Coven Meeting: Festival Announcement

"Hikaru Asuna, you have the floor."

Helena said as all of the Salem Witches sat in their seats.

"Thank you, Helena."

Hikaru walks around.

"Just like how Helena, Layla and Charlotte had discussed in private about reorganization of the Salem Witches. Helena and myself had a private discussion about the upcoming Festival."

Majority of the Witches in the audience are seem to be happy but the veteran Witches are groaning again.

"As much I don't like to hear it from you, yes, Ms. Valentino?"

Turning up to her.

"Is it some kind of a Love Festival? Where since we're both alike, where you want to declare peace with them. As for I, to spread the ideology of the Magical Girl and Witch should engage into a serious relationships with one another."

Hikaru doesn't seem to like the idea, as for the Witches around her are yelling at her due to that they had lost friends to them.

"Another crazy."

Hikaru comment.

"No. It's not a Love Festival. But it is to celebration of us Witches. Yes, Mrs. Green?"

Turn to face her.

"This isn't another fail project like how Helena wanted to create the Cauldron Bank but we all lost a shit ton of money, thanks to the stock market crash."

Majority of the veteran Witches agreeing that they're not liking the idea and reminding Helena of the Cauldron Bank.

Helena stood up.

"Granted, we all have lost money but that's a group loss. Not a single person loss."

"Enough about the Cauldron Bank."

Hikaru dismissed the idea.

"By the way, in American dollars, I'm still own the amount of 50 million."

"Don't bring up the prices! And it's not my fault you made a bad investment!"

This cause the veteran Witches are yelling at Helena for their money have not return to them while the younger Withes are all baffled.

Layla adds.

"And don't bring up the 2019 Coven Meeting where we all have agreed to reopen the Cauldron Bank, on my Coronation Day. And when next year hit, we all lost a shit ton more of money!"

The veteran Witches continue to argue about it while complaining about the reopen of the Cauldron Bank, but some of the younger Witches agreed that they too had lost money.

Helena wave her arm.

"Silence!"

A massive Silent Spell that made everyone in the arena to be in silence.

"For the very last time, it's not my fault! And we're here to discuss about the Festival! So please, Asuna. Can you get on with it?!"

Hikaru sat down.

"Very well."

Pulls out some cards.

"I've been involve as your representative Witch to be in talks with Queen Victoria. And shut it, Webster. She's dead and you're alive, so move on from it."

Marge curse out to Hikaru.

"And they say the English are nice people. Queen Victoria had agreed that she'll call everyone back to celebrate her 20 year reign as the Pink Magical Queen. And I have kept everything vague for them, but I do uphold the title as the Plague Witch of Peace, so we both came to an agreement. As a matter of fact, this whole Magical Girl Games that is currently happening right now is the price of it."

Every Witch seem to be bothered and start discussing about it.

Oksana stood up.

"Care to explain yourself? Or else we might have an assassination after the meeting adjourned."

Hikaru walk up to Oksana then walk around.

"I'll be honest with you all. When Queen Victoria suggest it, I was shocked since she wanted to host a massive Witch Hunt where they might want to cause all of the armies around the world to deal with us. And when I suggest holding a Witch's Festival on October 31st. She decline it and wanted to continue on the plan, but then came up with this whole Magical Girl Games to serve as this Witch Hunt. As an excuse on only dealing with Vigilantes instead of the Magical Girls. And if we continue to do this yearly, then perhaps our path for peace on both sides will become a reality."

Layla is concerned.

"So it's either a massive Witch Hunt from the Magical Girls, or deal with a bunch of Vigilantes?"

"Yes. But there are some trade offs. They'll give us the October date where we can hold the Festival, undisclosed location though. So we can secured the safety of all Witches."

"And the trade off?"

Charlotte asked.

"Outside of the Magical Girls Games this year, no death till then. After the Magical Girl Games, the Qualifiers at least, had concluded. The trade off will start."

Daniel angrily stood up.

"Then you screwed me over! Why is that I have to make a deal with you?!"

"To make sure that a good Wizard to take over as your Guild new leader."

Daniel eye twitches as Hikaru gives him the cold stare.

"In order to achieve peace, we need to get rid of those who oppose it."

"Well Plague Witch of Dumbass, there's a flaw in your deal with Queen Victoria."

"Have I?"

"Yes. Because there's a bunch of crazy psychopaths among the MGK, the Salem Witches, and even regular Witches here will kill out of either self-defense or out of cold blood."

Hikaru smiled with a calm expression. Walking by.

