Itachi already know about the description of 'First Deva' title, but he become dumbfound from the other three title that he got because of his cheats.

After that Itachi check other title 'Heroic Spirit', most likely from his cheat unlimited blade work since the possession of this noble phantasm officially make Itachi a heroic spirit.

This title add bonus 10 point to hidden stats luck and wisdom.

Since currently there are no desciption about this stats, Itachi ignore it for the time being. Though he have a vague explanation about their function, such as Luck add drop loot from monster and chest, while at the same time increase critical hit chance.

As for wisdom, it's possible that it will make him to be more wise in devising plans or even make him easily comprehend technique, but he need to wait later until he can prove it.

His title 'One Who's not Bound by Universal Law', most likely it's from his cheat 'Naruto System Shop'. After all this cheat truly is heavendefying and out of this world since he can buy anything from Naruto world that doesn't exist in this world.

Moreover, he can even buy living being such as bijuu, summoned creature, and even human beings from this shop.

If not heavendefying then what you call this ability that broke universal law?

Not to mention Itachi somehow have a feeling that he can upgrade this Naruto System Shop so that he can buy ability, item, and characters from other animeverse.

Though this feeling is vague and most likely Itachi need to wait until he become a higher being and fulfil other unknown requirements.

'However, once I manage to upgrade the shop system I'll be able to buy characters from other anime. Guhehehehe, in that case my Harem member will increase with various beauty' though Itachi pervertly.

As for drain enemy of 3.5% HP, this bloodsuck ability is even more useless since he can obtain it himself with his gamer ability, for example Han Jihan skill HP Drain that he can level it up so that it'll be much more powerful than this 3.5% thingy bonus.

As for 30% reduce skill cooldown, honestly it's very ridiculous skill in Itachi opinion.

With this bonus he can spam many skill 30% shorther in cooldown, and Itachi predict that this bonus will also able to be applied to his skills that he obtain from his gamer ability.

"Let's check my status to see what change that I got after additional bonus of 200 stat points, but first things first I need to put on some clothes or I'll be label as exhibitionist", saying so Itachi pull up a new clothes from his inventory.
