She doesn't even bat an eyelash as she welcomes me--Roman into her world. Everyone is watching but it seems like she doesn't even care. I can feel Roman's heartbreaking. 

He wishes she knew, he wished she at least felt something. I don't even know the power of having a mate if you don't even know when something is wrong. Tala seems desperate for him. 

She should be pissed; she should give him attitude before just going into his arms. It is funny to me; I can't even understand why she is letting me treat her like shit. 

"I missed you too,'' I breathe out. 

This is a lie. 

I want to hurt her; I want to hurt them all. I want to rip them all apart and see how they taste. I want to know what it feels like to be broken and how it feels to be nothing.
