Untold II

Soleil's hand was cold when she reached Ellenia's home. Tears wanted to escape from her eye, for she felt everything Ishinoya felt. She felt how sincere his words were and it still echoed in her ears, she felt the truth of love and care from the first hug shre recieved from him.

"Is he really my father?" Soleil asked in her mind and she tightened the hold on the bottle, in which the answers from her questions lies.

Ellenia is standing in front of them, her heart was in pain on what happened. Yes, she watched what have happened from her cauldron, and she knows too that Ishinoya speaks the truth.

Ellenia gulped and spoke, "welcome. Oxoluz, Farah, take them to their rooms and ready my things, as for you Soleil, follow me."

Farah and Oxoluz nodded and took Leviant, Aexis, and Thalia on their room. As for Ellenia and Soleil, the two of them are walking to the garden, their steps echoed in the closed place. "Ishinoya, he said that I should ask for your help," Soleil suddenly said which made Ellenia stopped walking.

"I know," she began and turned her gaze to Soleil's ravishing beauty.

"Soleil, I want you to be ready on what that potion holds. I want you to prepare your emotions the same way you prepare your heart," Ellenia said and continued walking.

"If you don't mind me asking, what is this potion actually?" Soleil asked Ellenia who is still walking.

"You see, that isn't just any potion you can find. It is made out of someone's blood," Ellenia began. In their world, using blood in potion is a unique aspect.

If one uses blood as a part of a potion, meaning that potion has something to do with that person's life. Potions that needs someone's blood are like, seeking through the past (Sohutro Deani), finding the truth (Vasita Sedlin), and many more!

"That potion you are currently holding, is a truth about Ishinoya's past. Maybe he found something in Gazaria that made him do that spell. You see, a strong being like Ysandria, she can tamper with one's mind, meaning she can change reality on that person and made that person believe on the things she wants, and I am assuming that, it is what Ysandria did to Ishinoya," Ellenia added and it somehow made sense to Soleil now.

"So you are saying that, Ishinoya forgot what really happened 500 years ago, because Ysandria tampered with his mind, and this potion holds the exact thing that have happened?" Soleil asked and Ellenia then replied.

"Exactly, that is why Ishinoya did so, because he found out something... You see in Gazaria, I know that there is a room there, with one scroll so important than any other," Ellenia said and entered then her room where she watch everything happening outside her land.

"That scroll is called, the forgotten scroll. Only a few people has the ability to erase any memory and replace it with something they desire, people like Ysandria, Gazaria, Farah, and me, and in that forgotten scroll, it is were all those erased memories are kept," Ellenia added.

"So you're saying that... Ishinoya bumped in with the forgotten scroll and he somehow managed to riddle it out?" Soleil asked.

"Exactly, and that leads us to the potion, now in your hand," Ellenia said and offered her hand.

"This potion holds the truth, doesn't it?" Soleil asked and Ellenia smiled before nodding.

"It does, and it is time for us to reveal it," she said and Soleil handed the potion to Ellenia.

"Sit beside me," Ellenia said and sat on the long chair in front of the cauldron. Soleil sat beside Ellenia and suddenly, Ellenia accessed her power and started chanting.

"Veratis Calimium, Veratis Palinian," Ellenia chanted and her eyes turned green.

Green thick fog then slowly escaped the cauldron and spread like wildfire, Soleil took a deep breath preparing herself on what might happens next. To her surprise, nothing bad happened, but her eyes started watering when she saw her mom.

"We are in the past, we are only shadows in here, just watching," Ellenia said and pat Soleil's shoulder.

Her dear mother Samara, was with a man. The two of them were having a date in front of a lake near Thalasa, the man beside her is— Ishinoya.

Soleil's heart then started running wild, she doesn't know what it meant. Things began to fade and a new memory began to show. It was her mother Samara and Ishinoya, exclaming because— they're having a baby!!

"I get it now, my real father, is Ishinoya," Soleil said as a lone tear fell in her eye. Her heart shattered knowing that her father is already dead. Her knees fell on the floor and suddenly a new memory played.

It was Ysandria, who cornered Soleil's parents. Ishinoya let Samara run so that she can save their daughter. The same on what happened in the present, Ishinoya fought Ysandria with so much valor but lost.

Ysandria then removed the memories and replaced it with her desire, clearing the smoke on what have happened 500 years ago. Tears escaped fast and wild from Soleil's eyes as her hands shake and went cold. Ellenia embraced the lady as if she was hers.

"We cannot change what have happened in the past, neither it is good for us to linger on it, but we can change our future, the same way we control our present. The only thing we can do about the past is, acceptance."

Those words came out from Ellenia's mouth as she comfort Soleil. After those words, the green fog was vacuumed by the cauldron. Thorns wrapped around Soleil's heart, who would have thought that an untold story will hurt more than what the present can bring...
