Coven Meeting: Title Reorganization

"There is something I will change when it come to the 10 Seats."

Helena around the thrones in order to meet each member of the 10 Seats as everyone is discussing about what this about as they're confused.

"I had felt disgusted that everyone here, who had commit a murder then bathe in blood, is considered as a Salem Witch. How many of you, had became a Salem Witch whenever you woke up into the new world? Please, raise your hands."

Helena asked everyone to reveal majority of the arena had commit such acts, outside of the Ms. Tanahashi that Dorothy noticed she haven't, Dorothy felt relief that there are a few Witches that haven't kill anyone yet.

"I see some of you may have not yet taken blood yet. I do envy your high morality, but there will be a day where blood will fall upon you and you're no better than the rest of us."

That statement made Dorothy back shivers due to the reality of things.

"But titled as a Salem Witch?"

Helena pulls out the chart of the Witch's Hierarchy where it shows everyone in the arena and where they stand with colors of black as the Plague Witch, red as the Salem Witches, and finally white for every other Witch that haven't killed.

"As years go by, I've seen that Salem Witches had been used as a meaningless title. A title that means that you had murdered someone. Congratulations, but it doesn't make you special nor it should. It doesn't make any of you special due to it. So as Charlotte, Necro and I had discussed in private prior of the Meeting which it wasn't on the agenda tonight, so we had made up a decision. These ten seats are no longer under the Ten Seats, but from this day forward, they shall be the sole owners of title as the Salem Witches."

Everyone discussed then the newly appointed Salem Witches.

Helena quickly noticed her mistake then decided to correct it.

"Oh, sorry Mr. Carter. I mean the 9 Salem Witches and 1 Salem Wizard."

Everyone in the audience but only a few selected few are against of Daniel Carter being titled as such due to his lifestyle.

He stood up and give them all a finger.

Artemis and Maya started laughing over his confidence. Abigail, Saraya and Zoey find is amusing. Brianna and Hanako doesn't seem to care. Emma and Oksana find it digusting.

Emma stood up.

"Yes, Ms. Wolfgang?"

Helena asked.

"If we're now holding the title of Salem Witches, does that mean we can host our own meetings of such?"

"Not without an approval of a Plague Witch. It's like being Knighted but with more purpose behind it."

Marge finds it offensive as she stood up.

"That's absurd, Hades!"

Charlotte rolled her eyes at her with a death glare from Emma.

"Why call it with such disrespectful manner?! I fought wars for the real Queen Victoria. I had earned her trust, and I had lead others to victory."

"But yet, you're no Salem Witch now, are you?"

Emma comment over their positions.

"Because I had earn this title from fear and killed all those opposed me."

"And yet, I'm the one who kicked your Mentor's ass during World War 2. If she's no problem, then I shall have no problem with that, Wolfgang."

"Don't fight in a fight where you can't win. I also find it ironic and funny that both Nazism and Dames like you, our titles of the old world means nothing in this new world we all live in. And when I bring Abigail Reinhart home."

Marge realized the name then turn to Dorothy but thought that it wasn't her fault due of the situation that Abigail cause.

"The niece of the She-Wolf herself. And unlike you, I'm the one who ended up making money. So English, if you want to kill me, then I'll make sure that everyone will know that a relative to a Nazi still live and will be hunted down."

Emma spoke while going up to her.

"Now sit down and get back to your place."

Marge angrily glares down at Emma who has a confident smile across her face.

Accepted, Marge sat down but not just to the revelation, but also to Dorothy's overall plan to reshape the systems.

"Ladies, ladies, ladies."

Charlotte spoke out.

"As much I would love to see your beloved countries go to war again, but we are in a middle of a meeting here."

Emma walk back to her seat.

Layla chuckled.

"If they do decided to duke it up, then I'm placing my money on Webster."

Necro seem to find World War 2 as a romantic interest.

"Ah! World War 2! Where I saw nothing but dead bodies for days, and so many casualties. Such a wonderful time to be me during that time period."

Hikaru find their comments disgusting as so with the rest of the audience.

"And yet, you find it attractive?"

She got up as she walk around the Salem Witches.

"Seeing these now Salem Witches, I personally think they shouldn't just own these titles. They should earn it."

The Salem Witches disagreed with it due to their previous achievements.

"We have such controversial bunch, but they act like wild dogs. A bunch of psychopaths and crazies."

Stops in front of Daniel.

"And I'm being a fair person here, and the keyword is fair. I'm not judging you for a transman, but as a human being."

Emma, Oksana, Charlotte find that funny with a few other Witches.

"You're no innocent here. How many transwomen have you and your Wizards had killed? Just to replicate what they can do with transwomen Magical Girls?"

Hikaru looks at Hanako.

"Or a false Empress who had been here far longer than me, but yet, I had managed to get here as a good person."

Some of the Witches with Layla, Charlotte, and the majority of the Salem Witches but Saraya, and with Dorothy and Mrs. Tanahashi in the audience, didn't find it funny.

"And you, can cast judgment on me?"

Daniel spoke out to Hikaru.

"What's wrong with acceptance?"

He stood up and walk up to Hikaru.

"If you're the so-called Plague Witch of Peace, then why not ask them on how they could do that? You may think on what I do is pleasure, but in reality, I feel nothing but guilt whenever I have a transwoman died from my experiments. I had lost a partner from it, because she volunteers for it."

Looking around to see nothing but Witches are wanting him to die.

"I'm not a psychopath unlike everyone else here. I risk that chance in order to bring acceptance to others."

Emma start laughing.

"Acceptance to others? As much I really hate you, but you could had become one hell of a comedian."

Everyone start laughing.

"There's nothing good among us Witches, unless you're the so-called Northern Good Witch."

Emma stares up to Dorothy, waving at her with a smile.

"And yet, she had proven herself to be one of the good ones. A perfect one in this world."

Hikaru complimented Dorothy, who doesn't feel happy due to that almost every other Witch around her are piercing her.

"And as for your request, I would have ask if you started with that. But you went ahead and start killing out of your confusion, Danielle."

"Drop the last two letters, then you would get it right. But coming out is a coin flip. You either feel free to express to who you are, or regret on coming out due to the hate. That's not just me, Asuna."

"Then perhaps you should repent, and surrender your position to someone who does match my standards of a Witch."

Daniel smirks at her.

"Can you clarify on that?"

"Ironically, accept death and let the good ones live."

Daniel chuckled.

"Such tempting offer, but I want to see it when that day come where acceptance can have its day."

"And the amount of death?"

Emma asked.

"I do apologize on killing them, but I need to keep moving forward. I'm already a Witch, an emeny of Magical Girls. But as a Transman, I'm the enemy of everyone else who can't accept it."

"And your Transwoman Witch Project?"

Emma was curious.

"As long I have consent, I will not spill innocent blood."

Hikaru scoff it off.

"Then how about a deal then?"

Hikaru cuts her palm as she offer her hand which Daniel is about it, but Hikaru stops him.

"I want to make a Witch's Deal, but I have 2 requests and both are mandatory. No one or the other. First; if you don't kill anyone till our upcoming Festival, then I'll promise you that I can secure the schematics on their Transwomen transformation."

"And the second?"

Daniel asked but know the answer.

"You stand down as a Guild Leader, and place a good Wizard under leadership."

Daniel seem to not to trust her, but hearing the chance of transwomen transformation, he'll accept it.

The blood from Hikaru had seem to bond both of them.

"So what about this Festival?"

Daniel asked.

Hikaru turn to the Plague Witches then announced.