"It's only a two month wait. I'm sure most Witches can survive without killing a single Vigilante throughout that time frame. Only the true psychos will do so. Besides, I also told Queen Victoria that if any Witch does so, I can sell them out. And as a Plague Witch, I can do so."

The Witches discussed over this as the Salem Witches are conflicted over the decision.

Layla spoke up to ease everyone.

"Yes, if some of you wanted to know. We, the Plague Witches have that power to do so. But we only sell out to the ones that couldn't make it to the meeting by revealing their last location."

Dorothy had caught the attention of what Layla said then asked.

"Gardner, again?"

Layla look up to see Dorothy.

"How do you know where we are located? Or at least the last recorded location?"

This made the younger Witches to be curious and be afraid of their answer due of now knowing that.

Charlotte answers Dorothy's question.

"The Hive Mind Spell. It's a spell that Familiars, mostly the share. Whenever a Witch make a Familiar, placing human intelligence onto them, and with the mixture of their animal instincts, they'll connected. Familiars have a habit on tracking down on Witches, even if they don't know. We don't know what they do, or who they are. We just simply say this to the local MGGA building; there are Witches activity at a certain location. That is all."

This made the younger Witches to have a panic attack as they're now worrying that their Familiars will sell them out.

As for the Familiars, they too have out spoken against this claim but they're not too sure.

Hikaru begin talking again.

"Now your question had been answered. I want to continue with the Festival. I sold every Witch out that are considered as Wanted or Most Wanted. Regular Witches should be safe, on paper, but they had been attacked. So it's my miscalculation, and I do apologize."

The Salem Witches and the veteran Witches are now arguing over their safety.

Artemis is the only Witch among them seem to be happy.

"If this is what you have to say, you could had brought those little idols to my turf. Me and my Guild would love a challenge!"

Artemis starts laughing.

"That's why I sold you all out. I truly believe you all should handle a few Vigilantes since they're easy to deal with."

All of the Salem Witches and veteran Witches are now adding that they should be considered on location protection.

"But luckily we are holding this Meeting, on the last week of the Magical Girl Games: Qualifiers, they will reveal the highest locations of the most vile and wicked Witches. So be prepared on an assault."

Helena spoke up.

"You're getting off topic."

"I apologize, Helena."

Hikaru present them all a flier that seem old school but they cause a ruckus due to the location.

"TOKYO!!!"

All of them wanted to know if this is a rib or not, while some are trying to go after her but being held back.

"It's a trade off. So in order to host the Festival, then we can hold it at Tokyo."

"You're insane!"

Nearly all of them said to her.

"Queen Victoria promised that she'll have all of the Japanese Magical Girls to be relocated elsewhere for the time being. A paid vacation most likely."

Saraya politely asked.

"Alright, but what about the Vigilantes?"

"Due to them not being real Magical Girls so they don't get the same treatment, but they're only a challenge for newbies can't handle."

Honaka spoke up.

"I think this might be helpful. At least for me, since perhaps I can bring back horror into Japan that was once held by before these Magical Girls appear."

"Right, you were there when they first appear. What had happen during that time?"

Hikaru was curious.

"If you want my honest opinion, even I don't know how. But they were troublesome before making their way to the west. So even from first hand encounters are troubling."

The Witches discussed as Dorothy seem to be astonished over that fact.

"The Festival isn't the traditional rides or carnival type of a Festival. It's just where we all just play games and have fun. But maybe I'll bring in a ferris wheel and the carnival swings. That as far I'll go."

Dorothy seem tempted but reading everyone reaction to Tokyo, she second guess each other.

"That is it for the Festival Announcement."

Hikaru sat right back down as everyone are talking about potentially going to it or not.

Helena stood up to silent them as she raised her hands up high.

"To those who haven't been a Witch for over 50 years, you are all dismissed. That includes the Familiars who representing Witches that match that."

Nearly majority of the arena start clearing out as Dorothy seem happy to leave.

Emma, Oksana, Saraya and Daniel are about to leave but they can't leave their chairs.

"Not you four. Just because you're younger than that, doesn't mean you can't live up the title of Salem Witches. You will have to deal with this, and mine as well keep you four here."

Helena explained.

All four moan and groan.

"Now then..."

Helena seem to be happy as a school girl which every other veteran and Salem Witch look disgusted.

"Let's talk about Taxes and the possibility of reopening the Cauldron Bank."

Everyone in that room moan and groan about it.

Meanwhile, Dorothy is making her way out of the Arena as she was wondering as she's looking back.

"How can they hold a meeting without drawing anyone into it?"

She shrugs it off.

"Maybe magic. Now to head back home for sleep. Then tomorrow, find a way on how to make that 16 million."
