'Snake meat?'
The combination of these words made Lily's face turn ugly.
She had heard that people eat snake's meat before and did not think much about it.
After all, many people eat different types of food and there is nothing much to think about.
But when this matter came in front of her today of all days, she couldn't bear it.
That is because she can guess where that so-called snake's meat came from.
It for sure belongs to the Serpent man. How could a person eat another creature with whom she had 'slept' before?
She had already seen his skin and it was still bound to her skin like plaster. Then she was drenched all over her body with his blood. This had already gone beyond her limit to sustain and had already fainted twice because of these.
Now she even had to eat that man's meat? How could she do that? She would prefer to be dead than to eat the meat of a person whom she treated as her lover even for a while.
