Chapter 50

  Antonio got into the bathroom for a quick shower, he got out of the bathroom in a white robe, and walked to the outdoor pool. He could watch her sleep the whole day and would not get tired. She looked so innocent and sweet when asleep, and he wondered why she changed alot. she used to be very sharp with words but recently, she's so sweet with her words.

"Lilo, Lilo!" He whispered her name tenderly and her eyes quivered, her long lashes trembled softly till she opened them, those mesmerizing green eyes that does something to his heart stared at him. He felt his heart raise, he loves her, if only she knew how precious she was to him.

Bella opened her eyes and was welcomed by Antonio's handsome figure, she's missed him for some days now, he was finally back. "When did you get back?" She asked using the back her hands to clean her sleepy eyes to get clearer view of him. "Did you miss me?" "Of course I did, how was work did you finally settle the issues!" She yawned, and Antonio only smiled at her cuteness. 

Bella studied marketing back in college cause of her father's farm, she was in charge of marketing and distributing the crops so they could get more profit. But since their farm was not large, they just didn't earn much. She knew little things about business that's why she always ask Antonio things about his business.

"Hmm I settled everything, that's why I'm back early, how have you been, you seem to be having much fun?" "I've been so bored Antonio!" She cried. "We aren't that close, but your absence was strangely felt and I missed you!" She said to have him smile. Her words made him happy, he was happy there was progress.

"Come here!" He gestured his hands to his sun lounger and Bella found her way to him immediately. She laid between his legs and buried her head on his firm chest inhaling his scent. She loved mint and he smelled like one. "When I told you I loved you the day I called, I meant it!" He said calmly letting his words sink deeply into her heart and her heart skipped. "You've made me feel what no one else has made me feel in a long time!" He continued.

Was Antonio confessing to her, what was she supposed to tell him now? She thought. Bella panicked, he was confessing to her, this was making her feel wierd, she needed help. She bit her inner cheeks trying to calm her nerves.

"You don't have to love me back now, I just wanted you to know how I felt!" He said. Bella hesitated a little thinking of the right words to say, "I don't hate you Antonio!" "I know. You'd find your true feelings for me soon, I'll wait patiently!"

"Sorry for disturbing Master and Madam!" Edmund bowed before them. "What is it Eddy!" Antonio asked getting irritated by the man's presence. "Mrs Rosa is here for Madam!" Edmund announced. "Who's Rosa?

"Oh she's the designer in charge of my dress, it's almost time for the party, I need to go dress up!" She said with a smile stealing a kiss from Antonio before leaving. Antonio smiled at her coyly attitude, she was just what he wanted, what he's always longed for.

Bella didn't know what happened out there but she knew she was blushing hard as she walked back into the mansion.
