hiro then said, "Zero Two said that I piloted that thing."

Zorome pushed his forehead towards Hiro and spat back, "The real thing ain't anything like the training units!"

Hiro refused to be pushed back as he responded, "Once I get another chance, I'll show you I can pilot!"

"Grrr!!!"

"Hnnn!!!"

The two were butting heads, neither one seemed to want to step back.

"Challenge accepted!" Zorome replied.

Just then, Ichigo opened the door to the backyard with Goro behind her. There, she sees Zorome pulling on Hiro's collar while seemingly trying to get a hold of him. Hiro on the other hand was trying to pry Zorome's hands away from his collar.

"Hey, wait! What are you two doing?!" Ichigo immediately called out towards the two and ran towards them.

"Come on!" Goro followed behind her, wanting to stop his friends from fighting.

Ichigo managed to separate them and bring Hiro away who had an angry expression. Goro on the other hand, was holding the shorty by his shoulders as the latter was jumping and kicking around.

"Don't get in my way!!!" Zorome tries to break free from Goro but he just looked like a kid throwing a tantrum.

"Enough!" Goro says, "Just calm down!"

"Damn you! You're nothing but a loser!" Zorome still continues to trash talk Hiro.

Hiro still had an angry expression as he too, was being calmed down by Ichigo.

"Don't let him get to you." Ichigo says.

"Lemme go!" 

Hiro stares at the shorty who was acting like an immature brat before sighing and relaxing his shoulders. His gaze fell to the side as he said, "I can pilot too. I just need a chance."

"Tch!" Zorome clicked his tongue and looked away.

"Hiro..." Ichigo stared worryingly at Hiro, but then her transmitter began to ring.

A/N: Don't actually fall asleep with your dick plugged inside your partner because, as Nana says, there could be unhealthy implications for doing so; like infection, rashes, or worse. It's much healthier to take a bath right after the deed then fall asleep. As for why Adam and Zero Two are an exception to it? That's because they're klaxosapien hybrids. (I'm the author and I say this is scientifically accurate).
