Ablaze - II

One of the most powerful magic in this entire continent is the power of fire. The power of fire can vanquishes all evil being. While at times it is a great blessing given to humans by God, and at the same times it is a terrible power which can annihilated everything.

When Jace was eight years old, his newly founded power grew uncontrollable and unmanageable, as flames ignited from his hand constantly without stopping. He'd even nearly burned down their house. Even the town could be in danger, if not for Ariana healing power to stop him, even at the risk of her hand being burn by his unmanageable flames.

Jace close his eyes, concentrate and tried to control his mind, and a small sparks appear to both of his hand, then suddenly large flames ignited from his hands.

He thrown his flames up in the air and the blaze of fire fall onto one of the house, instantly it burn around rapidly.

As the flames intensify, the fire in Jace's hands erupt extreme flames and literally rake the whole town.

The inferno swept fiercely out of control through the town and annihilated everything.

The fire in Jace hands grew extremely uncontrollable, even the space around him begin to burn fiercely.

"Take him out, he's out of control," Aidan told Ezavius.

The wooden rooftop begin to gave a cracking sound, as the fire intensify and burn everything around them.

Ezavius swiftly extinguish the flames in Jace hands with his magical power and disappeared from the blazing rooftop along with Jace.

After Ezavius teleported, Aidan green eyes gazed at the ablaze town for a while.

However, instead of teleporting out of the town, he jump down from the rooftop.

Subsequently the rooftop instantly collapsed the moment he jumped down.

A figure draped in a black cloak with black smoke emerges from his hand was taken aback, when Aidan promptly stood in front of him and immediately teleport out of the town.

The inferno continuously blaze ferociously, with smoke and hot air rising off the fire, unless without the wizard protection spell, the fire could burst out of the town. The once bustling little town was now completely destroyed.

Ezavius immediately teleport himself and Jace outside the church and hurriedly entered with the unconscious Jace in his arms, which startled Ariana, who was still in the process of healing the soldiers.

"Jace!" Ariana exclaimed and rushed towards them, as Ezavius place him down on the ground.

Ariana immediately knelt to the ground and took his hands, which was full of blisters. Her face pale at his condition, the feeling of losing her only family member engulfed her, nevertheless she regained her composure and close her eyes and tried to concentrate on healing him.

A spark of light came out her hand, and instantly the blisters in Jace hands disappeared.

Jace regain his consciousness and discover his sister healing him.

"Sister," he instantly called out.

Relief washed over Ariana, as his red and a little bit pale face regained consciousness.

"Are you ok?" Ariana asked, while caressing his flush cheek, which flush since he started to evokes the fire in his hand.

Jace nodded and turned to the wizard who stood beside him, "Is it done?" Jace asked him.

Ezavius, so far was pondering about Duke Sheraton.

How did the duke found out, that Jace power was out of control?

This has been on his mind for a while, the duke is undoubtedly an enigmatic person. However, since their first encounter, Ezavius consistently felt like as though the later saw right through him.

Nonetheless, he nodded at Jace and said, "You should rest. I have to go back again."

Immediately, he effortlessly teleport himself and disappeared from their view.

Ariana percieved he was in a hurry to burn down the town completely, therefore she hurriedly walked outside the church lawn and gazed at the distance. Smoke rises off to the sky, from a distance in the direction of the town.

The once bustling town was at the moment filled with flames, completely ruined the once lively Devon town.

Ariana gazed at the rising smog for a while and turn back to the church. No matter how hard it's for her, she eventually had to relinquish of the town, her adopted parents and her past and create a new life with brother.
